Two guys came to my house in two vans. I got an email from the company letting me know they were on their way that included pictures of both employees coming and a brief background for each which was nice. One of the employees had 25 years of experience and the other was newer (possibly training). They showed up and both looked professional and also acted as such. They asked me what exactly I wanted (shutoff valve install to garage furnace) and were done in like 20 minutes, having done a great job! They re-lit my pilot to the water heater also. The three stars for "pricing" was given because that 20 minutes of work cost me 278 dollars! They charged me 99 for the "diagnostic" and 179 flat rate fee to install the shutoff with all parts included. I feel like the flat rate fee should have included the 99 diagnostic since there was nothing to diagnose, they knew exactly the job to be done and it was as straightforward as it gets. Nothing is worth 278 dollars for 20 minutes. overall happy with the company because they did good work.
