I contacted ClearView Services to inspect & repair the leak from our kitchen sink faucet & corresponding hose underneath. From the moment I called the office and spoke to a representative, they listened in detail to my concerns regarding the issue & then had one of their certified plumbers, Yamil, contact me very timely within 1/2 hour of my call, to let me know that he was on his way to our home. I was so impressed with this prompt & attentive service. Prior to his arrival, I received a confirmation text & email, both of which included a brief bio of Yamil - such a nice, personal touch! Yamil was extremely profession, respectful, knowledgeable, friendly & down to earth, he outlined the problem and provided a few different solutions to resolve the issue, and also informed us of our price options & the ClearView Planned Service Member Program. He also ensured were comfortable with our preferred level of safety measures regarding Covid, stating he would wear a mask & gloves if we so wished. He installed our selected faucet & it was perfect, we absolutely love it, even better than the original! We also had a wonderful chat during his visit and it was lovely to get to know a little about him & his background! Came out here today to 24 st se for a service call. After an initial inspection of the system a diagnostic must be performed to determine what the problem is with the furnace. After completed diagnostic I found that the gas valve is getting 24 volts and getting 7 wcâ€ but has 0 wcâ€ coming out. Replaced gas valve and ran system checks and cycled furnace with no problems to report for now.
Came out today to Canterbury to replace a control board. Ran system checks and cycled the furnace with no problem. Rec new furnace due to age and condition. Homeowner paid for remaining balance here today
This call was in the Bayshore Estates. When the laundry machine was in drain cycle the water was backing up through the floor drain, which are in the basement in the same room. Augered around 85-90 feet. Pushed through a couple of blockages and had full flow draining through it when at the end of the auger cable roll. Ran all fixtures and simulated a full house draining situation upstairs and down. No new backups occuring. Could be a possible bigger scale problem(s) involved. Recommended using the drain camera to obtain a better understanding of the condition of the underground drain. Client would rate our service a 10 out of 10.

Homeowner will pay 400$ for now with the remaining balance being paid after I come back.
Today I came to Ritaâ€™s Lakeview home because there was a leak in the basement that Rita believes is the hot water tank that Clearview installed last year. Upon inspection I found that the furnaces and hot water tanks were installed by Arpis earlier this year. The condensate drains for the humidifiers are plugged and backing up spilling water onto the floor. The hot water tank is not leaking. The venting for the hot water tank also installed by arpis is back drafting and allowing carbon monoxide into the home. As the system is under warranty with Arpis, Rita will have them return and perform the needed repairs. I have shut off the humidifiers until the problem can be fixed. I have advised that the hot water tank is unsafe for use at this time and recommended it be shut off.

Install 2 stage furnace high efficiency with a dc motor. Includes removal of old equipment and install of a new 2 stage furnace. Includes new chimney liner as well new exhaust for the new furnace. Will be here tomorrow morning between 8-10 the homeowner will pay for half of the install here today with the remaining half being paid tomorrow. There will be a 25% restocking fee for any cancellations. Install includes balancing of the furnace to make sure itâ€™s with manufacturers specifications.
Today, November 30 2020, I performed a tune up on the boiler that serves the heating pad for the car wash bay at the esso station at 2487 91 avenue Se. Calgary. I pulled and cleaned the flame rectification and ignition systems. Cleaned the interior cabinet. Tested and flushed the safety pressure relief valve. Tested the gas valve and pressure. Tested the fan. Tested the air elimination system, expansion system, pumps and piping. The internal air elimination system was closed probably since installation and has now been opened. Checked the boiler programming and calls for heat. Boiler fires and maintains a return temperature of 125-130 degrees Fahrenheit. Tested axiom hydronic feeder for proper operation and pressure control / setting. Checked boiler heat e changer for any failures and excess debris. Checked venting for any leaks or errors. The boiler system appears in good condition at this time. Recommend yearly tune ups be performed to maintain the system.
Came out here to citadel for a service call. Upon arrival I found that the homeowner had attempted to do his own electrical for the furnace shut off. Switch. Previous switch was shorted out and led to controls shorting out. Homeowner has decided to not go ahead with the repairs here today and instead would like a new furnace.
