Upon arrival customer stated system would not heat. During evaluation found the switch for the furnace power was burned and melted. Replaced switch and ran system check. Left with system in heat.

For this job, I work on an evaluation on this heat pump system not heating nor cooling. As I arrived, I turned on the system and only the indoor fan would come on. I went to the outside system and nothing was coming on. Board was showing a code which meant that the system had a bad fan motor and a bad inverter board. Customers mentioned that they will not pay the service fee and that they will call the office for a better understanding of why they're being charged the service fee. Arrived to no heat on Daiken mini split 3 head system. System shutting down on low pressure. Found leak in evaporator coil in bedroom unit. Presented customer with estimates to repair.
For this call we performed rec work.i stalled a IAQ200, easy start kit. And cleaned the blower complimentary to the call.
Weighed out refrigerant charge. It came out to be at 3 lbs out of the 3.64lbs the manufacturer put in. Weighed in 3.64lbs. Confirmed with tech suppport, everything else is within spec.
Upon arrival customer stated the system would do anything. During evaluation found that there was no low voltage at the heatpump or thermostat. Found drain switch to tripped and P trap was clogged. Cleared and treated drain and left with system in heat
12/29/25 Installed drain switch on the downstairs unit and replaced 7.5 blower capacitors on both the upstairs and downstairs units. Inducer motor that was ordered was the wrong part. Need inducer motor for Carrier Model: 58STA090-16 Serial : 1407A30432 Carrier part # HC21ZE122A Will collect remaining balance upon completion of the work.
Unclogged main line ran camera removed stoppage does have a bad spot and bad cast please schedule for me and mark to return Monday complimentary camera locate and inspection Reran camera located lines gave estimates for full replacement of cast to bathrooms

For this job, I arrived on a furnace that was not functioning. I completed my tests, and fixed the issue. Unit was left running and better than ever.
On this job I looked at both heating and cooling. The system test in tolerance as far as functionality. The system does have high inrush and and toasted up contactor. Recommend replacing Contactor Add soft start Not interested in system placement
I have installed a new circuit for her washer dryer combo I also talked to her about possibly replacing her electrical panel as it is old the breakers inside of the panel just aren't the correct brand and they fit very roughly and it's all in aluminum but she was not interested at this point in time
