Jon arrived before the scheduled time of 2:00 pm. Shortly after arriving, he checked the furnace and the thermostat. He found the issue of a bent prong at the thermostat, which prevented the signal to start the furnace. After correcting the bent prong, the furnace started working fine. I appreciated Jon’s knowledge and courteous service! Great prices and service!!

Water heater installation service call. Client requested to have their old water heater replaced with a tankless unit. Performed tankless water heater installation in customer's garage and removed previous unit.
Completed air conditioning maintenance for a customer who wanted to be prepared for the summer months. Inspected the system and noticed the coils were starting to get dirty. Cleaned the coils and replaced the filters. Ran the system again to make sure it was operating correctly. The customer was pleased with the service.
No cool snellville. Completed diagnostic. Found capacitor on outside unit dead. Replaced capacitor. Amps good on compressor and motor. Pressures are good. System is 10 years old and running on r22.
A/c tune up in Snellville. System had a really dirty filter. Causing unit to ice up, drain pan had a lot of water and overflowing doing a little bit of water damage to the celling. Evaporator coil is clean, blower wheel is clean, and drain line is good. ( HOUSE IS A RENTAL PROPERTY ). Also found one of the supply ducts disconnect and completely opened allowing cold air into the attic. ( it’s fixed now). System is cooling at this time.
Completed diagnostic. Found system working properly. 58 degrees coming out of mini split. Wireless thermostat still controlling minisplit.
Thermostat display is broken, though with system running the pressures are low due to an R-22 refrigerant leak in the upstairs evaporator coil. Coil needs replacement for system to cool properly.
Maintenance snellville. Completed maintenance. Found 20 year old system very clogged at drain line due to evap coil being completely rusted. System has no water safety attached. Blower is very dirty. Indoor and outdoor capacitor is very weak. Outdoor contactor is pitted and burnt. Pressures seem to be ok at this time. Due to age of system and cost of repairs and condition of existing equipment recommend replacing to a more efficient system.
A/c tune up in Snellville. Unit is in the basement. System is cooling at this time. Check blower wheel, checked all electrical components and evaporator coil. Cleared drain line. Changed filters. Checked outdoor unit. Refrigerant level are good.
Maintenance snellville. Completed maintenance on 10 year old system. Found no leak in coil. Blower is clean. Changed filter. No back up water safety. No indoor air quality treatments installed. Outdoor unit has small leak on service valve. Tight Ed valve. Fixed leak. Electrical components good. Cleaned outdoor system. System cooling at this time.
Warranty snellville. Completed condenser cleanings from previous maintenance. Tested to make sure systems came on. Systems cooling.
No cool in Snellville. Could not find any issues with system. Customer states that system is blowing air all the time, found fan was set to circulate. Confirmed normal operation of thermostat and indoor/ outdoor units. Shows customer how to use thermostat. System is operating at this time.
No cool in snellvile. One system. Found ac condenser not coming on. Changed thermostat batteries. And found clogged filter. System cooling at this time.
Rerouted drain line for furnace. Performed ac maintenance in Snellville, Georgia. One system. Tested mechanical and electrical components, all in good shape. Chemically washed condenser coil. System is cooling at this time.
No cool in snellvile Ga, one system. Customer smelled funny smell in home. Went through normal check list. Didn’t find anything in the system that could cause a smell, blower wheel clean, supply plenum clean return plenum clean. Recommend pureairx system to her purify the air in the home and help kill mold and bacteria. System cooling at this time.
No cool in snellville. Arrived on site, found upstairs system not cooling. Found no high voltage going to system. Went to breaker box and found breaker for the furnace off. Turned breaker on and tested system. No other issues present at this time.
