Remove cabinets in kitchen where water manifold is, also will have to jackhammer the foundation to expose lines well enough to build up manifold. Returning Monday to complete repair.

Same issues as my last visit in May 2023. Decreased efficiency. Homeowner keeps it at 78° most of the year. She's used a home warranty before but they say the same thing I do and won't fix anything until it's actually "broken". Extremely thorough tune-up on both systems. Leaks found in both coils and heavily blocked. Capacitors are weak. Blower wheels are compromised. Compressors are amping high, fan motors are amping high and heavy biological growth on both system which compromises the air quality. R22 on both systems. Right side unit has a slow drain, homeowner said they'll look into it themselves. Homeowner claims she is not in a financial place to get new systems at the moment. Said to check again next summer. I told homeowner that we can't be held responsible if issues arise after our (second visit) heavy conversation around the systems performance. Multiple large dogs. Declined all work for now.
Upon arrival system was not running, found that drain was clogged. After evaluation found that the drain tied into sink drain but the sink pipe had been blocking the Condensate drain and tripping the float switch. Cut sink drain pipe back enough for Condensation would drain properly. Poured a gallon down drain with no issue. System is cooling as should

Upon arrival techs where shown to the condenser and air handler techs started with the air handler because customer had to go take care of her horses. Once techs got all the readings inside, techs moved outside. The in rush amps were at 129. Once techs got super heat and super heat met techs standards. Tech washed and waxed condenser. Techs suggested compresser saver. Customer decided to go ahead with the compressor saver. Once compressor saver was installed, techs showed homeowner the in rush amps were at 31.
His panel is still the old Bryant that I do recommend to get replaced but beyond that he is doing pretty good with the plugs all of them tested correctly except for one in the living room which did not have a ground and he needs one GFCI in the bathroom
Gave customer estimate on adding a sink light above sink. 2 different options. One to add to existing lighting in kitchen. A second one to install new dimmer and put light on separate switch. Interested in membership but not ready to bite.
