I attended Karen’s airdrie home as her ac was not working. Upon diagnostic I found that the condensor pressure switch had tripped, and that the condensor was very dirty. This would have facilitated the pressure switch tripping. Reset the switch, Karen had me clean the condensor coil. I did all that and tested the operation of the system. I also found the ducts are dirty and with the system being 13 yrs old recommended that the contractor, capacitor be replaced as well as installing a compressor saver. Karen decided to just have the diagnostic and condensor coil cleaning be done. Job complete, all working well at this time.
I attended Michelle’s rental in airdrie to perform an ac plan service. The ac is working very well with no issues. However, I did notice that there is no mold mitigation on the system. Recommend a uv light above the indoor coil to ensure no mold growth.

Tech came out today to perform annual AC inspection. Tech tested torque booster limits, amperage on both compressor and out door fan motor, tested air flow and refrigerant levels. Inspected electrical components for corrosion. System working well. Tech found the system is a bit undercharged on refrigerant by the looks of it from the install. Tech has added refrigerant and the levels are more appropriate. Tech advised a compressor saver be installed on the outdoor coil to protect the compressor and lets it have a smoother start.
I attended Steve’s airdrie home to perform a plan service on his ac’s. They are running well with out any issues. However, I did see that they don’t have any mold mitigation and I also recommend compressor savers to help prolong the life of the compressors. They are going to go over the options and get back to us.
Return to site as clients still have water leaking from shower Checked silicone and couldn’t find any cracks but the water proof stripping from shower door is quite worn so I made a couple options one to attempt to replace striping as well as completely re doing shower to be sure no more water leaking Clients going to attempt to find stopping himself before going ahead with portions

Client called about hot water tank is leaking. Tech went out found the humidifier needle valve above the tank is leaking. Water pressure in the home is 95 psi. Tech explained to the client this water pressure is far too high and can damage plumbing fixtures. Also the tank is 8 years old average life span 8-10 years. Tech made a few options client went with new valve and a pressure reducing valve. Tech turned off water and replace humidifier needle valve with new 1/4 turn ball valve and a braided steel supply line. Tech then installed new pressure reducing valve. Tested for leaks and set water pressure is 65-70 psi. Client is happy.
