A technician from another company failed to diagnose the reason our furnace was not working and suggested that repairs would require multiple visits. The Comfort Control tech scheduled a visit for two days later, identified the problem and repaired the defective part in that visit.
Sign 2 CCI plan and complete 2 cooling pm check. Change both filter customer provided. Clean ac coil and check operations. Recharge both system to manufacturer spec. Replace Goodman ac unit capacitor. Both system operating at this time.
Replace upstairs evaporator coil under manufacturer warranty. Recharge system to manufacturer spec. System operating at this time
No cool upstairs system. Check and find system freezing up at evaporator coil in attic. Find coil leaking. System low charge. Need to order and replace evaporator coil under manufacturer warranty. Recharge system so customer can have cooling til coil replace.
Performed one system (main level) cooling maintenance check electrical, mechanical components, dusted/wiped down electrical cabinets, changed filter, chemical washed outdoor unit. Recommend start assist and surge protection. Unit is cooling at the time.

Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check Changed filters. Cleared drain lines. Dusted out and wiped down electrical cabinets. Wiped down the front exterior of furnaces and evaporator coil box. Chemically washed condenser coils. Tested mechanical and electrical components, all in good shape. Recommend hard start kits to take a load off of compressorS so they start smoother, run smoother and therefore last longer. Systems are cooling at this time.

The upstairs main switch is burnt/pitted and making noise. Installed compressor saver for both outdoor systems. Replaced the UV bulb for the main floor system. Clean dirty condenser coils.

System operating at 170 ppm, reduce gas system now operating at 83 ppm of co. The system need calibration service to help furnace burn clean. Suggest duct cleaning and air purifier to improve air quality and prevent molding. System operating at this time.
Complete 3 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Check system operations, safety, change filter. Find upstairs heating system operating normally within manufacturer spec. Find air system distribution baldy molded. Install pureAireX air purifier system to kill molds and improve air quality. Find main system operating at this time but was overheating due to high temperature flue line over 400 degrees. Reduce gas and adjust setting to reduce heat and drop down to 380 degrees to help reduce overheating of furnace. Find basement heatpump/Airhandler operating within manufacturer spec. Customer also has little molds starting to grow for mail level. Customer want to keep check on main level mold next spring visit.
Sign 2 cci plan and complete 2 heating pm check. Note: customer stated that downstairs system was not operating properly. Check and find system operating within manufacturer spec. Seal water leaks at heat exchanger collector box end, seal cap to help stop leak. Replace dirty filter. System operating at this time. Find upstairs heating system operating with in manufacturer spec. No concern. Clean electric filter.
