No cool main system. Found bad capacitor causing unit to not turn on. Found pitting on main electrical switch. Replaced capacitor and main electrical switch and installed hard start kit. Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Indoor, changed the filter and cleared the drain line. Checked electrical connections, amp draw, and capacitance. Outdoor, cleaned condenser coils, and checked refrigerant pressures. Checked electrical connections, amp draw, and capacitor. Both units are operating within manufacturer specs at this time
Complete 6 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Found master bedroom system has frozen up due to a bad blower motor. Tested other systems. Found bonus room blower capacitor weak (10 uf). Found kids room blower capacitor weak (10 uf). Kids' room suction line is not properly insulated on the area going into the evaporator coil. The bonus room system runs on r22, a refrigerant that has been phased out by the EPA. The bonus room system's main electrical switch has an electrical pitting present. The bonus room system has a weak dual capacitor (50/5uf). The Master bedroom dual capacitor is weak (45/5uf). Turned power on and found blower capacitor sparking and catching fire. Replaced blower capacitor in the dining room unit (7.5uf). The dining room system is low on r22.
A/c repair call for both systems. Found both drain lines tied into a hose outside. Cut line before hose and system is draining and cooling at this time. Thank you so much for your business today!
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. 5 ton 14seer Goodman system operating properly at this time. Suggest a hard start kit for the ac unit. Suggest surge protection for the outdoor unit. Find inside system Aprilaire 2400 filter door cover damage and filter very dirty. Replace filter with 20x25x1 so can help with filter air. Suggest replacing door cover and Aprilaire 413 filter. Find drain pan float switch damage and broken housing and condensation pump missing cover and motor make noise. Need to replace pan water safety and suggest to replace the pump. System operating at this time. The customer will look over estimates.
A/c repair call. The system continues to shut off on low evaporator coil temperature. Check the thermostat sensor and in good condition. Coil temperature range from 55 to 43 degrees. Check setting and operations. System operating normally. Per tech support, move the coil sensor to a different location. Test system and system operating and not icing up and cooling the house properly.

Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. The upstairs system still making noise. Check and find the system operating at this time. Tech support suggests to add AC renew to help with oil flow and Lubrication of line.
Warranty call back. Customer noted that upstairs outdoor system making loud noise while operating. Check and did not detect noise and system operating with manufacturer spec. Customer showed video of noise and with was loud but can not Identify noise. Fan motor may making intermittent. No error code present.
Complete inspection on the downstairs system. Find system operating within manufacturer spec. Feon charge in Normal range. Upgrade downstairs flue pipe to double 4" B-vent, seal hole at wall where line set come out, add additional pvc pipe for the upstairs drain to run away from house, wire condensation pump for safety to shut off system and add furnace electrical box cover. Tighten thermostat mount for the downstairs system.
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Change both filter, check drain and operations. Find upstairs system operating with rusted Coil and dirty molding plenum. High amp on motor and low on charge. Compressor start up slow and stress. Find downstairs system frozen and low on charge. Recharge system to manufacturer Spec and system cooling at this time. Both system 17-year-old with worn motor and need to keep check.
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. No cool upstairs system. Customer said thermostat went red and read that there was a problem with the outdoor unit. Could not get problem to duplicate itself. Supply temperature coming out of vents is 59 degrees with indoor temperature at 75 degrees. Did not find any issues. System is cooling at this time. When we come out for maintenance we need to bring Lennox merv 16 20x25x5.
Complete tune up inspection special. Change filter, check drain and operations. Find Airhandler evaporator coil rusted and missing in-line water protection. Find ac system operating with pitted contactor, high amp on compressor and low on charge. Customer declined repair at this time. Give customer estimate for repair.
Complete 2 tune up inspection special. Find upstairs 1 year old Amana system operating with in manufacturer spec. No concern at this time. Find downstairs Armstrong 20 year old system operating with in manufacturer spec. No concern at this time. Change filter, check safety and operations.
