Tim is very professional, patient and efficient. He will put on his shoe covers before entering the house. He will show me and my husband the parts need to be replaced and answer all our questions patiently. He also replaced all the filters and took them away. After everything is done, he will clean up the area and then leave. Excellent job and I would highly recommend this company to any homeowner.

I very highly recomend Colony A/C & Heating. Why someone would ever use another HVAC company is beyond me. My heat went our during the snow/ice this week and Matt G came out quickly, assessed the problem and had me up and going within an hour. Performed a heating tune up on two Lennox gas furnaces in the tribute
