Mark is an excellent Service Technician. Very knowledgeable, detailed, experienced and most of all concerned about the customer satisfaction. He really cares about me and the job he is doing. SMALL NOTE OF CONCERN: I am a very loyal customer (You-all are the best!). A member of the Annual Service Contract (monthly fee). My three high end "state of the art" Systems were purchased about 6 months ago (still under warranty). And, am wondering why I paid $79.00 for a service call for low voltage fuse replacement?

Alonso is very knowledgeable and was able to explain clearly that our unit had a problem and why it should be taken care of while he was here because it would eventually get worse. He explained how he would clear the clog in the lines and showed us what caused the clog. We are glad that Alonso was assigned for our regular tune up and discovered the problem.

Jake was fine. I had the impression my work was scheduled to be done and it was really doing an estimate for work I’d given a complete description of. And the estimate was higher than expected. So I paid for a service trip to get an estimate and the appointment was delayed and ended up being during a time I said I wouldn’t be here.

Responded to a furnace complaint (turning on, then off). Found a small cut in the pressure-switch tubing, which caused fault codes and short cycling. Repaired the tubing, secured the connections, cleared the code, and test-ran multiple heat cycles. Draft, ignition, and flame are normal. System operating properly at this time; homeowner informed.
Ffi factory defect . Today I installed a new thermostat. System is back online and ready for heating.
For this job we performed a heating tune up. Reccomended replacing igniter and flame sensor due to corrosion. Homeowner did not commit to repair but requested estimate to be emailed and will consider replacing parts in spring.
On this job I looked at 3 systems in heating and cooling. I found some things wrong. Concerns control board and damper Thermostat Biogrowth in 2 of 3 systems High in rush amps. Other then this the system test in tolerance. Super heat 24 Subcool 5.8 TD is 20 These are not replacement systems.
12/11/2025 Daniel A. For this job we performed a evaluation originally scheduled as a super tune up. Cooling side of unit was not working. Pnl warranty until 2027. We discovered a failed condenser fan motor and primary control board. We replaced the fan motor but the primary control board needs to be ordered. Holding for parts, does for now, call homeowners when control board is in to schedule.
12/8/25 Located gas lake nes and irrigation lines dug up to expose located transitions in pipe from PVC to concrete lined out excavation crew will return Thursday all day and evening to do install of plumbing ! 12/9/25 Lined out excavation will return tomorrow all day to do install 12-10-25 got all the pipe cut out from under the bathroom Found where all bathrooms tied into main line Daniel will be back tomorrow to try to get job finished 12/11/25 Got to stopping point to keep customer bathroom available returning tomorrow to complete rec work ....will collect on first part Friday Sold second estimate for water SOFTNER that rec work will be done on Tues of next week
Heating tune up performed today on an Amana heat pump with air handler installed in 2019. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. UV system is working as it should. System looks clean. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working properly.

The same two job to quotes adding essential loads panel to power water heater because he already has Tesla solar packs on house feeding entire rest of panel but doesn't have enough to feed water heater per people who installed it so came out to give quote and look to see what was possible and price was a little bit high for customer but also talked about payment plans as well but customers that you would just need a little bit of time to think about it
Today I covered up the line set with new insulation and chicken wire to protect them from critters. I have also installed 2 soft starts devices.
For this job we performed a supertune up. All cooling and heating components were working within normal limits. Very large amount of biological growth growing inside the supply plenum. Homeowner was wanting to consider a coil cleaning. I spoke to homeowner about oins in doing a duct cleaning for bio growth and doing some complementary cleaning if they commit to the duct cleaning. I reccomended either a UV bulb replacement or a UV replacement. Homeowner is considering different options with financing and may call back if they make a decision on any work. Completed a super tune up on the system the UV light has lost effectiveness recommended replacing the ball to maintain indoor air quality for the outdoor unit replace the surge protector and verified proper operation. 12/11/25 Got to house and no answer tried calling but nothing's working and cannot get in touch with anybody at the house but there are cars in the driveway so knocked on door multiple times and tried getting someone's attention if someone was here but nothing
Spoke with the husband he wants to hold off on changing out any of the breakers as they do all technically still function correctly it's just the fact that the compressor filter outside is tripping the 15 amp but they aren't looking to install a new circuit remedy that problem this time
