Jake Scifres came out 2/10/26 to do an electrical inspection and everything checked out great but while he was here we talked about a way to hook up my generator to my home and he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and to put a 220 plug in my work shop. Super tune up performed today on amana gas furnace installed inhe 2019. All electrical connections tight no corrosion, blower wheel and evaporator coil clean, air filter was changed, gas valve, burners and igniter are all functional, heat exchangor is acceptable, condenser fan and blower within spec, refrigerant levels within range, outdoor unit washed and waxed, UV system before was installed and bulb has expired and will send via email estimate.
For this job I performed a super tune up on all units. No significant abnormalities were noted during inspection. I gave optic ns for u. Bulb replacements that were out of tolerance or iv upgrades and also soft start kits for lower amperage and use with generator. Homeowner had all UV bulbs replaced and was not interested in other UV system of soft starts at the moment. Cleaning comdensprs took longer than normal due to cotton wood trees in the area but all units were successfully cleaned. Left all units off at the time of departure. On this job I looked at both heating and cooling. The system has a 11 subcool and a 33 superheat. After checking airflow and filter the system still didn't correct. They a txv issue at this point. The duct system is also very dirty and need to be cleaned. Fan motor is also wore out Rather make any more further repairs he wants to talk system replacement this Friday at 10 am sharp
Found flame sensor to be bad replaced flame sensor went over the options with customer on home budget protection plan and for flame sensor customer agreed to replace flame sensor customers now signed up on budget protection plan collected today by credit card

Arrived to no cool call. Found outdoor unit had shut down on a high pressure switch. Air filter was very dirty causing low airflow across the evaporator coil. This can cause the unit to go out on a high pressure safety switch. Customer did not have filter but had ordered one. Filter needs to be changed as soon as possible. Comfort advisor has been scheduled for Saturday morning to discuss installing a whole home generator.
On this job I looked at both heat and cooling sides of the system. Although the system test in tolerance for functionality the system does have some areas that need attention The outdoor system System rattles the frame for 2 reason The fan motor is wore out and has a small wobble The compressor kicks on pretty tough and shakes the system screws loose. Recommendation Replace fan motor Replace fan blade Add soft start
Came to job to do electrical inspection and house looked great everything was working how it should be panel looked great had grounding and everything it needed but customer had blue combination breakers that were old and we're going to go bad at some point so informed customer on it and she ordered breakers under warranty and will be at her house soon so whenever that breaker goes bad she will be calling us out there to do that but other than that talk to her about doing surge protection but customers still was not interested in it
Installed new warranty compressor pulled vacuum pressure tested set charge unit now working properly
Super tune up performed today on a 1!year armana heat pump package unit. All electrical connections tight with no corossion, heat strip with proper amperage, compressor and condenser fan are acceptable, blower motor and evaporator coil are clean, refrigerant levels are in range, out door unit washed and waxed, system operating properly at time of departure.
Customer stated that she told csr that the leak was coming from swimming pool when it gets to a certain level I informed her we do not work on pools and offered membership customer stated she's on ss and it was not an option financially
