Super tune up perfomed today on a 9 year old Coleman heat pump with air handler. All electrical connections are tight withno corrosion. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator have some biological growth starting to form. UV bulb has expired and is not working. UV bulb needs to be replaced. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working as they should. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. 45/5 dual run capacitor was showing weak and was replaced under warranty on this visit.

I need Goodman igniter Model : GMS80805CNBB Serial : 1404345751 Arrived to no heat. Failed igniter was preventing the furnace from starting. Replaced igniter with universal igniter n could not get the furnace to fire on the first try. Furnace would fire on the second try every time. Need to order Goodman igniter and return. Requesting for Brian H or Mark W to return with me to further look at the heat exchanger. While system was running it rolled out twice. Found a small spot on heat exchanger and would like to get a second opinion.

Came out for an evaluation customer was saying that the outdoor unit wasn't turning on but the electric bill was going high turns out they had the thermostat set on emergency heat and the filter was severely restricted verified that the heat pump was capable of satisfying the thermostat and advise them to purchase a new filter as soon as possible left the system with no filter due to the excessive amount of blockage on the existing one

Talk to customer about issue and found a disconnect on the outside of condominium that was causing house to not have power but still don't know why it's not getting power so they will be calling power company out here to check behind meter and why it's not getting power or if it's on the power company side they will be reaching back out to us once they figure it out and we'll call us to get us back out here to fix it

Arrived to outdoor unit short cycling. System slightly low on charge and it it is only 60 degrees outside was causing it to short cycle. Customer just wanted to charge the system for now. Charges system with 14oz of r410a. System running upon departure.
