beyond excellent service!

Gerry and Cody came to do work in my office and they not only installed the new part without disturbing my office but they cleaned up afterwards. They were helpful, explained everything and so very professional! so Glad I called Climate Plus and these gentlemen showed up!

2pm-5pm arrival: 2C EPP- Customers 2nd floor unit not cooling. Unit is from 2021 which we installed. Robert said that he hears the inside unit turn on and he does not hear or see outside condenser turn on. Jack was also hear for A 2C maintenance back in April 25th as per notes.

9-11 Arrival; EPP 4C- Maintenance. Customer is aware filters need to be on site. There are also UV shields that need to go in during the same time, which are in the office. Jack also mentioned a shaky blower motor but he's now saying he doesn't remember which one it is. He said we will have to look at the air handler with the blower motor if that helps at all.

"replaced all filters for every unit. one unit( I will include this model number and serial number, 48HJE008---541-- 1103G50498) compressor won't stop running when already reached desired temperatures. same unit with the leak. start up on unit pretty aggressive heard it loud and clear from the second floor."
