These guys went above and beyond just installing a mini split. I know how to use each option on the keypad and how to maintain the filters on-going. After they explained their process and cleaned up, they used their ladder to adjust my Nest cameras because since installation of those I have different needs. This was the best service because I try not to climb ladders myself. Thank you Joe & Tyler (?) I’m awful with names.

I contacted Comfort Experts for their $49 A/C tune up special. Justin P arrived on time and explained in detail the scope of the inspection and services provided. Justin was very attentive as he not only listened to my questions but then answered all of them with great detail. Justin performed the inspection and cleaning of our A/C system and provided a very detailed assessment of his findings complete with detailed photos. I couldn’t have been happier with his work ethic and professionalism. If I were a business owner, he would be exactly the type of employee I would hope to hire! Excellent service, very knowledgeable, and a great attitude. Thank you Justin, I have found my new A/C service company moving forward!

3 system super tune up perfomed today. All systems are gas furnaces with straight cool condensers. 7.5 mfd blower capacitors in the main unit and the upstairs unit are out of spec and need to be replaced. Inducer motor for the main downstairs unit is amping high and making a grinding noise. Inducer needs to be replaced. No drain protection on the main downstairs system. Bedroom furnace is only two years old. All electrical connections on all three units are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. All safeties are working properly. All systems running as they should at this time.
Came two house to look at issues inspector had found in-house so came here and quoted to reconnect ground wire and also put connector on wires feeding furnace and also inspector pointed out wire nuts in panel and said it wasn't up to code but in the NEC section 312.8 says it is so that's not an issue but also put in the correct panel screws
Need to order three latches to secure filter door.

Customer states they had a roofer come out after I mentioned to them it seemed they had a roof leak and that the roofer told them the roof was good and had no problems I have found that there does seem to be a roof leak and traced the water marks to what seems to be a nail penetration that was removed I put arrows pointing to this in sharpie and informed the homeowner of the location and that it is not being caused by the new hvac Customer would like for comfort to send them the photos and video I took of the location of the leak for when they have a roofer back out

I have completed my electrical evaluation found that the GFCI that was causing her problems in the bathroom is connected to two other outlets one also in the same bathroom in the other one on the outside near the outside of that bathroom I cannot find where it goes beyond this but I disconnected the wires from the outlets on the outside and she asked that if she were to find something that wasn't working she could call us and come back out and I said yes
