I've been a club member for a few years, includes twice per year check ups. On Sunday, air conditioner stopped cooling effectively. They conducted a service call three hours later...three hours on a Sunday during Memorial Day weekend. I might need to replace the system, but these guys are fantastic. Have proven to be honest, dependable and knowledgeable. Def recommend.
