The only bad things was technician forget to rest noth systems back to normal he left them both on 60 degrees

Ac repair in Braselton. Discovered compressor locked and not starting. Put compressor saver on system and took a couple tries to start. Checked pressures and discovered system low on charge. Detected small leak at indoor coil. Homeowner wants to wait on repair options but replacement is highly recommended.
Ac maintenance in Braselton Ga, two systems . Checked all electrical and mechanical components. Customer provided his own filters.. Found attic insulation to be low , recommend adding more to be higher than the beams. Recommend adding another form of water protection under the evaporator coil. Down stairs dual capacitor getting weak (27/30). Cleaned/washed both ac condensers.

Maintenance braselton. Completed 2 system maintenance. Both ACs are 4 years old. Both with clean coils and blowerS. Main floor has inline float switch. Upstairs does not. Recommend installing to protect furnace from water damage. Pressures and temp difference are good. Recommend hard start kits to both outdoor systems to help compressor during start up and allow compressor to live longer. Also recommend installing UV lights in both systems to kill bacteria and viruses in air. Main floor system has 2 16x25x5 filters that customer will replace.

Found UV purification bulb to be outdated and no longer functioning properly, recommend replacement. Recommend electro static filter for better indoor air quality. System is operating at this time.

Discovered blower motor controller weak, blower wheel dirty, indoor coil extremely rusted, no drain line water safety, outdoor secondary controller weak, main electrical switch burnt, outdoor fan at max amps, outdoor coil dirty and system low on charge. Performed leak search and could not detect leak at this time. System is 15 years old and replacement is HIGHLY recommended over repair.
Cooling maintenance braselton. Completed maintenance on 4 year old system. Everything inside and out. Changed filter. All surge protectors working. All safety switches working. Air flow is good. All electrical components working good. Pressures are good. Recommend new thermostat for bonus room and attic tent for closet.
Hvac inspection in Braselton, Georgia. Four systems. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found upstairs system with no water safety and is therefore not up to todayâ€™s codes. Found upstairs system very low on refrigerant, almost empty. Leak is in the evaporator coil. System is 20 years old and runs on r22 refrigerant. R22 is a refrigerant that has been phased out by the epa in 2020. Upstairs system needs to be replaced. Master bedroom evaporater coil is rusty, corroded and therefore likely to leak refrigerant. Master bedroom system has no water safety and is therefore not up to todayâ€™s codes. Master bedroom system is slightly low on r22. Recommend topping off refrigerant in master bedroom system and installing water safety. Main level blower capacitor is weak (10 mfd). Hvac tune up in Brasleton, Georgia. One system. Changed filters. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found system with only one form of water protection, recommend adding addition water safety switch in drain line to shut system off as a safety in case drain line backs up. Found system with weak outdoor fan capacitor. Found system with electrical pitting present on main electrical switch. Recommend repair. System has no hard start kit, recommend installing hard start kit to take a load off of compressor so it starts smoother, runs smoother, and therefore lasts longer. Recommend installing surge protection to protect equipment from power surges. System is operating at this time.
No heat in braselton. Check and find 13 year old heatpump and Airhandler. Find Airhandler fuse pop. Replace 3 amp fuse and system operating. Check and find Airhandler evaporator coil badly rusted, and missing inline water protection. Find heatpump operating with weak capacitor, worn contactor and compressor start up stress. Suggest to upgrade equipment. Customer want to wait to til January to call for consultation.
No heat in braselton. Check and find master bedroom gas furnace #3 fail due to fail thermostat. Replace Tstat with nest customer provided and replace upstairs Honeywell tstat customer provided. Test both Tstat and bout operating at this time. Test gas furnace and find gas Lennox 13 year old furnace operating with weak flame sensor, weak capacitor, and under temperatures. Suggest repair for system. System missing in line water protection in attic. Suggest Comfort control maintenance plan.
Wire repair in braselton. Arrived on site, found both new furnaces had not been wired for common, landed common wire on both furnaces and thermostats. Tested system to make sure units are operating. No other issues present at this time
No heat in braselton. Arrived on site, found bad blower motor, will need to order one from trane
No heat braselton. Completed diagnostic on 14 year old furnace. Inducer poets were clogged. Cleared ports. System came on. Inducer motor is failing. Running really high amps. Flame sensor is starting to erode and could fail. Heat exchanger shows signs of corrosion and could be detrimental to health if holes occur in exchanger. System should be replaced due to condition and cost of repairs.
