The Colony Air Conditioning & Heating is the best HVAC company I have every done business with for air conditioning and heating. They installed a brand new system for my home six months ago. I chose them because the sales rep Frank took the time to explain everything in detail and he gave me more than one option. He took pictures of the old system, and provided a diagram of the proposed new system would look like. He noted parts and included great descriptions. Installation was top notch. The team was professional and did an excellent job. Its' been six months and I called to set up a maintenance plan and appointment. The technician Tim did an excellent job. He replaced the filters and did a thorough check of the indoor and outdoor units. He recommended a part to extend the life of one of the outdoor units and he was not trying to upsell. I purchased that part and he installed it on one of the condensers. Tim answered all my questions and was professional. The scheduler for this company is also professional and makes scheduling such a breeze. This company understands customer service, honesty, and integrity, all qualities that make them stand out above all the average HVAC companies. This company is one of the best HVAC companies in the DFW metroplex.
