We’ve been with Comfort Control since they were a 2-man operation, and have never regretted it. They are always prompt, and get the job done right. Unlike a lot of companies, they will also give you the lower cost option if there is one available. Highly recommend!!

Response from Comfort Control Heating & Air:
Thanks for leaving us such a wonderful review. We are glad that you loved our services, our dedicated staff will be pleased to learn of your high praise.
Sales process and installation was excellent. My installation manager, Rhonda, was very pleased. She is not that easy to please.
We’ve been with Comfort Control since it was a 2-man shop, and we have always been extremely pleased with the service. This time, we had an issue with a new WiFi thermostat. Alex came out and took a look. It was a wiring issue, not the thermostat. Re-wiring can be a big job involving holes in the ceiling with some companies. Alex said, “Since we are re-wiring, why don’t I move the thermostat so we do not have to put the holes in the ceiling and walls?” It was a perfect solution and I would much rather patch the one little hole where the thermostat was, instead of putting new holes and having to patch them.
Great service and price. The gentleman was here for quite a while and did a good job. I signed up for a year service contract.
Technician. Was knowledgeable and walked me through what was needed. Would use services again
Reese was very professional and courteous.
Service Tech was very respectful and curtious. He made me aware of issues of concern. However he did not wear a mask or had cover shoes when he entered the house. I have had other service people and followed covid protocol.
Most dependable AC company I’ve ever dealt with! Christian does an awesome job and always offers solutions to improve the efficiency of our systems.
JON WAS AWESOME...VERY POLITE...NICE...HELPFUL AND GOT THE JOB DONE QUICKLY AND RIGHT!!
Ac service in Dacula. Discovered system leaking refrigerant from evaporator coil, coil drain pan rusted, furnace flue too large for current unit and has no reducer to make proper seal. Quoted full system
Maintenance dacula. Did a leak search on both evaporator coils. Did not find any leaks. The indoor capacitor to the main level is weak. Recommend replacing capacitor. Basement capacitor is within range. Both blower wheels are clean. Changed filters. Drain lines are clear. Basement outdoor unit has a weak capacitor. Recommend changing that one. Main level outdoor units capacitor is within range. Pressures on both systems are within range. Both systems cooling at this time.
A/c diagnostic in Dacula. Customer didn’t answer the phone, left voicemail. Upon arrival to customers house I was there for 15 minutes knocking on the door and no answer.
Indoor shutoff switch had broken back plate not allowing proper voltage to transfer to the system, unwired switch and wire nutted wires together and now system is cutting on.
Basement Lennox unit not cooling. Found water in the emergency pan, condensate pump full of sludge and debris, drain line partially clogged, condensate pump safety switch not wired in, and system low on refrigerant due to a leak in the refrigerant circuit. Recommend replacing the system. The customer preferred to make repairs and correct charge. I explained to the customer that the refrigerant will leak back out. She understood and requested the temporary fix. I explained to her that if she opted to go with the replacement, I would credit her the cost of repairs towards the system, but that decision will need to made within 30 days. Clear water from emergency drain pan Clear drain line Clean condensate pump Replace filter Connect pump safety switch 2 pounds of r410a All above tasks are complete and the system is cooling for now.
Upon arrival the blower motor was making a whirring noise due to the high amount of water that was inside the system cabinet. Found R-22 leak in evaporator coil, system will need leak fixed to be able to recharge system. ••• Mr. Dambach wants to move forward with leak sealant and adding refrigerant to system and is fully aware that it is not a guaranteed fix. By signing the approval sheet Mr. Dambach will not hold Comfort Control liable if the refrigerant were to leak back out. With approval i am adding leak sealant to system and correcting the charge of R-22
Customer opted for and insisted on a leak sealer and recharge.
A/c diagnostic in Dacula. System wasn’t cooling properly. Found really dirty filter Restricting airflow through the system not cooling properly. Changed filter, flush drain line. System is cooling at this time. House temperature is at 86° Thermostat is set to 76° System needs to run a while.

Ac service in Dacula. Installed homeowner purchased thermostats. One is broken and the other was already registered to someone else so they were used. Re installed old thermostats.
Maintenance dacula. Evaporator coil on basement unit was frozen over. Thawed out the coil and did a leak search. Found a leak and that is why the coil is freezing due to low pressures. Recommend replacing coil under warranty. Blower wheel is clean. Changed filter. Cleaned out drain pan of water. Drain line is clear. Outside capacitor is within range. Did a leak search on main evaporator coil and upstairs evaporator coil. Did not find any leaks. Indoor capacitors are within range. Blower wheels are clean. Changed filters. Cleared drain lines. Outside capacitors are within range. Pressures are within range. Left basement unit off at thermostat so it doesn’t freeze again. Other two units are cooling at this time.
A/c diagnostic in Dacula. Unit in the attic. Found filter really dirty, also found the blower motor controller was really weak. Changed part and filter system is cooling at this time. Customer is now a new member.
Upstairs 3 ton AC and Coil 10 year parts warranty 10 year labor warranty Lifetime outdoor unit replacement compressor warranty Supply plenum
Compressor is bad, system will need a new compressor to be able to coil properly. Tested every possible component other than compressor and compressor is still over amping.
Capacitor had burnt terminal due to being very weak, replaced capacitor and system is cooling with a 20° temperature split. Please send invoice to Monroche27@hotmail.com.
