We've been a Comfort Control customer for about 10 years, since they installed a new HVAC system in our home. We've maintained a service contract with them that is reasonably priced. They are dependable, professional and do a great job.
Renew and complete 1 ac pm check. Find cooling system operating normal but have weak compressor capacitor. Replace capacitor and humidifier water panel #35. System operating at this time. Suggest surge protection and compressor saver to help system start up and reduce load. Did not change filter. Check drain and clean ac coil.
No heat main floor zone system. Found no signal to furnace, found arzel zone board on lockout. Potential cause by surges, reset and system came on. Found worn ignition and weak flame safety sensor, replaced and system heating normal Main floor
Complete heating pm check. Change AA610 filter, check operations and safety. Find heating system operating normal at this time but flame safety worn, recommend to replace before safety fail. Customer want to wait. Overall heating system operating at this time.
Complete 2 heating pm check. Change both filter and check operations. Find both heating system operating normal at this time.
Found bad furnace switch. Replaced it and system is heating at this time.
Performed 2 system heating maintenance. Recommend chemically cleaning upstairs furnace blowerwheel assembly to restore balance and efficiency. Recommend small pan and float switch for main level system, basement susceptible to flooding if pump fails. No pan was installed under furnace. Both systems operating normal at this time. Leave Mr Cope 2 filters extra on next visit to make up for not having them on this maintenance call.
2 system furnace renewal. Replaced filter, checked electrical and safety switches all ok at this time. Upstair has mold,rusty coil, worn ignition, weak flame safety sensor and need a combustion calibration. Downstair has rusty coil/leaky coil. Worn ignition and weak flame safety sensor. Do see mold growing as well. Installed apco uv light for upstair system
Complete heating pm check. Change filter, check safety and operations. Find system operating normal at this time of visit. Note: customer said during cold day of 35 degree, heating was not keeping up. Check and find system operating normal. Told customer if happen again, call CCI to come back and check on problem.
Complete 2 heating pm check, change both filter, check safety and operation. Find upstairs furnace operating normal. Find downstairs furnace operating normal, but zone 2 TSTAT not operating properly. Update TSTAT to APRILAIRE 8466. System operating at this time.
Complete heating pm check. Find furnace operating at this time. Find inducer motor assembly worn, making noise with minor crack. Find air pressure sensor worn. Find heat exchanger rusted and need to keep check. Did not see crack at this time. Change filter and check safety.
TStat was defective. System is now cooling after replacement. Homeowner declined Maintenance contract.
1 system furnace renewal. Owner has $20 off from service roundtable, will honor this time only for maintenance contract. Contract price cannot be use for discounted or coupons. Replaced filter, did a combustion test and all within range and heating to max efficiency. System is heating normal
No cool basement system. Check and find hea pump system fail due to fault in water removal system. System lock out on safety. Repair water removal system HF4A and system operate. Suggest Plan to help maintain both system. Customer will mail in check.
Installed apco uv light air purification system in basement air handler to kill mold, bacteria, viruses, and volatile organic compounds. Didn't collect payment, invoice will be sent so we can collect through book keepers, total is $471.
