Chris was great. I called him in the morning and he was here in a couple of hours. Diagnosed my problem, got the parts, and my heat was back on. He did not try to up-sell me a new furnace or any type of service plan. He was honest and I thought it was a very fair price. I had never met Chris before, but I instantly trusted him.
