Called out to assist a customer who was experiencing issues with their cooling system. The newer unit was not cooling adequately at 77 degrees. Found that the problem was due to a clogged air filter and low refrigerant levels. We replaced the dirty filter and replenished the refrigerant to resolve the issue.
