Tony has been the service tech for our HVAC units several times now. Utilizing an automated system, he and Colony AC are great about keeping you up to date on arrival times. Tony continually provides quality maintenance and repair services, always providing explanations when necessary and offering information on ways to help extend the longevity of one’s HVAC system. Tony arrived on time, friendly introduction. It’s been abnormally warm lately, so when Tony was complete with what he needed for the furnace to operate, he let me know so that I could turn the heat off before it got any hotter in the house, and then went back and completed his cleanup work. He was complete with both systems in about an hour, confirmed my contact info, and was on his way. Straightforward, courteous, and professional.
