Colony AC & Heating has sold and serviced my HVAC systems for years now. This experience was exceptional (as are most of my dealings with Colony AC & Heating). They actually had an earlier opening than originally scheduled. They called to verify that they could come early which I was happy to accommodate. I was incredibly busy that day; but once I directed them to the thermostats and HVAC systems, they worked quickly and independently to service the systems. Once completed, Manny went over his review of the systems with me showing photos of each and every part they inspected and explaining what was done and why. He also patiently answered any questions I had. Manny and his assistant were very professional and extremely courteous. It is SO rare to find those types of people in the workplace nowadays!

Tony arrived on time, friendly introduction. It’s been abnormally warm lately, so when Tony was complete with what he needed for the furnace to operate, he let me know so that I could turn the heat off before it got any hotter in the house, and then went back and completed his cleanup work.
