Performed preventative maintenance on a Lennox AC system. Upon arrival the unit was on at the thermostat. I adjusted the temperature so the AC would keep running. Went downstairs and watched the unit run. Turned the unit off at the switch. Removed the panel to the evaporator coil. Inspected the coils for any dust build up. Poured water into the condensate trap and watched it drain properly. Poured water into the condensate pump and watched it pump out properly. Removed the panels to the furnace. Checked the electrical connections to make sure they were properly secure. Checked the blower motor and fan for any dust build up. Checked the capacitor on the blower motor. Running within manufacture’s specs. Customer recently changed the filter. Took an amp draw for the blower motor. Running within the manufacture’s specs. Placed the panels back in the unit and watched it run. Went outside to the condenser and watched it run. Checked the coils for any dirt build up. Removed the panel and brus

Performed air duct cleaning and sanitation on a 3 bedroom 2 system home. All vents and ductwork are clear of dust and debris at this time. Both systems are functioning properly at this time. Recommend duct cleaning every 3-4 years. Thank you for your business! Neither system is optimal for an air cleaner. Recommend a u.v Reme halo u.v for the main system. Unico system would need to to have something fabricated to install the uv light as it is all flex.

Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox AC system. Model #XC16-048-230-02, serial #5811H02921. Upon arrival the system was set for heat. I powered down the thermostat, the system and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. I tested the drain pan, drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. The pure air kit gets replaced in the fall. I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I re attached the access panels and powered the system back up. I called for a and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are .57 for the fan and 7.4 for the compressor. The temperature split is at a 19° differential. The system is operating properly at this time. Homeowner went with a custom solution. Chud will have to schedule a return date to install.

Came out today for a hot water heater issue. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that the water on one side of the house was taking way to long to come out of the faucet. This is a 75 gallon power vent hot water heater with a taco circulator pump attached. Upon inspection I found a fault in the water movement system. I presented the homeowner with multiple options and the homeowner went with the economy option. I was able to replace the circulator pump today. The economy package also includes maintenance for the basement York furnace and Goodman ac system.

Recommend dryer vent cleaning every 1-2 years. Thank you for your business! Customer did not need quote for booster fan. The kitchen ceiling would need to be taken out and run is not accessible anywhere else.

Came out today for a Weil McLain boiler model #cg-6-spdn, cp #3107747. Upon arrival the homeowner stated that the system would come on but not heat the home. I removed the access panel and noticed that the system has a standing pilot and it was not lit. I tried to light the pilot but had no success. I removed the pilot assembly and noticed that the thermocouple was severely charged. I recommend replacing the thermocouple to start and the homeowner agreed. I replaced the thermocouple and lit the pilot. Once I powered the system back up the system ignited. The systems burners and burner box are covered in dust . I highly recommended performing preventative maintenance for the boiler. The homeowner stated that he would schedule another time for maintenance. The system is operating at this time.

Original service call was to address an issue with Google Nest thermostat. Bypassed thermostat and rollout switch to perform combustion analysis. Found CO PPM levels around 3000 plus and immediately shut down the analyzer. Gas valve was also clicking on and off repeatedly and flames were rolling out. Shut off gas and power to the unit and advised the homeowner that the system will need to be replaced due to the multiple failures which include breached heat exchanger, failing gas valve. A company representative will be coming out to the property today between 12:30-1:30 to provide replacement options and discuss different financing options that we offer. The diagnostic charge can be refunded with a signed proposal for a new system. Chud will also determine if vent pipes are correct. There still may be an issue with the Google Nest thermostat as the homeowner put new batteries in it and it still was showing a fault of “no power” even with a common wire hooked up. Carrier high efficie

Completed maintenance on attic system gas furnace. Checked all components for proper operation. System is in horizontal position with flue running out through roof, causing condensation to drip through flue pipe and into draft inducer. Cleaned orifice leading to pressure switch hose. Would recommend customer consider replacing this system due to its fair condition. System could be upgraded to a high efficiency system helping them save in their heating costs. Replaced filter, filter size 20x20x1. Cycled and tested, system working properly at this time.

Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox furnace model #Sl280uh110v60-03, serial #5911j34646. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. Removed and cleaned carbon off of the flame sensor, cleaned out the burners and burner box. I replaced the pure air kit in the system. Checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. Performed humidifier service on a Aprilaire humidifier series 600. Ensured that the pressure switch was free of any debris. Tested the drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. I powered the system up and called for heat. Took a combustion analysis test and received the following readings, o2 is at 12.4% and the co levels are 13ppm. The inducer amp draw is at .23 and the blower motor amp draw is at 7.4. I tested the humidifier for proper operation and leaks. The system is operating properly at this time.

Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox system model #G61MP – 60C – 091–09, serial #5910E09876. Removed and cleaned carbon off of the flame sensor. Cleaned out the burners and burner box. Check all electrical components to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. Replaced the air filter size 16x20x1. Tested the drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs in the system. Made sure pressures switch are clear. Powered the system back on and called for heat. I observed the system starting normally and took a combustion analysis test. The inducer motor amp draw is at .23, the blower motor amp draw is at 5.2. The combustion analysis results are 11% for the o2, co is 11ppm. The system is operating properly at this time. I took a look at the nest thermostat and it is only off by 2°. In my professional opinion changing the thermostat will not fix this issue. The system is operating properly at this time.
