My wife & I woke up to a broken AC unit this morning (Sunday). Started calling AC companies around 11am to see if anyone could come out And fix it today. I called 4 companies that I see driving around town in their perfectly wrapped trucks, who advertise emergency service on the same day. 2 companies couldn’t come until Tuesday, one never answered my calls, and the other told me they’d call me back, which took 2 hours. I remembered using Classic a year ago, and should have remembered immediately. As soon as I called them, they took my info, told me they had a tech on call and they would gather info, and setup a call, and call me back. They called back within 15 minutes and told me Ty would be enroute and on-site in 25 minutes. Ty arrived around the expected time, and got right to work. He found the issue in the attic. It was a short in the thermostat wire. Initially it appeared to be a fried circuit board. It also seems that the heater and AC unit have been running simultaneously for a few months and putting a lot of strain on the unit. After the short was fixed, everything ran fine.. better than before in fact as my heater isn’t running anymore while my AC runs. Ty didn’t try to up sell me for anything I didn’t even need. In fact I asked him about the monthly program they offer for maintenance and he told me I wouldn’t need to worry about that until we reach about 10 years on the system. I was charged for a standard service maintenance call. No additional charges. All in all, amazing service from a company who values the customers like they’re family. I won’t ever use anyone else. Highly Recommended!!!

Michael inspected our furnace and repaired the mistakes another furnace repair serve did to the wiring on my unit. He was quick to diagnose the problem and easily corrected the situation. Michael is professional and knowledgeable.

Came home and found our A/C had stopped working - called Classic and they had a tech out within an hour. Fixed our problem and had us up and running in no time. Have used the team at Classic for over 5 years now and always impressed with their service techs - some of the friendliest guys I ve met in the profession - always willing to bend over backwards to make sure my family has heat or air in timely fashion.
