Excellent serviceYamit

Tamil was clear about what needed to be done and took the time to answer my questions. He was polite and professional and when some cupboards needed moving for the job, he went above and moved them out to the garage for me. Also would like to say that having a picture of who to expect was appreciated.

Today I returned to Rylands home to perform a camera Inspection after a sewer liner installation. The liner is rough in spots due to the poor condition of the cast iron pipe. The line is in good working condition and Ryland is happy with the work. 40 year warranty on the liner.

Client called worried that the new toilet we install was leaking, tech went out found the sub floor that was soaked by the previous toilet was still drying put. However the front end of the toilet wobbled a bit tech lifted toilet and replaced the wax to make sure it was not damaged, tech reset toilet and used wobble wedges to help support toilet and some silicone along the front to help support it better. Tech informed client silicon needs 24hrs to dry don’t get water on it tech flush the toilet several times not damp or leaking. Client is happy 10/10

James has explained that he has not had hot water since Sunday. The pilot light on his 40 gal tank won’t light. As the tank is 16 years old, James is thinking he should replace it. Upon diagnostic I found the the high limit safety shut off has tripped. This indicates an internal problem with the tank that causes it to over heat. Also the thermocouple is very weak at 14 millivolts. Today I have installed a new 40 gal tank and tested. I have showed and explained the work to James who is happy with my service today. (Paid via e transfer)

This call isn the MountRoyal Community,Return to complete the work needed,Remove old main drain line ,Supply and install new back water valve flow preventer in main drain ,Supply and install new access box for the water valve,Fill the open floor with gravel and dirt ,Supply finish concrete to finish the floor in basement room .complete installation.Remove all the debris from the job side ,Customer is happy and satisfied with the service.Customer will like to view the new liner before completing the remaining payment,We needed to return with the proper video camera to show the client the new line in the main drain.

Client called to have a client supplied faucet installed. Tech went out old kitchen faucet leaking.shut off valves will not work for new faucet needs to have a 3/8 connector. Tech made a few options client declined 7/10

Brad has explained that his main floor Ac system has been making a loud noise, not cooling properly, and the fan on top is not turning. Upon diagnostic of the 18 year old system I found the capacitor has failed. This must be replaced before further diagnostics can be performed. After installing the capacitor and getting the unit running I performed the rest of the diagnostic. I found the unit is low on refrigerant. The compressor amperage is within manufacturers specifications but the fan is over amperage. I have recharged both Ac units and added sealant. Both are running well at this time and Brad is happy with today’s service. *** Should the unit’s become low on refrigerant again, further leak testing will be required***

Client called for a quote on a new hot water tank. Tech went out no current issues with the current tank client is wanting to be proactive before there is a major problem or leak. Water pressure 85-90 psi tech informed client about this the dangers of high water pressure. Tank is a atmospheric vented. Tech made a few options. Client declined for now but thanked us for coming out 10/10

Client called about fire prevention sprinkler system had started leaking. Tech went out fire department has turned the water to it completely off as one of the seals appears to have cracked and leaked into the one of the condo basements. Unfortunately tech informed client we can’t work on sprinkler system as that need a specialized ticket and permit. Client under stands 10/10

Client called about leak under sink. Tech went out garburator was leaking quite a bit under the sink minor warping of cabinet base. Tech made a few options client went with a new 1/2 hp garburator tech removed old unit and installed new unit tested for leaks no leaks. Tech however did find the kitchen faucet hose connector would leak very slowly and the dishwasher connected hose was also leaking slowly tech did a water pressure test. Water pressure sitting at 70/75 psi very high. Tech informed home owner. Client declined for now but will call us back. Client is happy 10/10
