These guys went above and beyond just installing a mini split. I know how to use each option on the keypad and how to maintain the filters on-going. After they explained their process and cleaned up, they used their ladder to adjust my Nest cameras because since installation of those I have different needs. This was the best service because I try not to climb ladders myself. Thank you Joe & Tyler (?) I’m awful with names.

I contacted Comfort Experts for their $49 A/C tune up special. Justin P arrived on time and explained in detail the scope of the inspection and services provided. Justin was very attentive as he not only listened to my questions but then answered all of them with great detail. Justin performed the inspection and cleaning of our A/C system and provided a very detailed assessment of his findings complete with detailed photos. I couldn’t have been happier with his work ethic and professionalism. If I were a business owner, he would be exactly the type of employee I would hope to hire! Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and a great attitude. Thank you Justin, I have found my new A/C service company moving forward!

Central House for electrical inspection and talk to customers about breaker that was an art fault for the living room but occasionally tripped every single month and couldn't see anything wrong with the circuit but insisted that the customer contact us if it happened again so that we can test a breaker and see if it something wrong with the circuit or if the breaker just needs to be replaced

Arrived to trouble shoot iron breaker softening system to determine why water still smells like sulphur ran systems through Regen cycle suggesting customer have Have cactus filtration to come out it looks as if filter system is plumbed in backwards and seems that system is not operating properly customer is going to call cactus out

Failed 35/5 dual run cap. Replaced washed condenser coils and strongly recommend filter replacement.

Came to job to look at quoting a car charger install and gave customer price and wanted to do it today so went and got parts and came back and installed it everything's working and customers happy
System was going out on low pressure. Found leaked in the Evaporator coil, talked with owner of the house and owner stated he will have one of his handymen get it taken care of.
Super tune up performed today on a Goodman heat pump with air handler installed in 2021 and a Gree mini split installed in 2021. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Drain safety switch installed on this visit. Blower wheel and evaporator coil on the main system are dirty and need to be cleaned. All amp draws are within tolerance. Compressors and condenser fan motors are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor units were washed and waxed. Plumber is scheduled for tomorrow morning. Customer states there is a gas smell in the garage. Technician found that the outdoor hose bibs have low water pressure. Plumber to call me when they are on the way.
9/19/25 Came to job to quote running a circuit for water softener in shed 120 ft trench need Another tech or person Have it scheduled for next Wednesday the 24th

40/5 dual run capacitor had failed. Was within spec yesterday during tune up. Replaced capacitor under warranty. System running and cooling upon departure.

Blower wheel and evaporator coil are dirty and should be cleaned. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. All amp draws are in range. Refrigerant levels are acceptable.
9/11/25 I will return tomorrow to install a weatherproof box and do a one foot wire extension to a 40 amp breaker for the boat dock
