Completed one system fall matience.furnace is 6 years old and has been matienced properly. Unit is safe to operate and is working properly at this time. Filter is ready to be changed 20x25x4 pictures and equipment attached.
Arrived to water coming out of supply vent in bathroom. Upon inspection of the attic there was no signs of water damage or water anywhere. After talking with Aaron I found that directly above the vent was a bathroom in which a shower had just been taken. We believe that water was leaking into the floor and through the ceiling out the vent downstairs.
Replacement of board on furnace, new blower motor capacitor clean flame sensor and replace ignitor. And signing up for chrome club monthly
Completed heating diagnostic. Several repairs were needed. System replacement was recommended. After options were presented, repairs were opted for. I am going to order nessary parts from lennox. Office will need to call and schedule work. Ordered parts from lennox board expected to arrive Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning.
Completed one system fall tune up.. Blower motor is vibrating. Need to pull and rebalance blower motor/ wheel. After rebalanceing blower motor there is still some vibration but aboutb70%less than before. This 8s because the nuts and bolts are stripped and not holding onto the housing as well. Discounted the lvl 3 rate to a lvl 2.
Performed heating tune up on furnace. All is operating normal at this time.
Completed 2 system fall tune up. Both units are functioning properly at this time. All safety switches were functioning properly as well.
Signed up for monthly matience membership, replacement of thermostat wire to condenser, and tune up. I messed up on payment. Charged one card the full amount when it was going to be split in two. We refunded the full amount back to discover card charged. Customer paid 124 on Visa card. Customer still owes 125 on discover card after money is refunded.
Upon arrival unit was not cooling inside of house. Upon diagnosis the compressor wasn't dunning because of a failed capacitor. Upon further inspection of the unit the blower motor capacitor was faulty. Customer Signed up for monthly club membership, tune up/diagnostic service and replaced both blower motor and condenser capacitors.
