No cool. Check and find 10 year old nordyne cooling system. Check and find coil dirty, weak capacitor, missing hard start kit and pitted contactor. System also over charge r410A. Suggest repair and duct cleaning. Customer want to wait.

Coil clean. When pm was completed, downstairs thermostat lost power due to loose telephone jack connection to zone board, secured wire connection, the thermostat was powered but found bad damper which was not fully. Provided an estimate to replace it but the client said he had homeowner warranty, he will call them to replace it. Signed up for comfort club membership and did first a/c visit.

Advised client to eep eye on it. Cleaned condenser coil. The system is working ok at this time

Went over install of dehumidifier with the customer. Filled out the QA form. Replaced the batteries in the thermostat. Gave estimate to add a additional dehumidifier for the main level system and adding a inline safety switch.
