Found unit almost out of 410A freon was running at 68 PSI found leaking evaporator coil ran numbers on evaporator unit is under warranty gave customer estimate on warranty evaporator coil and freon customer's husband not home at the time had to email estimates and findings to husband
Recall on previous technician. Blower would tune on in heating but not in cooling. Previous technician replaced a fan relay and did not properly attach the common side to the fan relay so fan would not turn on in high speed. Attached common to relay and performed function check in heating and in cooling. System operating normally at time of departure.
Came out for a membership tune-up checked everything indoor and outdoor and heat mode and cool mode pretty much everything checks out within manufacturers specifications though I did make the homeowner aware I wasn't able to get an accurate reading of the superheat and subcool as he started washing the coils before I got out there to do my system diagnostic made recommendations for indoor air quality and flushing the water heater unfortunately we did not do any of these today

Today on this job I looked at both heat and cooling sides of the system. The smaller system for upstairs has a 26 super heat. This tells me the system is out of tolerance and needs freon or a new metering device air flow checks out. Flame sensor is also toasted up good. Recommend Replace flame sensor/ignitor Added freon Add soft starts Today I installed soft start and fix a leak at the valve core. She want to talk system replacement for her 2 ton straight cool gas furnace in the attic march 23 10am

Came to job to swap out smoke detectors with customer provided smokes and everything looked good and came out great and customer is really happy
Goodman heat pump installed in 2019. All electrical components on indoor unit pulling proper amps, blower motor is acceptable, filter was clean, evaporator cleaned with no bio growth. Outdoor unit was washed and cleaned, pulled leafs out from inside unit, condenser coil cleaned and washed, compressor saver failed and was replaced under warranty, all electrical components were all tight, at departure system was functioning properly.
Performed a super tune up on a ducane heat pump with air handler installed in 2025. Upon arrival all electrical connections were tight and at proper amperage, evaporator coil and blower acceptable, filter was changed out when customer supplied the filter, heat strips were pulling proper amperage. Outside unit was washed and waxed, all electrical connections were pulling proper amps, auxiliary motor is the correct on the unit, cleaned out all leaves inside out the unit, system functioning right at departure.
Came to house to do electrical inspection and met with homeowner of business before entering and went to property and looked at panel on outside on Pole and looks fine but does not have a main disconnect or a main breaker so talk to her about that and bring all that up to code but she was not interested also talked about the wire that was ran from the panel up to the light and MC wire and that's not the correct wire to be ran outside so talk to her about that but she said the electricians put that in and still let her know that it's not correct but other than that talk to her about you see I protecting the kitchen and she said that she's planning on putting her own in there very soon but customer was not interested in doing any work at the moment

Alex D - TRUE PARTS FAILURE. Found wire going to herm terminal burnt apart due to loose connection at capacitor fixed connection with a new spade connector unit is now up and running
On this job I did a hard restart and checked freon levels everything checks out. I'm coming back to install disconnect surge.
