Vu never disappoints. He did a wonderful job, and was very thorough..
Vu is through and knowledgeable. he's quick to diagnose the problem and get it resolved.
Our tech, Vu, was professional, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions satisfactorily and in a very friendly manner.
On 8/16/19, Reece and Casey came out to fix my upstairs A/C unit. They were extremely kind, professional, and not “in a rush” to diagnose the problem. My appointment was for the 12-2 time slot. Apparently, the job before mine was a difficult one, so they were not able to get to my house until 5:30. I never would have known that the job prior to mine was so difficult if it weren’t for Reece constantly staying in touch with me so that I was aware of the delay in getting to my house. As someone that has a very hectic schedule, I was impressed and appreciative of the open communication Reece provided in order for me to handle other responsibilities I had for that day. (As opposed to waiting around and wondering when they were going to show up.) Upon arrival, I never would have guessed that they had had a difficult job ahead of mine. Reece and Casey showed up with great attitudes and ready to get to work. I even offered to have them come out a couple of days later, so that they could “call it a day” after having spent hours on the previous job. Reece was accommodating, and reassured me that it was no problem to come to my house in order to ensure I had a working A/C unit. I was extremely impressed, and will definitely recommend Reece, Casey, and your company in the future.
The tech was so friendly patient and helpful in explaining everything did a very thorough job very satisfied

Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Completed diagnostic found very dirty filter causing the system to freeze up due to low air flow. Changed filters. The system is cooling. Pressures are good. I do recommend signing up on maintenance plan to ensure filters get changed and systems get cleaned and drain lines cleared. Also to prevent any possible damage to the system by catching things prematurely. I also recommend a secondary water float switch to prevent water damage to the furnace as well as the house. And a compressor saver for the outside system to help compressor start up which will prolong life as well as drop energy bill. Lastly, I recommend a surge protector to our door system to prevent any damage to electrical components in case of power surges.
