Complete a cooling tune-up special. Checked the operations, checked the safety, changed the filter, and cleaned A/C coil. Found the blower assembly to be very dirty, the blower capacitor to be weak. Found the system to have no water protection and the drain pan was not set up properly. Found the furnace gas line not up to code and the flue run incorrectly. Found the condenser coil to be very dirty, the fan motor worn, and high amps. Missing a hard start kit and the capacitor was weak. The system is operating but due to the dirty blower and coil, it is causing the system to freeze up. The system is operating at this time but in poor condition. Due to the age and condition of the system, I suggested to upgrade the system and not to repair it.

Find gas pressure low, worn ignition, weak flame sensor, worn inducer assembly. Find door switch damage. Find gas line not up to code and flue pipe not up to code. No water protection. Find ac unit operating but oil have acid buildup. Find fan motor not balance, worn contractor. System line set not size properly for system. Due to system age and multiple conditions can cause system to fail. Suggest to upgrade system.
