For the head unit; cleaned the washable filters and measured 46 degree temperature rise. Observed system go through defrost mode. System working as it should. Outside condenser unit. Observed proper running fan. No unusual noise. Clean coils and air flow. Observed bucket for condensate line; uncover homeowner uses it to water plants. Homeowner elected to use Elite Partner Plan. Performed annual dryer vent cleaning and annual water heater flush and inspection.
