completed 3 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. The customer signed up for Comfort Club membership for only the 2 main systems. Installed APCO systems in upstairs and main level. Added a inline float switch to upstairs furnace. Both inducer motors are starting to make noise indicating the bearings are starting to go. Customer is aware. Recommended replacing both flame sensors and ignitors. The customer might replace furnaces in the next year. Blower capacitor in main level should be replaced. Replaced main level filter.

Completed 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. The system is heating normal. Owners stated there was some noise behind the walls. The vibration is the lineset from the builder when they ran the copper pipes up to the attic in the walls. Heatpump system is a 2018 Payne. Found the defrost was set for 30 minutes instead of the factory 90 minutes.

Service call. Gas leaking. Checked and pressured system to 200 PSI to check for the leak. Found the leak at the connection joint going into the furnace flex gas line. Tightened the connection and stopped the gas leak. Found the 22-year-old furnace and suggested to upgrade due to age. The system is not operating at this time due to no gas going to the unit. Need the gas company to turn the gas back on.

Completed one system maintenance. Found the flame system to be showing signs of deterioration. Recommended replacing as well as installing secondary water safety and an external filter rack. The customer declined the repairs for right now and might do it in the spring. The system is running at this time.

Furnace repair call. System void of refrigerant. A capillary tube connected to reversing valve stem completely blew off. We could do the repair but brazing that close to reversing valve could damage the reversing valve. Recommend replacing the unit. Sent customer estimates. Will apply service charge towards repair or replacement of the unit.

Completed 2 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Comfort Club Membership renewal. Replaced the filter. Checked the electrical and safety switches. All are okay at this time. Found a worn ignition and a weak flame safety sensor. Will replace both parts during the next appointment in the fall. Found the system production over 100ppm for carbon monoxide. Performed a combustion calibration and replaced the UV bulb. Tested and the system is heating normally at this time.

Furnace repair for the downstairs system. Signed the customer up for a new Comfort Club Membership. Replaced both of the clogged filters. Found the downstairs system with a bad flame safety sensor and a weak blower starter. Replaced both parts and the system is heating normally at this time. The upstairs system flame safety sensor is getting worn and the blower starter is weak (6.7 mfd of 10 rated mfd). The owner wants to wait for the upstairs repairs. Performed a combustion test on both furnaces. Found the downstair combustion all within range. The upstairs combustion has high oxygen content(10.5). Can improve the furnace efficiency by getting it calibrated. Overall, both furnaces are heating normally.

Found no issues with heatpump aside from pressures slightly above spec. Noises customer heard were most likely the unit going into defrost mode. Adjusted pressures, to 94.4 on the low side and 335.9 on the high side with an outdoor ambient temperature of 46 degrees. System is heating normal at this time.
