When I called and they heard the heater was having problems they scheduled us ASAP with the cold weather coming. The person on the phone was professional and personable. Our repair tech, John, was very professional. He explained what was wrong, how the malfunctioning part worked, and what he needed to do to fix it before repairing it. It’s been close to a month and things are still running fine. I have confidence in this company and their work. The cost is expensive, of course but, I do not feel cheated.
Josh was very personable and professional. Also, very helpful and efficient. Also, it was wonderful to get such fast service at a great price.
We will recommend your company with everyone! The service was stellar!!
Would certainly call again. Explained what they were doing in detail and didn't charge me or replace something I didn't need. (that is, was honest, forthcoming and displayed trustworthiness
I am very happy with the service, and would highly recommend Chrome.
Nick Shain worked quickly and efficiently to check out and clean the AC compressors and recharge the refrigerant that was needed. The units are again functioning well. Our AC is back!
Very Bright guys.
very professional, friendly and honest,
Have been a customer for several years, wouldn't use anyone else.
Filters clean, unit working properly, fixed insulation coming off of inside furnace blocking blower motor, checked superheat and temp splits. Have dust problem, recommend estimates for resealing ductwork, duct cleaning, and possible air scrubber.
Filters were changed 2 weeks ago ... checked for signs of wear & tear a tested capacitor which was good and refrigerant needs charging... recommended unit needs cleaning. .
I pressure tested the gas line with air, it held 10 psi for longer than 10 minutes without dropping. I did allow pressure to the gas flex line going to water heater and found it to be leaking, I tightened connections and re tested, there are no further leaks detected.
Dispatched to 2018 our installed lennox Heatpump/air handler. Heat strips are not activating at all in emergency heat. I believe this is because the thermostat wire that was ran didn’t have enough wires for heat strips. Thermostat also wasn’t programmed right. After extensive diagnostic and trying to get the heat strips to run, I have determined that a new thermostat wire needs to be ran and the system needs to be rewired correctly. Install will need to bring a ladder, 20x20x4 filter and another m30 just in case it’s the thermostat itself. Unit is heating off Heatpump for now. Came back and ran new stat wire, and hooked up w2 to heat strips and tested. Unit is working properly.
Completed one system fall matience on 2 year old lennox furnace. Furnace is operating properly at this time and shows no signs of breaking down. The owner and I talked about several air flow/ air quality issues that are addressed in the estimates. Pictures and estimates attached.
Completed one system diagnostic on downstairs furnace as well as a tune up on upstairs furnace. Downstairs system had a burnt primary circuit board that was causing the furnace to not ignite. Both systems are 22 years old and have major repairs coming as well as lost efficiency. System replacement is recommended
Went through wiring, found a couple wires not hooked up, also found stat was old one as new one was not installed at time of install. Unit is working properly
Completed one system matience. Heat pump wasn't working. Upon inspection who ever installed didn't wire the thermostat correctly so the unit was only heating in 2nd stage. After correcting wiring the unit is heating properly.
Completed one system fall matience. Furnace is 11 years old Rheem brand. Inducer draft motor and the blower motor are both over Ampang. No oil is leaking at this time. Inducer draft motor is buzzing on startup. Safety switches are functioning properly.
Upon survival unit was working intermediately. Tested it a couple of times and it faulted once. After diagnostic the flame sensor had a large amount of carbon build up that was stopping the sensor from sending the signal back to the board. After cleaning sensor I the furnace was working properly again. Customer didn't want to join the matience program at this time. I also left an estimate for a drain pan replacement.
I found the third burner not lighting. I cleaned burner and flame sensor unit is now working properly.
Called out to estimate split commercial system. Unit is 25 years old and completely rusted inside and out. Furnace, coil, condenser, and pleniums need to be changed. Also several code upgrades are needed, such as decking to get to and around furnace, gas piping, and new fluit piping as well . Customer also wants options to build an "attic" or enclosed room for the furnace to be in. As well as an option to make the unit an RTU. Estimate will be made and sent to attached email 11/18 Rewrote estimate to include decking and make as an estimate
Completed one system heating pump tune up. Customer already has a UV light, surge protection and system is operating properly at this time. Plumbing: water heater is 40 gallons 12 years old and needs to be flushed, and bathroom shower fixtures need to be replaced per. Customer. Estimate attached.
Completed one system fall matience for over tub unit. Capacitor was 5/4.76, blower motor wasn't over Ampang. And unit was operating properly at this time.
Completed new ducting estimate. Existing ducting is in the walls. Left estimates sor running new duct work and water heater.
