I really appreciate the fine service I received from Ta Kim. Due to the ongoing rain and humidity, my unit was unusually dirty. Ta took his time and disassembled all of the components for a complete cleaning. He even took pictures of the before and after results answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend Ta to anyone in need of heating and air service.

Furnace repair in the basement. Found a copper line leaking. Need to repair the line and recharge the system. Gave the customer an estimate to repair it.
Completed one system maintenance found unit to be running with no issues. UV light still good upgrades still holding and filter still clean. System running at this time.
Completed one system diagnostic found upstairs unit to be frozen up and leaking refrigerant. Customer would like quote on new system. Need to have Garrett come out on Monday to give estimate.
Completed 2 system maintenance found newer system to be running with no issues. Older system has new capacitor and hard start allowing unit to run smoothly. Older unit does have dirty blower wheel. Recommend cleaning that to relieve stress from motor.
1 system ac prepaid pm. Left filter for owner, cleared drain and clean condenser coil. Chemically clean evaporator coil and blower motor assembly. Found rusty evapoarator coil but no leaks present. Tested and system is cooling normal at this time
Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Replaced filter, cleared drain and clean condenser coil. The compressor draws high amps. Need compressor saver as last resort to extend the life of the heatpump system. Installed compressor saver and system is cooling normally.
Completed 3 system maintenance found all units to be running with no issues. All have main and back up water safety features. Upstairs and main media filters are clean. Changed basement systems filter. All systems running at this time.

Completed two system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Found both units to be 13 years old and with a worn run capacitor and dirty blower wheels. Both units have signs of possible mold growth in unit and return box. Recommend new capacitor with blower wheel cleaning secondary water safety devices. Apco UV lights for both and duct cleanings for both units. The customer would also like an estimate on 2 new units.
FUrnace repair call. Found loose hose on the steam humidifier. Tightened it down. Moisture was at top of the inside of humidifier.
Furnace repair call. Found furnace with burnt control board. Found worn flame sensor, weak blower capacitor and dirty blower wheel. Recommend upgrading system to a more reliable, more efficient one. Replaced control board, blower capacitor and flame sensor. Signed customer up for one system] Comfort Club Membership and completed 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance. Changed filter. Dusted out furnace cabinet. System is heating at this time.

Found blower capacitor and blower motor to be bad. Found broken motor bracket and damaged, dirty blower wheel. Found mold in system. Due to age and condition of system, recommend upgrading system to a more reliable, more efficient system. Will get quote for repairs tomorrow. If customer wants to replace system, we will send Garrett out for consultation
