Great service!

Yamil was great to work with, answered all our questions, and seemed knowledgeable. Great personality, professional, and got the job done fast. Not having an estimate of arrival time until 30mins prior would be my only downside, and that's on the company, not Yamil. It wasn't an issue but I'm a planner and prefer to have a rough idea of timeline.

Excellent service provided

Our water heater quit & began leaking. Yamil provided excellent service. He showed me the issue & said he could replace the water heater right away. The whole job took about two hours. Yamil clearly explained his works & the costs. He also did a great job cleaning up the area. I highly recommend Yamil.

Completed service

Gerry didn’t come to our house it was Drake. He worked hard all day replacing our furnace. Some grease on our carpet and dents in the wall. He needed to come to check something because his machine wasn’t working on day of installation. Very kind guy.

Quick and easy. Problem solved

Pleasant, clear communication, quick assessment and repair. Leaking toilet I thought was a wax ring issue… was a broken part in the water supply hose setup… would have continued to leak if I had replaced the wax seal myself.

Today I came to Marianna and Richards Cranston home because the main living area ac system does not seem to be keeping up to demand. Upon diagnostics Of the almost 10 year old system I found it to be in poor condition. The indoor evaporator coil is moldy and freezing up to a solid block of ice. The outside system is extremely low on refrigerant and has a restriction in the orifice metering device. While testing the system I heard the boiler start up to heat the indirect tank. I heard an immense amount of air in the system. I checked the system pressure and found it was very low. I refilled the hydronic feeder and found it did not turn on until i manually shook the internal float. Once it started, it struggled to fill and then did not shut off when its should have and I had to unplug it before the system over pressurized. Leaking hydronic expansion tank. Tech returned September 9th 2024. To install a new axiom system feeder and hydronic expansion tank. Tech isolated the boiler and remo

Arrived onsite as clients have water stain in kitchen ceiling below bathroom Checked bathroom for any viable signs of leaks but could not find any drips or stains Explained to client the only way to find a definitive answer would be to cut a hole through ceiling and test fixtures to find any drips

Client called about getting option to prevent future drainage backups and leaks. After going through what happened from a recent sewer back up, and multiple other drains backing up. Tech advised performing a whole house hydro jet. Field supervisor will arrive Monday morning to camera the main sewer drains and will be able to give pricing and options. Today I came to Sam and Brooke’s Haysboro home to evaluate the sanitary sewer after a back up that flooded the basement. Upon camera inspection from the basement back water valve I found the internal abs piping is in relatively good condition but does require a hydro jet cleaning after the back up. Inside the home under the bathroom sink the pipe transitions to cast iron piping for 3 feet under the homes footing, then transitions to a clay piping system. This connection point and every single other connection point throughout the system is broken and allowing extreme root intrusions. The pipe must be repaired before full collapse. Should

Helped tech installing chimney liner - KC Today I came to Editha’s Applewood home to evaluate the aged furnace for replacement. Editha explained over the phone the another company recently found a motor needs to be replaced and the heat exchanger is cracked. The home was built in 1994 and the furnace is original. The home 1422 square feet. I performed a heat load calculation and found the home requires 58265 btus to properly heat. A 60000 btu furnace would struggle to keep up on the coldest days so an 80000 btu 2 stage furnace would best suite the property. I have measured the system and designed several options for replacement. September 6, 2024: Arrived to replace furnace and install chimney liner. Removed old unit and then levelled and placed new goodman 80k furnace. Secured a new 20” filter rack to both the return trunk and furnace cabinet. Retuned transitions to meet new furnace and sealed gaps in tin. Repiped 1/2” black iron gas pipe and leak checked all fittings. Cored 3

Today I came to Marilyn and Bernie’s Lynnwood home because they need a water heater with more capacity to accommodate a new walk in tub. Upon inspection of the home I found the existing tank is 8 years old and is a 50 gallon tank which will not fill the 85 gallon tub that is being installed. The new system will require the venting to be changed to current codes. There is a good quality water softener however the water pressure in the home is too high at 80 psi and needs to be reduced to ideally 60 psi. Tech returned September 6th 2024 to replace the power vented hot water tank and install a tankless endless hot water system. Tech drained and removed the old hot water tank. Mounted tankless and utilized the previous hot water tank vent as the intake air and cored a new 2 1/2” hole through concrete. Ran new exhaust venting out the side of the home and snorkeled it so it would be 3’ away from the gas meter vent. Te h did not glue the exhaust vent Tee and explained to the client this is

Helped tech to install chimney liner Dropped Y pipe and breaker to tech Dropped off furnaces for install Today I came to Anne’s Rideau Park home because her air conditioner that serves the second floor stopped working a few days ago. Upon inspection of the 22 year old system I found it uses R22 refrigerant which is no longer used nor available. The system is trying to start but just hums. I was able to spin the fan and get it going but the compressor will not start. A diagnostic will be required to determine the exact cause of the problem. Ann has stated she wishes to just have the system replaced at this time. The second floor will require a 3 ton ac system to properly cool. Both furnaces are 30 years old and past their life expectancy. The water heaters are relatively new at 5 and 6 years of age. Today I visited Ann’s Rideau Park home to install 2 new furnaces. 2 new uv lights and an air conditioner. During the install all old equipment was removed. New equipment was installed, 2
