Furnace maintenance service call. Customer has a 3 year old Carrier unit due for a little TLC. Performed heating tune-up, cleaned all components, checked for proper operation, advised customer to replace filters a little more often.
Maintenance pendergrass. Did a leak search on evaporator coil. Did not find any leaks. Blower wheel is clean. Changed filter. Cleared drain line. Outdoor capacitor is within range. Pressures are within range. System is cooling/heating at this time.
Ac service in Pendergrass. Replaced variable speed blower motor under full warranty. Also installed surge protection indoor and outdoor under by one get one free per Jeff. System operation normal at this time.
Ac service in Pendergrass. Discovered failed blower motor. Need to order and return to install.
2 stage 3 ton heat pump system Lifetime outdoor unit replacement compressor warranty. 10 year parts and labor warranty. Replace supply and return plenums. Ducting is currently hard duct and will need to be cut back for sections of flex to reconnect. There is a hole, where the line set goes through the wall, that needs to be sealed up. See pictures. Sections of duct need the insulation reattached or added to.

3 Ton AC system with supply and return plenums add 10" return to basement and 8" supply to basement replace disconnect and whip at outdoor unit.
No cool in pendergrass Ga, one system. Customer found compressor over heating. Checked all electrical and mechanical components.Found compressor over amping. Found wire damage. And system low on r22 refrigerant. System is 23 years of age , most of the equipment is original. Found evaporator coil to be rusted and corroded and likely to leak refrigerant. Found blow wheel to be dirty likely to slow down air flow. Recommend upgrading to something for efficient and reliable.
No cool pendergrass. Found system slightly low on refrigerant. Did leak search on coil found small leak at union for metering device. Tightened union filled system back up with 410a system cooling at this time.
Cooling maintenance pendergrass. Completed maintenance on 6 year old system. Blower and coil are clean. Changed electro static filter. Blower is good on amps. Insulation in attic is good. Temp difference is good. Pressures are good. Outdoor system is clean. Contactor is clean capacitor is good. Amps on motors are good. System cooling at this time.
Heating maintenance pendergrass. Completed maintenance on 5 year old system. Changed filter. Did static pressure test. Air flow is good everywhere except across filter. System needs different filter installed. Recommend electro static filter for optimum air flow and filtration. System has no secondary water safety device to protect system from water damage. Heat strips working good. Blower and evap coil are clean.

Install pendergrass. Completed install of pureairx filter in airhandler. Tested to make sure it came on. System working.
