Arrived onsite for maintenance for one gas fired boiler. Turn on the thermostats up to heat and confirm operation of the boiler and each zone valve. Turned the boiler off and removed and cleaned all burners and wiped cleaner the burner compartment. Performed a visual inspection of all electrical and inspected all external water components such as the exp tank, fill valve, backflow preventer and the circulator pump. System is working as it should.
Arrived onsite for no AC service call on second floor system. Performed diagnostic and found the system over 90% low on 410a. There is a significant refrigerant leak.
Installed Trane vertical stack water source heat pump and IAQ.
Arrived onsite for an AC service call. Homeowner says the fan keeps blowing air. Performed diagnostic. Confirmed a call for fan at the air handler. Went back to the thermostat and found the “fan on” switch halfway but enough to turn the fan on. Continued diagnostic on system as homeowner stated the system had trouble keeping up.
Power was restored to the unit. The system was tested and confirmed to be operational upon departure
Arrived on site to replace filter. Changed the filter. Polarized media.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 units. Turn AC on to confirm operation. Changed 30x20x1 filter provided by homeowner. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for 410a at 97/211psi with 7 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 72 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 24 degrees. System running as it should.

Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for 410a at 100/235psi with 6 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 65 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 25 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and blew out condensate line. System running as it should.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 1 units. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Checked all electrical. Chemically Cleaned outside unit, measured pressures for R22 at 56/156psi with 7 degree sub cooling with outside temperature at 60 degrees. Measured temperature drop at 20 degrees. Cleaned evaporator coil and blew out condensate line. System was icing up a bit but this may have been from the low outside temperature. We will monitor.
Perform the maintenance for one air conditioning system, the homeowner had already replaced the air filter and it was in perfect condition. Open up the air handler and found a bunch of growth building up on the insulation under the blower housing. I sprayed down the interior of the cabinet and wiped all the build-up away, I inspected the evaporator coil and the drain line and both are in good shape.
Arrived onsite for ac maintenance on 2 units. Asked customer to turn AC on to confirm operation. Removed top of both condensers, cleaned out all debris. Chemically Cleaned outside coils.
Removed old 2 and 1/2 ton condenser and air handler. Installed new Johnson control 410A air handler and condenser 2 and 1/2 tons. Adapted new air handler to Old dock work kept unistrut so air handler is hung. We rehooked 3/4 line set and 3/8 lines set rehooked up all wiring changed whip change pad. Also put in a Goliath pant hooked up wet switch to glide pan. Also hooked up secondary drain tested drain lines. Everything is offeration with this time perform pressure test on system. Performed micron test on system. Microns went down to 420. Charge system with 410A refrigerator..
Arrival & Assessment: Arrived on site for the installation of a Trane vertical stack water source heat pump. Upon arrival, I spoke with the customer to explain the installation process and expectations. Prior to removal, the existing unit was tested and found to be non-functional in cooling mode.
HVAC System Replacement: Removed an outdated HVAC unit and installed a high-efficiency system, reducing monthly energy costs and enhancing year-round comfort.
