I installed a new water softener at their home to remove hard water minerals and improve water quality. The water softener will help eliminate mineral buildup on the plumbing systems.
HVAC Repair near Abby Way. I received a call from a customer who reported that their heat pump was making a loud noise. I arrived at the customer's house and inspected the heat pump. I found that the fan motor was failing, causing the noise. I replaced the motor and tested the heat pump, confirming that it was now working quietly.
HVAC Repair near Exall St. Came out in response to a service request to restore an HVAC system. Discovered the piston on the system needed to be replaced. We replaced the expansion valve's piston to get the homeowner's HVAC system back to working condition.

Residential customer service call in Allen and found The insulation on the top of the indoor unit fell off and was sectioned to the blower cause an airflow restriction. The outdoor units coil was dirty and has been cleaned. Refrigerant levels are normal.
Residential service call for a customer in Allen and Upon arrival found that the upstairs system wasn’t cooling. Checked indoor unit and found everything operational. Checked outdoor unit and found pressures low. System is missing about half of not more of its charge. Did a visual inspection on refrigerant system and didn’t see any major signs of oil anywhere. Recommended doing a leak search, homeowner wanted to hold off. Condenser is a R-22 therefore if we find a leak in the evaporator coil we would be unable to charge it again. Gave options on warranty evaporator coil, changing out condenser and replacing disconnect box.
