Performed an air duct cleaning and sanitation on a 3 bedroom single system house. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this. System is functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 3-4 years. Thank you for your business! Customer opted out of dryer vent cleaning as they are getting a new dryer and its just a flex hose on the first floor.

Came out today to perform preventative for a York heat pump system model #Eabd-f036sa, serial #W0e6249123. Upon arrival the system was calling for heat. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. The blower wheel is extremely dirty and rusted. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in fair condition. Replaced the air filter size 20x20x1. There are signs that the evaporator coil’s have froze in the past. There is rust in the return duct that the air handler sits on. I re installed the access panels and powered the system back up and called for heat. I observed the system starting normally. The blower motor amp draw is 1.81 and the supply temp is 122°F. The heat pump coils are clean and in fair condition. The heat pump amp draws are 1.1 for the fan and 7.9 for the compressor. The refrigerant pressures are within normal range however this system utilizes R-22 refrigerant which has been phas

Went to a no heat call. Found that the thermocouple and the thermostat were both bad. I did not want to do the repair due to the age of the system Steve will need to come out here and quote them for a new system. Customer needed heat for tonight due to living conditions. So I went forward with the repair customer does have heat I cannot guarantee for how long system is 40 years old. Put in a Honeywell T4 thermostat. System is running properly at this point but will need to be replaced as soon as possible for a reliable source of heat.

Came out today and installed a Reme halo uv light system model #REME-H, serial #y3wrhl106. The Reme halo is installed on the supply duct and all the wiring is connected properly. Removed the old gas valve and installed a new one. Made all the proper connections for the gas line and tested for leaks. Installed a new igniter and flame sensor. Upon completion of the repairs I tested the system by calling for heat. The system started without any issues. I let the system run for about 15 minutes. The system is operating properly at this time. Lennox furnace model #G60UH-48C-110-07, serial #5907K03767. No charge homeowner prepaid.

Performed preventative maintenance on a gas furnace. Inspected all the electrical components. Confirmed proper high and low voltages . Replaced the customer supplied #501 air filter. Cleaned the burners, flame sensor and burner compartment. Performed a combustion analysis on the system. System is operating at 81% efficiency with a CO level of 25ppm. Set the new power humidifier to preferred humidity of 35%. The humidifier #35 panel will need to be replaced next season since it was installed at the end of the heat season last year. System is operating properly at this time. Model #G60UHV-60C-110-07 Serial #5907K03650

Customer called for no heat on the second floor. Upon inspection I found the boiler low on water pressure below 10psi. Filled boiler to recommended pressure of 18psi. Purged air since water pressure was so low. Tested the system upon completion. System was operating as it should. Continued to performed the preventative maintenance on the boiler. Inspected all the electrical components. Confirmed proper high and low voltages. Performed a combustion analysis on the boiler. System is operating at 84% efficiency with a CO level of 20ppm. Recommend adding an auto fill w/ backflow preventer to maintain water pressure without having to monitor it. Also to replace the pressure/temperature gauge that is rusting as well as has moisture inside the gauge to where you can’t read it. Model #CGA-4-SPDN Serial #CP5432206

Came out today to perform preventative maintenance on a Lennox furnace model #SL280UH090V36B-04, serial #5915L04357 and a Aprilaire humidifier 700 series. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that they had some roof damage and upon repair they found that the chimney was damaged as well. The homeowner is waiting on the insurance for the repair but wants to verify that her furnace is safe to operate. I powered the system on and called for heat. I took a combustion analysis test and received the following readings, o2 is 9.9% and the co levels 6ppm . The supply temp is 118°F. The inducer motor amp draw is .22 and the blower motor amp draw is 5.7. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. I removed and cleaned carbon off of the flame sensor and cleaned out the burners and burner box. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. Installed a 16x25x1 air filter until the homeowner can get a new Merv filter. Checked the pressure switch fo

Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox furnace model #Sl280uh090v36b-03, serial #5914H32223. Upon arrival the system was running. I powered the system down or the furnace and removed the access panels. Removed and cleaned carbon off of the flame sensor and cleaned out the burners and burner box. Checked the pressure switch for clogs and tested the drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. The filter was replaced by the homeowner a couple of weeks ago. Merv11 size16x25x5. Performed preventative maintenance for gas furnace per repair/maintenance agreement. Cleaned the burners, burner box and flame sensor. Inspected the gas piping and flue piping. Inspected all electrical components. Confirmed the proper high and low voltages. Replaced the standard air filter. The proper size filter for the slot is 16x25x1 if you have difficulty getting it in and out you can use a 20x25x1. You can upsize the filter to make it easier to replace versus trying to get your fingers in the get it out. it just makes it easier for installation and removal and will not affect the system operation. Filter should be changed every 30-90 days no more than 90 days because it can damage the system like it possibly did when the blower motor burned out. Performed combustion analysis on the furnace. System is operating at 83.9% efficiency with a CO level of 12ppm. System had a temperature rise of 54°. System is operating properly at this time. No charge on site due to prepaid repair agreem

Did a preventative maintenance on a new Goodman furnace. During the maintenance I clean the flame sensor. I also cleaned out the burner box and the blower motor housing. And I did an amp reading on the inducer motor and blower motor which both meet the furnace specs. Also I did a combustion test and the system is cleanly burning. did a humidifier service where I change the number 35 panel and I also cleaned out the entire humidifier. Then I made sure that it was draining properly and that the condensate pump was working. We will need to return when we get 20 x 25 x 4 Merv 11 filters. System is working properly at this point. m#GMEC961205DN s#2107477436
