Model # GSX16S241AA Serial # 1906210614 Completed a preventative maintenance on a 3 year old Goodman air conditioner that we installed. I changed the 16x25x1 filter supplied by the customer. After that I took a split temperature reading and it was 18 degrees. I also made sure the condensate pump was working. After that I performed a amperage readings on the compressor 4.5 amps and the condenser fan motor was at .77 amps the capacitor and contactor are both operating properly. The system is operating properly at this time
Performed a first floor dryer vent cleaning. Dryer vent, duct, and lint trap are all clear of lint and debris at this time. Dryer is functioning properly at this time and exhaust flow is optimal. Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. Thank you for your business!
Install new Goodman 96% efficient horizontal left discharge gas furnace, 2.5 ton horizontal coil and 2.5 ton condensing unit. Add (1)-1” external 16x25x1 filter rack/spring if needed. Install new Goliath overflow pan with water safety device. Equipment would include (1)-GM9S960603BN furnace, (1)-CHPF2430B6 coil, (1)-GSXH503010 condenser, (1)-G0270F05404 drain kit for horizontal application. New Goliath pan and water sensor, 1” filter rack 16x25x1, and Ecobee thermostat. Includes:10 year parts warranty, 10 year labor(with scheduled maintenance) and a (2) year service agreement. (4 visits). Homeowner would be responsible for renewing the service agreement after the 4 visits. Installation complete. Cycled and tested, system working properly at this time.

Upon arrival I turned the thermostat off, powered the system down and removed the access panel. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. I tested the drain pan, drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. The Merv11 air filter was replaced in the fall. I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The blower motor and wheel are both clean and in good condition. I re attached the access panels and powered the system up. I called for a and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are dirty and should be cleaned. The condenser amp draws are .82 for the fan and 5.01 for the compressor. The temperature split is at a 18° differential. I presented the homeowner with multiple options to help improve the system. The homeowner went with the bronze option.

The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. I tested the drain line to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. The air filter looks like it was just replaced by the homeowner size 16x25x1. I inspected all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for ac and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are dirty and in fair condition. Came out today to investigate a no ac call for a Lennox system. Model # 13ACX-036-230-17 , serial #1914K38537 . Upon arrival the homeowner stated that the outdoor unit would not turn on. I called for ac and observed the system starting normally. I noticed that the system was getting power but power was not being passed. I presented the homeowner with multiple options and the homeowner went with the silver option. Update the power distribution system Update the power storage device

I powered down the system at the furnace and removed the access panel. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. Manufacturer Lennox Model # XC14-036-230-07 Serial # 5814D11211 Completed a preventative maintenance on a 10 year old Lennox system. When I arrived I changed 16x25x1 filter. Made sure the drain was working and the condensate pump. The split temperature was 10 degrees. I charged the unit with 2 pounds of r -410 A refrigerant the split temperature is 19 and the subcool is at 7 the refrigerant levels are correct. Then I performed a amperage readings on compressor 6.6 amps and the condenser fan motor .8 amps. The capacitor and contactor are both operating properly at this time. System is operating properly, and ready for summer!!

Duct work job will require (2) white 12x4 floor registers, (1) 12x4 rectangular 90 degree register boot with 7 inch round end to hook up 7 inch flex duct to. We will also need 6 inch top take off start collar, a 7 inch top take off start collar and a box of 7 inch flex. Job will require one guy for half a day.

Performed preventative maintenance on a Lennox AC system. Model number: XC21-036-230-08. Serial number: XC21-036-230-08. Upon arrival the system was off. I turned the system on at the thermostat. Went downstairs to the unit and watched it run. Turned the unit off at the switch. Checked the humidifier to see if it was still running. Customer turned it off at the thermostat but wanted to verify. I turned the dial to summer. No water was coming out of the tube. Removed the panel to the evaporator coil. Inspected the coils for any dust build up. Poured water into the condensate trap and watched it drain properly. Poured water into the condensate pump and watched it pump out properly. Removed panels to the furnace. Checked all electrical connections to make sure they were secure. Checked the blower motor and fan for any dust build up. The filter is still good until Jan of 2024.
