John Murphy arrive for appointment at 8am. He asked questions about how furnace was keeping up with cold weather. John checked furnace and found wire that had vibrated loose. He repaired wire and improved efficiency of furnace. John checked heatpump and found no problems. I would refer John to anyone for HVAC service.
Jeff Kelly is first rate! Two thumbs up!
Tom seemed very disgruntled about providing service at my home. He didn't know much about the Nest Thermostat I had purchased or about my previous thermostat. He even asked me why I purchased the Nest in a condescending tone. This was not his business.
Sean arrived on time and completed the service on schedule. He provided information on surge protection for me to consider.
Patrick was on time, did a great job and was very friendly
