Heating service. Customer had decided to replace their current HVAC system with a heat pump for better energy efficiency. Performed full HVAC replacement and put in new heat pump, showed customer basic maintenance and proper operation.
Client's furnace had gone out over the weekend. Advised them that the age of their unit recommended a replacement rather than a repair. Performed furnace replacement, removed old unit, checked to make sure everything was working properly.
Water heater diagnostic in Commerce, Georgia. Tested water heater and found no issues. Recommend upgrading water heater to a 50 gallon instead of a 40 gallon and installing a tank booster with new water heater.
