Came out for an evaluation 3/4 inch PVC in the p-trap for the condensate drain line coming from the unit in the Attic had busted and caused water damage to the home rebuilt the p-trap with proper slope and insulated it to protect it in the future

For this job I performed a super tune-up. I discovered the primary drain line was dry fitted and came loose and also that the drain line does not have a proper p-trap installed. Severe rust and corrosion are present on the drain pan due to water dripping inside of it consistently. I noted mastic seal on the ducts were starting to deteriorate. I recommended a drain line repair and adding a p-trap, resealing the ducts with mastic, and replacing the drain pan. Homeowner agreed to have all work done. Drain line repair was done and partial mastic sealing. Done for now, holding for parts, office to call homeowners when drain pan comes in to install dream pan and finish mastic sealimng. Came out for membership super tune-up for both heat pump systems found several points of concern including drain lines backing up UV systems no longer working and biological growth inside of both systems one compressor is overamping and one is just below the marker the customer is experiencing constant issues with the downstairs thermostat I believe this to be an issue with the wiring itself however the thermostat has been compromised as well left estimates for all of these repairs homeowner is waiting for his income tax has a general idea of what he wants to go forward with first and will call us back I also replaced a dual run capacitor for the upstairs system under warranty at no charge to the customer

Performed a super tune up on a Goodman heat pump installed in 2022 and a Goodman air handler installed in 2018. All electrical components in air handler were tight, pulling proper amperage in heat strips, blower motor is acceptable, evaporator coil is clean. Outside unit was washed and waxed, check all electrical components and pulled proper amperage, auxiliary motor is acceptable, all gauge pressure at good measures at time of departure system was properly functional.
For this call I performed recwork. A successfully changed out a faulty thermostat and a failed OEM condenser fan motor. The unit began to cool with the normal limits at the time of departure. Homeowner inquired about having an estimate given for a solar energy backup battery. I spoke with Rob Goldate about the inquiry and let homeowner know that we would reach out sometime next week to have Brian Hobson either go out and inspect the system or give a phone call to give an estimate. On this job I looked at both heat and cooling. Before I did I had to make some repairs to the outside system. I replaced a contactor and disconnect that had the system down. The system makes a super heat of 11 And subcool of 6 System is now back online and ready for cooling.
Run new sewer lines from home to road Will have to return tomorrow 2-19-26 to finish job Will need to bring 8 through 12 inch duct so we can replace the duct under home
Performed 6x STU Found upstairs system low on refrigerant. Found leak at the evap coil. Ordering new evap coil under warranty.
