Clearview representative, Yamil, showed up at within about 30 minutes of my call, my Hot Water Tank had started leaking during the night or morning. He assessed the situation, told me I needed a replacement, I had to agree. We went through the information, instantly signed the 'paperwork'. Within a couple hours, Yamil had everything under control and replaced. I could not be more pleased with the response time or the quick result. Thank you!

Good service on AC annual check-up

during the routine service check-up on the AC, Heinz noticed the relative humidity inside the unit to be too high and made adjustments accordingly. Hoping this makes the unit more efficient.

Hwt 40 gal natural gas is old and needs to be replaced ,Return today July 15/25 to complete the work needed,job to do remove old hwt 40 gal natural gas,supply and install new hwt 40 gal natural gas,supply and install new hot and cold water lines connections,supply and install new copper water lines hot and cold ,supply and install new shutoff valve on the hwt ,complete installation,Remove old hwt from the job site,customer is satisfied with today’s service.

Arrived onsite to clients home due to concerns with chimney dripping Check System does have chimney liner for water heater since provided a solution to replace liner and rain cap however I’ve made clients aware if this is an issue with flashing or shingles then the drip will persist Clients are going to have roofing company inspect roof before moving ahead with work Checked plumbing for any signs of leak and could t find any

Client called us out today due to hot water tank not working tech went out. Client has a power direct vented hot water tank approximately 12 to 13 years. Old gas valve has failed giving an error code 8 indicating flammable vapour sensors failed tech tried to reset gas valve error code persisted, tech test, tested final vapour sensor, and found that is well within manufactured limits And tried to reset hot water gas valve a second time still error code persisted. Tech made a few options to either replace gas valve or tech recommended replacement of tank. Tech will follow up tomorrow afternoon.

Client called to have gas line moved for the barbecue to make it more accessible tech went out found client had corrugated gas line which is against code to run the barbecue. Tech explained to client the risks of running corrugated flexible line outdoors that it’s too easy to potentially puncture, causing a gas leak tech found a solution to run in rigid hard pipe and still provide the same amount of gas in the appropriate location for the client tech quoted work. Client declined for now, but will phone us back.

Client called us out today to get a few quotes to install new humidifier, install water softener and to have ducts cleaned. Tech went out and had a look at add client system. Text down and spoke with clients on the work needing to be done and requested tech quoted work. Client has declined for now and need to plan for said work.

Tech came out to perform heating maintenance inspection. Tech tested the heating system: checked gas pressure, temperature, exhaust fan amperage test, blower motor amperage test, flame rectification sensor test, exhaust fan vacuum test and a combustion analysis.
 Furnace is in great working order. Client also requested a duct cleaning quote, Tech quoted work. Client thanked us for coming out today.
