I really appreciate the fine service I received from Ta Kim. Due to the ongoing rain and humidity, my unit was unusually dirty. Ta took his time and disassembled all of the components for a complete cleaning. He even took pictures of the before and after results answering any questions I had. Complete 2 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. found both units running good changed very dirty filters blowers are clean and capacitors are good. Cleared drain lines. Washed off very dirty condensers pressures are good. Recommend inline switch to both units to protect the furnace from water damage. Also recommend compressor saver and surge protectors for both units to protect from any power surges and allow compressor to live longer. Lastly recommend installing breathe easy packages to both units to clean and purify air as well as pick up any dust particles that are not getting caught in normal operation.
1 system A/C preventative maintenance check complete. Upstairs system. Left replacement filters. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found no in line water safety to protect the furnace from water damage. Found burning on the main electrical switch. Found weak capacitor. Found low refrigerant levels. The system has no hard start kit. The system has no surge protection. Replaced main electrical switch. Replaced capacitor. Installed hard start kit. Recharged the system with 3 lbs R410A. Chemically washed condenser coil. The system is cooling at this time.
Completed diagnostic found upstairs system low on Freon. Just got installed by a different company half a year ago. Customer needs to see if the company will come out and fix under warranty before we take over.

Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Completed diagnostic found upstairs unit tripped at the breaker .The breaker is bad. Electrician is coming out to look at that. Downstairs unit had frozen coil due to filter clogged. Filter panel was masticed to unit so customer was unable to change it. Changed filter. System is running.

Recommend changing out water heaters as they are 13 years old. Installed Honeywell 9000 thermostats for upstairs and basement systems. Two year warranty on thermostats. Washed condenser coils. Systems are cooling at this time.
Found flu pipe off the furnace. Reattached. The system running at this time.

Completed one system diagnostic found tripped breaker. Reset breaker check pressures and all electrical components. All looks good. System is running.
Found clogged ptrap and drain line. Installs eztrap and cleared drain. System operation normal at this time
Completed one system maintenance found blower dirty and no water safety in place. Pressures good. Changed filter and cleaned coils. Customer does not want any repairs right now. System running at this time.
Cooling preventative maintenance. Cleaned outdoor units and checked all components. When units started up lights are dimming in the home. Units need compressor saver hard start kits to reduce stress and electrical load on the compressor which will also extend the life of the system. Units used to come equipped with hard starts from the manufacturer but are no longer. Systems are cooling and operation is normal at this time
