Techs Cody and Hunter arrived to Mr. Andrew's home. He showed us inside to the thermostat and indoor access, the system was not blowing air but the outdoor unit was running. We went upstairs and found that the blower motor was not working. we diagnosed a broken blower mount and a failed blower wheel. The customer wanted to order an X-13 and join our maintenance agreement plan. The membership is to be charged to the Visa ending in 3450
Tyler S- customer informed me that he didn't call this in. We suspect that a company that goes by the name servalicious that is current doing handman work for him on his porch and other things, May have reported a break to us. But they also went out the same day and fixed said area. Inspected marks work and couldn't see a sign of a leak or break

For this cooling tuneup I inspected the furnace and condenser. All equipment measured within manufacturers specs. It was too cold to gauge up and get accurate measurements on refrigerant. I recommended a pan strip, float switch and whole home surge protection. Customer stated he wasn't interested in the recommendations but would call if he decided to move forward in the future.
Tech Cody arrived to Mr Snider's home. I meant Mr Snider and he showed me inside to the closet indoor unit and showed me where the thermostat was. I started my inspection indoors, the unit is only a few years old and still look to be in great condition upon initial visual inspection. The filter was not in need of replacement the homeowner swapped it out in January, the evaporator coil look clean as well as the blower wheel, the PCS motor was in good condition and the capacitor was intolerance. When taking heat stripes they also came back with intolerance according to manufacturer. I then headed outside to the outdoor coil, and started with washing it down. After washing down I turned it on and let it dry out for 15 minutes before taking my refrigerant readings, the readings came back good and the unit has plenty of charge. I then took an inrush amp test of the compressor and it came back below the manufacturer data tag, there was a hard start kit installed as well as surge protection.
Ransewer machine through cleanout on outside wall cleared stoppage. Also ran small cable through washing machine drain cleared stoppage.
Their main panel looks great I found no issues inside of it all the connections were tight The plugs I tested inside were all wired correctly and see eyes were located in patients but when I tested the resistance on their ground rod it was sitting at 3235 so I have given him an estimate for a additional ground rod to lower that resistance and have sent it to his email

Straight electric system installed in 2017. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. PSC blower motor and capacitor are acceptable. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Refrigerant levels are in range. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable.
2 system super tune up. Both heat pumps with air handlers installed in 2016. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Ecm blower motors are acceptable. Blower wheels and evaporator coils are clean. All amp draws are in range. Refrigerant levels are in range. All functions normal at this time.
Performed plumbing inspection system in home looks good husband fixed the slow drain on lavatory in master bathroom. Found some corrosion on the pop up assembly under sink in hall bathroom only issue I found at this time. Customer said she will keep an eye on it but if is not leaking right now.
