When I called and they heard the heater was having problems they scheduled us ASAP with the cold weather coming. The person on the phone was professional and personable. Our repair tech, John, was very professional. He explained what was wrong, how the malfunctioning part worked, and what he needed to do to fix it before repairing it. It’s been close to a month and things are still running fine. I have confidence in this company and their work. The cost is expensive, of course but, I do not feel cheated.

Nick Shain worked quickly and efficiently to check out and clean the AC compressors and recharge the refrigerant that was needed. The units are again functioning well. Our AC is back!
