Heat repair heating maintenance. Roof top package propane heat system. American standard unit.
Performed escrow inspection at proper for buyer. Details noted in report.
Furnace repair on a Ruud gas furnace in Corning.
Installed 5 ton six head Mitsubishi mini split and two branch boxes
Performed HVAC Escrow Inspection, noted down findings and put in form. System still cooling and operational. Tech Findings: Found very low dual run capacitor for the outdoor condenser. AC is having a hard time starting up due to the low capacitor, and it could cause a cooling failure at the compressor and/or the outdoor fan motor in future, recommend replacing. Also found a low indoor blower capacitor for the air handler, which also could lead to the motor eventually going out as well. Recommend replacing both capacitors.
Installed a Hard Start Kit for the compressor. Also fixed thermostat wiring so that Fan was not constantly running. Now system is cooling and operating normally. Tested system several times to ensure fan was turning off. All OK at this time.
Maintenance on a day & night air conditioner in Corning
Customer having issue of furnace not firing up after draft motor comes on. Tested system and diagnosed there were pressure switch issues. Cleaned out the pressure switch tube and replaced pressure switch. Tested system multiple times, it is now heating and operational at this time. Customer will let us know if future problems arise. Serviced customer on South St in Corning, CA.
Performed full heating maintenance on rooftop package gas unit. Checked amperages of indoor blower motor and inducer draft motor. Checked capacitor for inducer motor. Verified proper voltage and fuse conditions. Cleaned pressure switch tube and cleaned flame sensor. Ran tested heating on both zones. Checked airflow and temperature split as well as thermostat functionality. Checked both air filters. System heating and operational at this time. Serviced customer on Florence Ave in Corning, CA
