Upon arrival system was not running had no power at tstat. Found drain switch was tripped and and p trap was clogged. Cleared and treated drain, left system, in cool mode customer confirmed

Upon arrival Customer stated nothing would come on. After evaluation found breaker at main panel was tripped, reset breaker system ran as should. Customer also stated they have been having issues with power going out also found that drain was clogged, unclogged drain in 2 different locations. Flushed a gallon down and drain properly. Left system in cool mode

Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the father of the homeowner. The system was leaking water when I arrived, I diagnosed a clogged drain and shared my findings with the customer. I conducted a drain clearing and poured a gallon of water into the drain pan afterwards, the whole gallon drained with no issue. I spilt my pvc primer on the trim around the closet the unit was housed in. I sanded the affected area then used the customer's paint primer and paint to correct the mess that I had made. Watkins would like for me to go back first call tomorrow to put another coat of paint over the affected area as a final repair.

This system has all of it freon and operating as it should. Td 20. The condensor is clean and ready for cooling. The system could benefit from a UV system and hard start kit.

Arrived onsite customer directed me to a repair that was made on previous visit that was leaking. Went ahead and repaired the bad section, tested after repair was made everything working properly.

System was locked out on high pressure, Condenser was compacted on cotton from cotton wood tree. Washed Condenser out and pressures normalized. Recommended compressor saver for hard starts as well

Control board has failed. Technician has left his ECM motor tester attached to the blower motor in order to keep the fan running for now. Control board needs to be ordered. Customer also is interested in a whole home surge protector.

Techs Cody and Mark arrived to customer's home and met Mrs Sybil, she showed us to thermostat and indoor unit. Inside the indoor unit, I replaced the filters, the coil was clean, the blower wheel was dirty and in need of cleaning, the auxiliary motor starter was within tolerance, I noticed water pooling in the drain pan and not flowing out at a fast rate. Outside we washed the coil and cleaned out the leaves, the compressor and fan motor were both functioning as they should according to the data tag. We shared our findings and Sybil wanted to get the blower cleaned and a pan treatment bar put into the drain pan. We cleaned the blower and reinstalled it, the system was working when we left.

Customer did not want the full tune up today. Customer just wanted me to check refrigerant levels. Refrigerant levels in both systems are in range. Checked all electrical connections and components outside. Both systems are running normally at this time. Carrier system was installed in 2009 and American Standard system was installed in 2011. Both are R410a units.
