Both William and Dave were very professional. They called the night before to remind me they were coming and were at my house and ready to work at 7:30. They were courteous and cleaned up the work site when they were done. They took care to make sure I understood how to operate my new generator, stressing that I change the oil after the 1st 25 hours of operation. I feel confident that I will have no problems changing the filter or the oil. Most importantly when my escape artist dogs got out they helped me corral them!
