Performed first floor dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent,duct, flex hose, lint trap and rear of dryer are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time. Ventilation has perfect flow. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. Thank you for your business!
Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. Unit is functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 2-3 years. Performed dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent, flex hose lint trap and motor are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years.
Perform preventative maintenance for two AC systems. First system for the first floor evaporator coil located in the basement condenser coil located front of house behind bushes. Second system third floor condenser coil located side of house near driveway Evaporator coil located in attic accessible by ladder in closet. AC system one first floor, check drain pan drain line to ensure there were no clogs. The temperature split was out of 20. Checked evaporator and condenser coil's for any buildup. Replaced air filter. Checked all electrical components need it for air-conditioning. First floor system is operating properly at this time. Third-floor system, check drain pan drain line for any possible clogs. Found some debris in front of drain line and drain pan was able to remove debris. Checked evaporator and condenser coil's for any buildup. The temperature split was that 19. Replace air filter. Checked all electrical components. Both systems are operating properly at this time.
