I called Classic during this last cold snap and was expecting them to be a few days out, however, to my surprise they said they guarantee same day service and had a technician there that very afternoon (the tech said they just opened a new branch in Celina to better serve the area). Proactively replaced an older igniter on furnace.
One of the items checked on a tune up is the flame sensor. Buildup(mostly carbon deposits) can accumulate on these sensors and cause improper function. Cleaning of the flame sensor is including on these heating tune ups.
