Performed preventative maintenance on a Carrier AC system. Model number: Serial number: upon arrival the unit was off. I turned the unit on at the thermostat and watched the unit run. Removed the panel to the furnace. Turned the unit off at the switch. Checked all electrical connections to make sure they were properly secure. Checked the blower motor and fan for any dust build up. Checked the capacitor for the blower motor. Running within the manufacture’s specs. Removed the panel to the evaporator coil. Checked the coils for any dust build up. Poured water into the condensate trap and watched it drain down into the gravity drain. Took an amp draw of the blower motor. Running within the manufacture’s specs. Replaced (2) 16x20x1 filters. Placed the panels back on the unit and turned the unit back on from the switch. Went outside to the condenser and watched it run. Checked the coils for any dirt build up. Replacement of 50-gal electric water heater, #5 expansion tank & drain pan. 5/24/23-PT/KR- came out today to replace a 50 gallon electric hot water heater. Upon arrival the system was leaking. I powered the system down at the breaker box and I shut off the incoming water and began draining the hot water heater. Once the system was empty I cut it out and removed the old system and installed a new 50 gallon electric Bradford white hot water heater. Model #RE250T6-1NCWW, serial #zd51325180. Made all the proper connections using 3/4 copper and pro press fittings. Installed a new ball valve as an incoming water shut off. The will replace the old gate valve. Once the system was connected I tested for water leaks and filled the tank. Once the tank was full I restored power to the hot water heater and allowed the system to begin heating. I went through the home and began bleeding out the hot water line.

Lennox Model # XP21-036-230-06 Serial # 5815C17414 Completed a preventative maintenance on a Lennox unit. I changed the 20x20x1 customer supplied filter. Then I took a temperature split and the reading is 20. I water test the evaporator coil drain pan and made sure condensate pump is working. After that I performed a amperage readings on the compressor 6.7 amps and the condenser fan motor 0.6 amps. The capacitor and contactor are both operating properly at this time. System is operating properly properly.
Performed preventative maintenance for a RUUD ac system. Model#RH1V4821STANJA , serial #W111507353 . Upon arrival the thermostat was set for heat. I powered the thermostat and the system down and removed the access panels. The evaporator coil’s are clean and in good condition. I tested the drain pan, drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. The blower motor and blower wheel are clean and in good condition. I replaced the air filter size 20x20x1. I checked all electrical connections to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I turned the humidifier off for the season. I re attached the access panels and powered the system up. I called for ac and observed the system starting normally. The condenser coils are clean and in good condition. The condenser amp draws are 8.74 for the compressor and .69 for the fan. The system has a 21° differential. The system is operating properly at this time. Collecting for full syste

Performed AC maintenance on both the mini split system, and Goodman split system. Replaced and washed filters. Checked drains and split temps on both systems. Cycled and tested, both systems working properly at this time. Recommended customer have a duct cleaning done, and upgrade their filtration set with a 16x20x4 merv cabinet.

This location has one roof top unit, and requires (4) filters. The sizes are all 16x20x2. This system does not have a belt driven blower. There’s is one thermostat in the office, but there are 2 other sensors through the building that may control zone dampers. BILLOUT
Re-leveled existing Lennox condensing unit Model# XP21-036-230-06 Serial# 5815C17414 with paver blocks. Had homeowner turn power back on to unit. System is operating properly and (heat pump) condenser is level at this time.
Performed preventative maintenance on heat pump system. Ran amp draw on heat pack while running and all heat packs are amping out properly. New blower motor was installed a few weeks ago so amperage is good on blower motor. Changed 20x20x1 filter. Did visual inspection on both coils and both coils seem pretty clean. Outdoor heat pump is on heat pump risers and is leaning towards house and will need to be leveled out with 2 guys and 4 paver bricks. Compressor is not level and the oil in the refrigerant won’t be able to lube the gears properly in the compressor and could cause premature failure. I highly recommended doing this repair asap. RC quoted $285.00 for repair. Collecting $140 for PM today
Performed preventative maintenance for a Lennox furnace model #SL280UH090V48B-03, serial #5914H19058. I powered the system down and removed the access panels. I removed and cleaned carbon off of the flame sensor and cleaned out the burners and burner box. The homeowner recently replaced the air filter size 16x25x1. Checked the pressure switch for clogs and tested the drain line and condensate pump with several bottles of water to ensure that there are no leaks or clogs. Checked all electrical components needed for heating to ensure that they are secure and in good condition. I powered the system back up and called for heat. I took a combustion analysis test and and received the following readings, o2 is at 13.1% and the co levels are at 25ppm. The supply temp is at 126°F. The furnace is operating properly at this time.
