I just had my yearly electrical check up, and just a few days later, got hit with those horrendous thunder and lightning storms! The storms knocked some of my outlets and switches and appliances wacky. I didn’t want to make matters worse, so I called Comfort Experts! They sent Jake the SAME evening! Jake was even better than Dudley Do-Right! He zipped through like the MASTER Electrician that he is! One bulb actually needed replacement, the rest were re-sets. He had me snug as a bug again in no time! I am so happy I found Comfort Experts! They have been an outstanding company to deal with! EVERY technician that has come to my home has been EXCELLENT! Jake was one of the BEST! Truly a MASTER!

Ryan Schmuhl arrived shortly after receiving the text message update. Part was installed fairly quickly. The thermostat was programed and given a walk through on how to operate. Ryan also went through trouble shooting steps to ensure the system was properly functioning. Ryan maintained a professional and courteous attitude. Will for sure be using Mike and Ryan for future HVAC services.

Had a issue with my furnace not heating, contacted Comfort Experts. The next day they sent a HVAC Tech to inspect my system. Mike Robles right away identified the issue, provided clear and detailed explanation as to what the issue was. Mike checked my systems warranty and parts availability. A estimate was provided and when to expect the part to be installed. Mike was a pleasure to meet and has a professional and honest attitude. The cost service and repairs was reasonable and fair.

Level 4 42k h/p Whole house surge protection
Homeowner was having heating issues and found tripped breaker to the outdoor unit after a power surge during recent a recent storm. Compressor and outdoor fan motor are shorted. Indoor blower motor control module has also failed. The nature and type of failure has a high degree of possibility to be caused by a power issue such as a surge. I recommend system replacement and surge protection be installed. Thanks, Brian H

For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system, and checked for maximum efficiency. Everything in the system was working in great condition Note: During my inspections in the attic unit, I stepped wrong and almost fell. A hole was made on the sheetrock, Jerred needs to come see the damage to be able to fix it.
Replace yard line to septic tank Customer was approved and we are doing it Friday 11-28-25
For this job, I worked on an evaluation on a furnace that was not working. I was turning on the system and only the inducer motor was coming on. I I completed a couple tests and concluded that the pressure switch was not opening and closing as it was supposed to. I notified the customers about the issue and they accepted to replace it. Work was done and system was left running. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great night!
Performed full tune-up. • Outdoor unit: Service port threads are damaged — could not attach gauges. Photos taken. • Refrigerant status: Based on history, system appears low on charge. No refrigerant added today (R22 is phased out). • Coil condition: Evaporator coil is corroded. • Leak likelihood: System is hermetically sealed; low charge + coil condition suggests possible leak (not confirmed today due to gauge access). • IAQ: Biological growth observed in the air handler. Recommendations / Next Steps 1. Repair/replace service port so we can perform accurate readings. 2. Schedule leak verification (nitrogen + bubbles or dye). 3. Given age, R22 phase-out, coil corrosion, and suspected leak: discuss repair vs. replacement with a Comfort Advisor. 4. Address IAQ (cleaning/treatment and UV option).
The light just needed to come down he didn't want a cover or anything else
On this job I looked at a 30 year old rudd system. System has many concerns and she's just not in a position to have anything done. Inside unit walls are extremely dirty and weak blower is sucking them in. The system has a weak blower cap. The system makes a loud humming noise coming from the inside unit. Out side unit is a r22 system slightly low on r22
Two system super tune up performed today. Both systems operating properly in cooling and in heating. Refrigerant levels are in range. All amp draws are acceptable. Outdoor units were washed and waxed. Both air filters were changed on this visit.
I completed a tune up on the system and noted a couple of things in the attic the installation level is low which is can affect heating and cooling efficiency the for the outdoor unit, there is a high in rush current and a suggested adding a soft start or compressor saver to help with that the homeowner mentioned they'd like to wait on making any changes for now
On this job the owner and I went upstairs and discovered a loose control wire. We retighten the wire and system is back onl8ne and ready for heating.
Replaced ECM motor and performed function check. System running properly at time of departure.
On this job I looked at both heating and cooling sides of the system. The system test a little under tolerance in cooling. TD is only 13 Super heat 26
Showed up for a heating tune-up customer had concerns about their air filter so I replaced that today checked indoor and out everything checks out for the most part the only two recommendations I have is replacing the defrost control board which has been offered before and putting a soft start kit on the outdoor system homeowner has declined these recommendations she recently had another company remove and replace the insulation in erratic and funds are tight
