Complete 1 heating preventative maintenance check and repairs.
Completed maintenance on two heat pump systems. Changed upstairs' clogged filter. Recommend pan switch water safety for attic unit as it doesn't have one and customer has water problems. Upstairs air handler has mold present inside, recommend apco air purifier to kill mold, bacteria, germs, and viruses and prevent future mold growth for improved air quality. Downstairs air handler has a very damaged, nonfunctioning blower wheel. Blower motor capacitor is weak as well. Due to age and condition of system and cost of repairs, recommend upgrading system to a more reliable, more efficient system. If the customer wants repairs, we will need to replace the blower motor and blower wheel assembly along with the blower motor capacitor. Recommend hard start kit for the upstairs system to take a load off of the compressor to prolong the life of the system. Upstairs system is heating at this time. I put customer down for a tune-up if they want to upgrade to the maintenance plan.

Found worn ignition/flame rod assembly for the Upstair furnace. Downstair is good. Did both system combustion test and all within range. Both furnaces are heating normally at this time.

Found worn ignition and flame safety sensor. Did a combustion calibration to lower carbon monoxide to a safe level. The system is heating at this time.
Furnace repair for the main floor system. Found furnace three code 3( pressure switch open). Found locked inducer motor. Freed the motor and came on. The motor is noisy and can fail anytime. Needs new assembly to prevent failure.
