You guys do great work and you’ve helped me out in emergency situations, but three emails and three text messages asking for a review is a LOT. Consolidate please.
Hunter did a great job. He explained everything to me in a professional manner
Never will used this company again
When I called and they heard the heater was having problems they scheduled us ASAP with the cold weather coming. The person on the phone was professional and personable. Our repair tech, John, was very professional. He explained what was wrong, how the malfunctioning part worked, and what he needed to do to fix it before repairing it. It’s been close to a month and things are still running fine. I have confidence in this company and their work. The cost is expensive, of course but, I do not feel cheated.
Josh was very personable and professional. Also, very helpful and efficient. Also, it was wonderful to get such fast service at a great price.
We will recommend your company with everyone! The service was stellar!!
Would certainly call again. Explained what they were doing in detail and didn't charge me or replace something I didn't need. (that is, was honest, forthcoming and displayed trustworthiness

Came out on call back for nasty smell coming out of supplies around the house. Checked coil checked filter checked duct work inspected blower wheel Found nothing dirty or wrong. Customer is going to try and run a.c. more to create condensation to try and help flush the drain line at this time also will for now on use white vinegar when do maintenance/change the filter

Upon arrival found hot water heater not working. Checked water heater and found that the bottom element wasn’t getting any power. Checked continuity through both top and bottom and it had continuity. Traced power back to top thermostat and thermostat wasn’t passing power to bottom element. Tried to drain water heater to check the bottom element but there was to much corrosion for water to drain out. Tighten drain valve but due to all the corrosion it’s not allowing the valve to close all the way. Ran hose from drain valve to put side for time being. Recommended new water heater, as far as repairs recommended replacing tstats and elements along with drain valve. Homeowner wants to see if her home warranty will make repairs.
Upon arrival found equipment working properly but zoning not working properly. Found that the damper for zone 1 was not opening all the way due to the spring being worn out and causing the damper to only open to 80-90%. With both damper motors being the same age recommended replacing both damper motors. Also found that on the 12in bypass for zoning there is no bypass damper. With no bypass damper the system is recirculating hot and cold air back through the system and not to the zone. In heating season air temps get to high and cause the unit to shut off and Vice versa in the cooling. Homeowner wants to move forward with replacing motors and adding bypass damper. Due to time supply shop is closed and will have to order in the morning
