After moving to a house some years ago, I began searching for an HVAC service plan. I looked at several companies monthly rates. With its low rate, American Standard products, and Classic Care promotion - monthly plan money goes toward a future discount on major system purchases - I chose Classic Heating & Air. Since then, I've had Michael service the units every spring and fall. As he moved up in the company, I recently had Ty become our technician. He was courteous, informative, and worked hard to clean both the inside system and outside condenser unit. Due to recent public health concerns, he made sure to allow us to touch the thermostat and door handles, and he wore all necessary protective covers. He offered the same great service and information, carefully noting all requests and changes for the system over the years. I look forward to continue working with Ty and Classic. Their monthly rate is excellent, technicians informative and detailed, and will do their best to accommodate any requests.
