I called for service, unit wasn't cooling, and three hours later we had cool air. Amazing.
Very good experience. The technician was patient, very nice, and explained everything.

We just moved into the house. The technician was knowledgeable and taught us all about our furnace and other items. Thanks!!
Everyone at Classic Aire always provides great service
The service technician was polite and informative. He diagnosed the problem promptly. The part which he needed was in the van. The total cost was overpriced for installing what was likely a $20 part.
Showing code 225. Cycled power. Furnace failed to calibrate. Checked vent piping. Tested pressures. Replaced faulty pressure switches with switch replacement kit under parts only warranty. Tested operation. Combustion blower: .61A, 3ph., 68V, 112hz. Blower: 1375cfm, 5.5A. Supply: 134. Return: 70.
Cleaned & checked gas furnace. Inspected heat exchanger & flue venting. cleaned burners & flame sensor. Checked voltage & amp draw of motors. Test capacitor. Replaced filter. Blower: 4.7A. Inducer: 1.33A . Adjust Gas pressure: 3.5 inches water column. Temperature rise: 52 . Supply: 120 . Return: 68 . Found basement pressure negative (-.01 inches water column) due to leaks in return-air ducting. This can downdraft of flu and fluegas spillage at water heater. No humidifier. Suggestions: Seal return leaks or install make-up air venting to balance pressures.
I found gas valve acting erratically. Shows signs of water on/in valve. I replaced gas valve. Tested operation. Newer vent piping is rusting out due to down-draft of flue. Found basement pressure negative (-.012 inches water column) due to leaks in return-air ducting. This is causing downdraft of flue and fluegas spillage at water heater. Suggestions: seal all leaks in return air ducting or install make up air venting to main level.
Replaced noisy inducer motor assembly. Good to go!
Cleaned & checked gas furnace. Inspected heat exchanger & flue venting. cleaned burners & flame sensor. Checked voltage & amp draw of motors. Test capacitor. Blower: 4.2/5.0A. Inducer: 0.29/0.55A . Gas pressure: 1.9/3.4 inches water column. Replaced air cleaner media. Clean and check humidifier, replace pad, checked water flow and drain.
I pressurized gas piping and check for leaks. Found four small leaks. I disconnected leaky dead end run below meter. Remove leaky tee above gas meter and installed elbow and nipple. Pressure tested at 10 inches. Held for 12 minutes. I found cap for bottom of swivel tee on the floor. Retrieved and installed. Visa ending in 5498
