All though the interreaction with the techs is second to none the office not so much. I was told when I made the first appointment that the service vehicle is well stocked with all required parts this was not true. Even though on making the appointment I explained the tech would require a new exhaust fan this info was never relayed on. Being in the same line of work back home owning my own company I thought the price was rather high. Saying all this I would be proud of the techs sent out if they worked for me.

Moved 1500 miles and needed a service tuneup on our furnace. Called Christian brothers and scheduled an appointment the next day. George showed up on time and proceeded to provide tips for our Nest thermostat. He did the annual tuneup and gave us a clean bill of health for the aging furnace. We asked about warranty contracts and George did a fine job explaining the different options. It was a positive experience, no high pressure sales job and an honest serviceman.
