I've been a long time customer of Colton and have been very happy with their service. I really like the fact that I'm always dealing with the same people and I know that Dave or his son will be the people coming to my house (as opposed to a big chain where you never know who you will get.) The fact that there are just a couple of people also means that they can get busy, and can't come as quickly as I would like, but they usually make effort to get out quickly, especially in emergencies.

When Kevin conducted the annual inspection of our furnace and air conditioning, we talked with him about the fact that the finished basement stays cold in the winter. He explained that we should have a return air vent installed as well as a humidifier to help our home stay warmer in the winter. Kevin and Dave completed the work in a couple of hours and at a fair price.
