Performed preventative maintenance for a Goodman ac system. Model #GSXC160481cc, serial #2105125985. Upon arrival the thermostat was set for ac and the thermostat was satisfied. I powered the system down ant the air handler and removed the access panels. The Evaporator coil’s are clean and in great condition. I tested the drain pan and drain line with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I replaced the air filter supplied by the homeowner 30x30x1. Filter goes in the return grill in the hallway. The blower motor and blower wheel are both clean and in good condition. I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for ac and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are dirty and should be cleaned. The coils are in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .51 for the fan and 7.2 for the compressor. The temperature split is at a 18°
Customer had signs of water on floor upon arrival. Double checked pressure relief, and auto fill back flow preventer that was recently installed. Did not see and water leaking while on site. Cycled and tested boiler, system is working properly at this time. Boiler is at proper pressure and heated to correct temp. No charge
Performed preventative maintenance on an Ameristar AC unit. Model number: M4AC6030A1000AA. Serial number: 18283Y7T5F. Upon arrival the unit was off at the thermostat. Homeowner turned the unit on at the thermostat. Went to the basement unit and watched it run. Turned unit off at the switch. Removed the panel to the evaporator coil. Checked the coil for any dust build up. Poured water into the condensate trap and watched the water drain properly. Poured water into the condensate pump and watched the water pump out properly. Removed the panels to the AC. Checked all electrical connections to make sure they were properly secure. Checked the blower motor and fan for any dust build up. Took an amp draw for the motor. Running within manufacture’s specs. Placed panels back on the unit and turned the switch back on. Went outside to the condenser and watched it run. Checked the coils for any dirt build up. Removed the panel. Checked the capacitor and contactor. Both are within the manufacture’s
Coleman Model # TC4B3621HA Serial # W1K7082084 Completed a preventative maintenance on a 5 year old Coleman system I changed out the pure air kit, and the uv bulb. I took a temperature split and it was 19 degrees. Made sure condensate line was draining properly. Then performed a amperage readings on the compressor I got 7.6 amps and the condenser fan motor was drawing.9 amps the capacitor and contactor are operating properly. System is operating properly. Customer pre paid for humidifier service in the fall on the Coleman unit. Manufacturer Lennox Model # XC14-042-230-01 Serial # 5809A01296 Completed a preventative maintenance on a 14 year old Lennox system. The temperature split was 22 degrees, and I changed the 20x25x5 MERV 16 filter. Also, made sure condensate line was draining. Then I performed a amperage readings on the compressor 6.8 Amps and the condenser fan motor 1.2 amps the contactor and capacitor are both working. System is operating properly at this time.

Came out today to inspect a ac system that the homeowner installed. Upon arrival the homeowner showed me the system in question. This is window unit that is installed in the wall. I explained to the homeowner that this is not in our scope of work but I offered to check her boiler system that has not been serviced in a couple years. This is a Weil McLain boiler system. Model #Cga-4pidn, Cp# 6823962. Upon arrival the thermostat was turned off. I called for heat and observed the system starting normally. I found that the system had no water pressure. I found a fault in the automatic water delivery system. I was able to fill the system manually. I took a combustion analysis test and received the following readings, 02 is at 12.2% and the co levels are at 13ppm. I powered the system back down and allowed the system to cool. I removed and cleaned out the burners and burner box. Cleaned the flame sensor and re inserted the burners. The expansion tank and circulator pump are both in good condi

Performed preventative maintenance for a carrier rooftop package unit. Model #48TCEA05A2A5A0A0A0, serial #1811C03801. I removed the access panels and removed the air filters size 16x25x2. I installed 2 new air filters. I tested the drain to ensure that there are no clogs. Checked all the electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. Perform boiler maintenance kit installation and complete preventative maintenance on the boiler. Please make sure heat exchanger is cleaned, trap is cleaned, and verify proper combustion. Quoted $765 to perform this maintenance service. Maintenance completed per proposal. Cycled and tested, system working properly at this time. Advised customer they had a fitting that must of had a leak at one point and sealed it self but damaged the fitting in the process.

The air filter was recently replaced by the homeowner 20x25x1. I performed humidifier service for a healthy climate powered humidifier. I removed the old #35 water panel and cleaned out the housing and drain. I installed a new #35 water panel supplied by the homeowner. I powered the system back up and called for heat. Took a combustion analysis test and received the following readings, o2 is 10.5% and the co levels are 17ppm . I tested the humidifier for proper operation and leaks. The inducer motor amp draw is .26 and the blower motor amp
