Justin and Tyler did a superb job fine-tuning and performing maintenance on my air conditioner. They were courteous and polite, thorough and professional. They gave me a detailed assessment of their findings and highlighted potential problem areas that might cause problems sometime in the future, with pictures of everything to support what they found. Today on this visit I looked at 2 systems heating And cooling. TD is 20° Heat pump pipe temp 127° Clean filters. I replaced and added.. 2 caps 2 defrost control Added 2 easy starts System is now back online and ready for work. **********All this is paid for thru hood leap I'm passing the call for office to finish up all work is completed*********
During this visit I looked at heating and cooling System test olin tolerance. TD is 20° Filters are clean Condensor is clean House could use insulation.

Replaced failed X-13 Motor and ran system check. Found no other issues with the system at this time. Left with system in heat

To house for electrical issue with plug not working with fans and got here and found the issue and fixed it and everything is working how it should be and plugs are on their own circuit and the lights and fans are all on their own circuit as well
