Too expensive! Service was fine.

The cost to repair my furnace was outrageously ridiculous. I check the price of the replacement parts at several stores and both parts together were less than $50. Yet, the total job was $500 for 30 minutes of labor.

Systems outdoor Heat Pump would not turn off. Upon my arrival the system turned on and off properly. The homeowner purchased a 1 year maintenance plan. I performed a heating Maintenance. The outdoor contactor was replaced and a float switch was added to the emergency pan. Heat Pump is 20 years old and could still fail at anytime. System is currently heating.
