I really appreciate the fine service I received from Ta Kim. Due to the ongoing rain and humidity, my unit was unusually dirty. Ta took his time and disassembled all of the components for a complete cleaning. He even took pictures of the before and after results answering any questions I had. Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Found drain line completely clogged with rust from the indoor coil. This was brought the attention of the homeowners along with the recommendation of installing an inline watery safety to prevent this from happening. The ductwork is completely soaked and needs to be replaced as well. System draining properly at this time. Will continue to leak until soaked ducts are replaced
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Found basement system's coil restricted. 2009 system and running 410A refrigerant. The customer wanted options to handle the humidity from the bathroom in the basement. Recommended replacing the restricted coil and adding a dehumidifier to the system. Adding a pass-through return over the door to allow the system to draw the humidity out. Gave the option to upgrade the system to new. Recommend adding a start kit and replacing the main switch in both systems upstairs and on the main level. Recommend comfort club membership. Emailed all estimates to the customer.

Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed filters. Tested mechanical and electrical components, found no issues. Chemically washed condenser coils. Found condenser coils clogged with dryer vent lint. Recommend having drier vent rerouted away from units. Systems are cooling at this time.
Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Found mice on top of contactor which fried the terminals and made the capacitor fail. Replaced capacitor. Cleared drain lines changed all filters. Pressures are good. Systems are cooling now.
Moved the freon lines so he can sheetrock the wall. Redid the drain lines to prevent water leaks.

The customer was saying the system wasn't cooling well. Explained that the vents are on the floor and will not mix the air, as well as the ceiling vents, will. Recommended adding a zone system to main floor to zone the main living area and the master bedroom. Customer will talk over with the husband and let us know. Did recommend trying to run the ceiling fans to pull the hotter air down.
