Comfort Control replaced both our aging HVAC units. The crew did a phenomenal job! They even cleaned up and vacuumed where they worked inside the house. This was easiest and most cost friendly process ever!
Tom was out soon after we called. He did a thorough inspection of our units and gave us an honest assessment of the problem. He also gave us a bunch of options to remedy the problem. Estimates of our options were emailed to us within hours. Could not have asked for any better service than what Comfort Control provided!

Performed 1 ac system tune up, cycled system and checked DT, checked blower capacitor ok, checked drain line, changed filter, checked ac components, found loose wip wire connection at contactor, fixed under warranty, checked operating pressures, superheat and subcooling. System is working ok. Customer declined recommendations including that of overflow water safety sw.

Performed 2 ac system maintenance, both systems work ok at this time, found upstairs system DT off 8 degrees supply, and pressures also off, did leak detection, found n o leak, added 12;oz of 410 a and will follow up if need is, changed filters, checked drain lines, ac components ok, cleaned outdoor coils.
House was hit by lightning and damaged all the electrical components of the water heater causing the rest button to constantly trip. Need to replace the water heater.

Completed evap coil replacement. Pressure tested and pulled vacuum to 500 microns. Charged system to 10 degree subcool for indoor txv. System running at this time.
No cool upstair. Found system with no signal from thermostat to circuit board, jumper board and system sometimes work. Replaced thermostat and control board for upstair system. Replaced downstair burnt switch and bad compressor saver. Both system cooling at this time
New install not cooling well for customer. Check and adjust air speed and add lbs of 410a for proper subcooling and superheat level. System operating at this time.

Completed diagnostic found system with a bad evaporator coil. Need to have replaced. Customer approved replacement will have an office schedule with customer best time to come to do the repair.
Performed 1 A/C system tune, found the system not cooling properly due to high pressures, suction 90, liquid 380, found very dirty condenser coil, after cleaning pressures showed low, recommended to add Freon, the client declined. Changed filter, checked blower and ac components, also checked drain line.
No cool. Signed for new contract. Replaced clogged filters, and clean condenser coil. Replaced weak starter and installed compressor saver. Found mold inside air handler and no water safety. Owner wants to wait on water safety and uv light. System is cooling normal
