$39 Water Heater Diagnostic. Checked if hot water was being produced and if the circuit breaker was working properly.
Armana coil leaking. Systemnusing R-410A. Recommended receiving quote for replacement. Dispatch fee waived per management.
2016 Trane heat pump is not cooling as it should, system requires a 16x20x1 filter. Filter in system is currently clean. Return fins of evaporator coil are clean as well. Leak searched evaporator coil and am getting no leaks off of the 2016 aluminum based coil. Gravity fed negative pressure drain line is clear. Drain pan is clear of any major debris and water spots. Blower capacitor is reading 13.2/15 MFD across it. Outdoor system is moving heat well, though the pressures are slightly high. Trane calls for a 10° subcool +/- 3°. Subcool is at 10°. After cleaning coil our pressures stabilized with a more desirable subcool. System should have significant attribution to cooling the upstairs.
Ac service in Atlanta. Discovered frozen coil in vacant home. Need to let system thaw and return to leak search again. Also need to bring basic thermostats to replace 2.
Maintenance Atlanta. Did a leak search on the evaporator coil. Found a leak. Recommend replacing the coil. Cleared drain line. Changed filter. Capacitors are within range. Pressures are within range. Blower wheel is clean. Customer paid to replace coil.
System was freezing up due to a clogged filter, replaced 16x20x1 filter and system stopped freezing. System was not cutting on due to water in drain pan, cleared water and system began operating properly.
A/c diagnostic in Atlanta. Unit had a really dirty filter, unit iced up filling secondary drain pan and activating safety switch making unit turn OFF and not cool. Changed filter and cleaned drain pan and flush drain line. System is cooling at this time.
A/c diagnostic in Atlanta. 3 system check. Found on one of the condenser unit making a loud buzzing noise. Unit has a bad contactor and a weak dual capacitor. The other units are cooling and not making any noise. All 3 systems are cooling at this time.

No cool Atlanta. Found evap coil leaking. Need to replace. Service manager is writing up estimate for replacement and will contact customer. Will return to replace coil.
A/c diagnostic in Atlanta. Found system not cooling properly. Thermostat said LOW INDOOR COIL TEMPERATURE. System pressures are good, filter is clean and blower wheel, evaporator coil is clean. Evaporator coil temperature is 48° unit is cooling at this time. Humidity level at this time on thermostat is 56°. I relocated again the coil sensor to a different location.
