I needed a new furnace and air conditioning unit after my old furnace conked out. 303 Heat came out immediately gave me my options fixed everything the next day. Not only did they do a great job but they made sure I had space heaters so I wouldn’t freeze the night before everything was changed out. Professional and personable service.

Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave (on my wife’s birthday). April managed to squeeze me in that day, due to an unexpected opening in Jared’s schedule, and she helped diagnose the problem (low refrigerant) over the phone. Jared was very knowledgable, courteous, and professional and had our AC up and running again—better than it ever has—within hours of my call. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Furnace and air conditioning installation in Thornton co
Replacement of gas furnace and installation of new AC. Electrical panel needed replacing to be able to support the addition of the AC. One of our trusted elecrtician subs did a great job installing the new electrical panel.
Customer said she could hear a clunking noise when her furnace was running. Found that draft inducer motor was bad. Replaced draft inducer with capasitor included. Draft inducer vents flue gases and provides fresh air in furnace. Due to safety reasons they need to be replaced if damaged.
Furnace not staying on to complete heating cycle. Upon arrival found that high limit switch kicking furnace off on safety. Found bad blower motor capacitor and dirty blower wheel . Provided customer with blower wheel cleaning, furnace cleaning, free evap coil cleaning, and replaced capacitor at time of visit.
Hvac work for basement remodel. Installed a return air duct, supply air duct, exaust fan, and kitchen hood. Also demoed and removed old ductwork.
First visit for customer that signed up for our preventative maintenance agreement. Found dirty evaperative coil. Cleaned evap coil and pan with light, self rinsing spray to prevent mold from being disperrsed through home. Also cleaned blower wheel, did light furnace cleaning, and replaced a capacitor. Furnace running great now!
