I called on Monday at 9 am and we had a new air conditioner installed and running by Tuesday at 2:00 pm~ Chris, Joe, Kyle and Josh were all very friendly and explained what was happening in terms we could understand.. Kyle showed us how to use the thermostat and answered all of our questions in a professional manner. All four were very professional and we trusted that they knew their jobs. We paid more than we had hoped, however, with a 10 year warranty on parts and labor, it should be worth it. So far, we are very pleased with the service we received from CJS!
