Guys did an excellent job installing the new system . Jim took his time making sure all the pressures and settings were in spec. and that meant a great deal to me. Instillation was done very neat and clean and looks great.

Found dual capacitor bad. Open circuit. Replaced dual capacitor and tested cooling operation. Compressor: 16.6A. Condenser fan:1.45A . ambient: 94 . liquid line: 98. suction line: 66. Suction Indoor temp: 85.
Customer had burst water pipe that froze above garage ceiling. I found heating only air handler above garage ceiling had burnt up circuit board. Also capacitor weak: 16% low. I removed burnt circuitboard and rewired furnace for standard sequence your operation. Installed new sequencer and replaced blower capacitor.
