As a typical Canadian "snowbird" we tend to come and go often. I arrived one day, noticed my hot water htr had failed and was given your card from a friend. I MADE ONE CALL, first thing Friday morning and by the end of the day Service Tech. Chuck arrived, assessed the situation, figured out and priced 3 options for my consideration. He then proceeded to replace my HWH and associated devices before the end of the same day and even stayed late on a Friday evening before a long weekent! Chuck was a wonderful guy, very friendy and personable, respectful, careful and demonstrated excellent knowledge of his trade. Chuck was patient ensuring I fully understood the situation and the options available to me. Needing a new HWH is never something anyone likes unexpected and on short notice. But finding your guys is so much more. As we say in Canada "I feel you have my six." meaning that I am confident I now have a contractor/service company that will look after me and I can call for help. I am thoroughly impressed with Chuck who made an unpleasant situation less painful and almost enjoyable. There are 204 units in the "Daravante" condo association and I will certainly convey my experience and your excellent good service to the Condo Board at our next session.
