Customer has small area on condenser coil approx 4” where the fins are pressed in. Explained to customer that this will in no way affect the overall performance of the unit and that attempting to remove the coil guard and straighten the fins may cause more disturbance to the fins than is already present. Coil fins are also in a zig zag pattern and would be difficult to comb as they are smaller than the smallest teeth we have available on our fin comb. Customer stated they are ok with leaving the condensers alone rather than attempting to straighten the coil fins. No charge.

Completed Goodman furnace, condenser, coil attic installation, and basement Goodman furnace, condenser coil installation. Attic system is adapted to all existing connections. Added new aux pan water sensor, replaced thermostat with Honeywell T4, insulated all necessary drain lines to prevent freezing in winter. Basement system is adapted to all existing connections. Added Honeywell filter cabinets on attic and basement systems. Basement system thermostat replaced with Honeywell T4. Outside replaced pad, whip, and disconnects for both systems. Water tested all drain lines. Both filter sizes are 16x25x4 merv 11. Cycled and tested, both systems working properly at this time.

Performed 4 second floor dryer vent cleanings and 4 first floor dryer vent cleanings. Installed bird guards on all 2nd floor vents per knights bridge request. Did a preventative maintenance on a heat pump. The split temp was 20 degrees supply temperature was 95°F in the return or 75°F. Did a amp on the heat pump fan motor it was rated for 2.8 and running at 2.7 and the compressor was in range of the spec sheet. And so where the pressure. Did a amp check on blower motor and that was in the proper range. Filter size 20x20x4 I would recommend replacing the fan motor. Installed new indoor blower motor for existing Lennox air handler. Tested the system when completed. System is operating properly at this time with proper cooling. This repair was for a M#CBX27UH-036-230-6-02, S#5811D06374. Customer is financing the repair.

Replace condenser fan motor, fan blade and control board for Lennox outdoor M#SL18XP1-036-230A02, S#5817E24244. Please document the Lennox part numbers (5 digit) for warranty processing. Complete preventative maintenance while on site to keep labor warranty valid. Warranty processing fee $175 + PM AC $140 Came out today to replace a condenser fan motor and fan blades. I removed the old motor and fan blades and connected the motor to the board wire for wire. Tested the system to ensure it was operating properly. Began performing preventative maintenance for the Lennox system and found a failing blower motor on the air handler. The blower is just rocking back and forth. The blower motor will have to be replaced before Chud can perform preventative maintenance on the system. The condenser is operating properly but the blower motor is not operating. Lennox air handler model #cbx27uh-036-230-6-02, serial #5811d06374. The system is under warranty.

Performed dryer vent cleanings on 6 units. All vents, ductwork, flex hoses and lint traps are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Removed birds nest from 5 of the 6 units. Came out today for a no ac call. Upon inspection I found that the system had an error code for high pressure. I reset the high pressure switch by disconnecting the low voltage wire from the board. The system started right up and I took an amp draw for the fan motor and received a reading of 2.8. The fan is rated at a max of 2.8. This reading tells me that the fan stopped operating at some point and the system locked out on high pressure. The fan motor and fan blades (3 blade) should be replaced. Once the fan motor is replaced further diagnostics may be needed. Once the system is operating properly Chud will then perform preventative maintenance. This is a Lennox system model #sl18xp1-036-230a02, serial #5817e24244. Chud will have to call the homeowner and let them know if the repair is covered under warranty, pice if it’s not covered, part availability and repair date.

Performed preventative maintenance on Carrier AC system. Customer replaced 24x24x1 air filter prior to us coming out. Tested condensate line and evaporator coil pan for proper drainage. Temperature split is at 20° with a supply air temperature of 51°, this unit has the proper refrigerant charge. Compressor-6.8 RLA Condenser fan motor-0.7 FLA . Both of these readings are within the amperage rating for this unit. System is operating properly at this time and is ready for the upcoming season.

Performed heat pump inspection/certification for home to be sold. Inspected the air handler. Replaced the air filter (20x20x1). Confirmed proper high voltage (230v) for heat kit as well as high voltage (120v) for air handler. Confirmed proper low voltage (24v) coming off the transformer for control of the system. Tested the temperature differential between supply and return. Heat pump operating without heat kit had a rise of 23°. With heat kit active system had a temperature rise of 63°. Both of these reading are within manufacturer specifications. Made sure drain piping was clear of any restrictions. Inspected indoor coil for debris buildup. No abnormal buildup in the coil. Went outside to inspect the heat pump unit. Tested the capacitor and contactor. Both have less than normal wear compared to age. Confirmed proper high voltage (240v) to heat pump. Tested the amp draw for the blower motor, heat pump fan motor and compressor. All 3 were operating properly per manufacturer specs.

Here to survey the property to collect information on how many systems as well as type of systems for quarterly preventative maintenance contract. Property has a single rooftop package unit. This unit is a gas furnace with air conditioning. Also contains an economizer. System contains 3 air filters (1-14x25x2 2-15x20x2). Access roof in back of the building with ladder or if during the day sprinkler room is accessible to get to built in ladder with bilco roof hatch. Attached are pictures of the unit. The office will follow up with pricing on quarterly preventative maintenance for system. This package will include heating maintenance/tune-up with filters, air conditioning maintenance/tune-up with filter and 2 filter changes one between each maintenance.
