I was very frustrated with the communication challenges when I requested to speak to my technician, Elia Martinez. I could only interface with the office representative. I literally waisted half of my morning on the phone. However, when Mr. Martinez arrived and examined my unit, his existing knowledge of my AC equipment and the relationship created due to earned trust, the issue was resolved and I was quite satisfied with the outcome.

You initially came with a great referral by my daughter. She couldn’t be more on point! Team very knowledgeable and experienced. They revealed Inferior to inaccurate work done by prior workers. HVAC Repairs: Upon inspection of the client's HVAC system, I observed excessive vibration, indicating potential mechanical issues. I identified and corrected sources of excessive vibration to prevent component damage and ensure smooth system operation.
Went out to assist a customer who had indoor air quality concerns. The air filters were replaced and a duct cleaning was recommended and scheduled for a future date. We also installed a new Honeywell Electric Air Cleaner in the home. The air quality will continue to improve in the home.
AC Tune Up. Arrived at a home to perform annual air conditioning maintenance for a residential homeowner. The whole system was checked for signs of wear and tear. The system's filters were replaced and the condensate drain line was cleaned as part of a the diagnostic tune-up. The customer was happy to hear that the system was working well.
Arrived at a customer's home to provide annual ductwork cleaning for them. There were no issues found with the ductwork and the ducts were thoroughly cleaned. The annual cleaning will continue to decrease the amount of dust in the home and reduce the need for future repairs to the HVAC system.
AC Repair: Responding to a call regarding reduced airflow in an AC unit, I identified and addressed a blocked air filter. By swiftly replacing the filter in the AC system, I restored the system's efficiency and improved indoor air quality.
HVAC System Replacement: Called out for a service call for an inoperable HVAC system. Discovered replacing the outdated and inefficient HVAC system with a modern, high-efficiency model was the best and least expensive solution for the client. We installed the new system and tested it for performance. The upgraded system now offers improved comfort and reduced energy consumption, translating to significant cost savings for the homeowner.
