I had Mark come to check my heating. He was extremely helpful when it came to explaining my issues with my heater. This is what I observed from him. He explained everything without being condescending to a person that is not knowledgeable. But what I appreciated the most is his amazing sensitivity to women and their concerns about their service. All in all, Clear the Air has always treated us very well and have been very fair.
The team always does a great job. Mark is always great at his work and good at communicating any issues and courteous.

Robby came and he was also the Marketing guy at the same time a tech. My new mini splits is no longer cooking just like the first week it was installed and everyone said it is working so Robby came and troubleshoot the problem. Now I am happy he did came.

Regularly scheduled HVAC maintenance call. Checked system top to bottom, cleared away debris inside and outside the unit, checked refrigerant levels, made sure everything else was working in good order.
Client reported that their furnace was no longer operating correctly. Upon inspection discovered that the pilot light wasn't staying on; further investigation discovered they had a bad thermocouple. Performed furnace repair, replaced the thermocouple, ensured that pilot light was now working and furnace would turn on.
Performed full HVAC replacement. Client's unit had been damaged in a recent storm and was already aging so they decided to replace the whole thing. Installed the new air conditioner and heater, tested for proper operation.
Performed regularly scheduled air conditioning maintenance call. Checked the system, cleared debris around the unit, made sure compressor was working correctly, got good cool temperatures during operation. Advised customer airflow was a little low, might need a duct cleaning in the near future.
Customer had an aging system that needed a little TLC. Performed air conditioner maintenance; cleaned unit, cleared out area around it, checked compressor and blower wheel, checked all wiring and connections. Provided information on membership to customer and also advised they were probably 2-3 years from needing new ac installation.
