I needed a new furnace and air conditioning unit after my old furnace conked out. 303 Heat came out immediately gave me my options fixed everything the next day. Not only did they do a great job but they made sure I had space heaters so I wouldn’t freeze the night before everything was changed out. Professional and personable service.

Our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave (on my wife’s birthday). April managed to squeeze me in that day, due to an unexpected opening in Jared’s schedule, and she helped diagnose the problem (low refrigerant) over the phone. Jared was very knowledgable, courteous, and professional and had our AC up and running again—better than it ever has—within hours of my call. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Service call for Nest thermostat saying no power to Rh wire detected. Upon inspection found that the limit switch needed replaced.
Duct work done for a basement remodel company we partner with. We installed two hard pipe supplies, two return air, a Panasonic exaust fan, and came back to do final HVAC trim.
Replaced existing system with Amana, Single Stage, 2 Ton Air Conditioner, Matched Indoor Coil, 2 Ton, Evap Coil, Amana, Single Stage, 60,000 BTU Furnace, and Honeywell T4 Series Thermostat.
Furnace tune up. Upon inspection I found that the flame sensor rod needed cleaning and a capasitor needed replaced.
Annual furnace tune up for a long time customer that's enrolled in our maintenace plan. Also replaced furnace filter.
Relocation of condenser. Replaced line sets, condenser pad, pulled refrigerant, and then recharged sysytem. After that appoinment customer had us back out to remove existing exhaust vent and replace it with new materials.
