Amazing service came next day (not 2 weeks later) this company understands that plumbing is a necessity not something that can be ignored.
Prices that technician provided for just flushing the water heater was about 4 times expensive than the other companies, strange!!

Information regarding the technicians who would be doing the work and when they would be arriving was excellent. All technicians were very professional and personable and the workmanship was of the highest quality. The project was scheduled in a timely fashion at our convenience. However, the customer needs to be explicitly informed of outcomes (both positive and negative) in order to make a rational choice as to the product(s) to purchase. This was not done adequately in our situation, resulting in misunderstanding.
I was very pleased with the quality of the work although concerned about the lack of information initially regarding potential outcomes which would have impacted the decisions made.

Client called about furnace being very intermittent tech went out after hours ad confirmed system primary motor is not pushing enough air to keep the heat exchanger cool enough causing high Limit to trigger. After speaking with the client he wants to replace the furnace. Tech has acquired the measurements and 50% deposit Office will call in the morning to schedule are return. Client has heat for the moment.
Arrived to darrens home in Aspin woods to look at wall mount vanity faucet leak after doing a thorough evaluation of home I noticed there was a major sediment build up on all faucets due to hard water, strongly recommended our premium water softener due to water usage and size of there home, gave 3 solid options that would permanently fix the issue, for now I pulled and cleaned rubber washer to stop the leak on wall mount faucet, leak only occurred when faucet was turned on, client is going to talk it over with her husband tonight and decide what options they would like to go with, for now I only charged minimum service fee and dispatch fee, full payment has been received,
Came to Arnoldâ€™s home in Hawkwood for a possible recall. Prebuilt Service valve was hand tight from shop. Needed to tighten the Part to stop a small leak from tankless unit. Picture was taken of part needing to be tightened, notice attached photo of brass FIPxPEX. No installer error. Error occurred from shop in prebuilt stage.
Tech came out cause main floor furnace not working tech found the double pole 15 amp breaker serving the main floor furnace was no longer working properly and will need to be replaced. Tech installed new reme halo uv eliminator, tech replaced filters in both furnaces, tech will have to find new hepa filters. Tech added more salt to water softener. Tech has wired the main floor furnace to work temporarily till the electrical can be fixed

Came to Steven and Debbies home located near Mt Pleasant. Came for a slow gurgling toilet. Found that not only is the toilet slow and gurgles but the shower drain backs and and the lav sink drain slowly. All there fixtures are in the basement. Gave Steven multiple solutions, and Steven decided to go with the hydro jet through the toilet access as well as a bottle of BioOne and he also invested in a plan membership. A 50% down payment was collected today as well.

Today I came to Virginiaâ€™s Chaparral home because the 15 year old furnace stopped working. This has happened twice before. Upon diagnostic I found the flame sensor has failed. This is the third time with the same problem. This indicates the control board has sensing problems as well. The blower motor has over heated at least once and has spilled liquified grease. This is causing permanent and irreversible damage to the furnace by not moving enough air. Ignition system at 20% life remaining. Virginia would like to replace the furnace rather than repair it. I will replace the flame sensor today as a courtesy so Virginia has heat until the furnace can be installed. Should the furnace installation be cancelled, the full charge for today including travel, diagnostics and flame sensor will be charged. I have replaced the flame sensor for today. Today I came to Neils Priddis home because the boiler is not working and there is no hot water. Upon diagnostic of the 7 year old system I found there is a lack of water pressure. The hydronic feeder was low but not low enough to stop pumping. I filled the feeder and it is still not working. The feeder must be replaced. There is 0% glycol in the system which leaves it open to freezing. All pumps are in good condition. The water heater loop air eliminator is seized and must be replaced. Neil was happy with service and was planning on proceeding with the work. After speaking with his builder he has cancelled the project as the builder is going to step up and resolve the issue for him. Today we are charging the evaluation fee and diagnostic only. There will be no restocking fees.
Came to clients wearhouse located in Vista Heights. Came for a leaking mop sink tap. Found both hot and cold taps to be leaking slightly when valves completely shut off. also found that main cold supply line shut off for mop sink was giving way as well. Gave client multiple options and client decided to replace all three valves. Had to shut of building water. Replaced the valves and turned water back on. No leaks were seen when fully pressurized. 1 year warranty on parts and labour.

Today I came to Marilyns Huntington hills honey because she has been experiencing a toilet problem for 3-5 years. Marilyn explains that she has never had a sewer back up but her basement toilet, and only her basement toilet clogs frequently. The toilet was replaced 25 years ago. Marilyn also explained she used a very heavy/thick toilet paper and that coincides with the toilet plugging. I have offered to get an augur out here to clear the line. Marilyn would like to try different toilet paper and should the toilet continue to back up, she will call for further service.
