1. Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation on a 3 bedroom home. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. Tested system and system is functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 3-4 years. 2. Cored through brick wall to install new dryer exhaust termination fitting and ran hard pipe all the way to dryer. 3. Installed “lint alert” dryer safety device that will alert homeowner if dryer exhaust gets blocked or restricted. Tested device and is working properly at this time. 4. Installed new Reme Halo whole house air purification device on existing Lennox attic air handler. Device is functioning properly at this time. Device had to be mounted on return side since the supply trunk is all duct board. Device is secured properly at this time. 5. Performed preventative maintenance on newly installed Lennox ac only air conditioning system. Chud did not install the unit. Based on serial number the unit is from 2020. System is operating properl
