Super tune up performed today on a Goodman straight cool condenser with air handler installed in 2022. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. X13 blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. It's is currently 50 degrees outside and technician is unable to get accurate refrigerant readings due to the outdoor temperature. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Highly suggest adding an r19 insulation level on top of the already existing attic insulation.

On this job I tested the system in both heat and cooling. Although the system test in tolerance there are some major concerns. Wet sitch disabled Corrosion rust build up on em pan Blower control severely damaged High inrush Evap corrosion The house is well insulated but the system in this condition will not provide and reliability. She wants to talk to ca feb the 16th 10 am to 12 She has a 4 ton heat pump with 15 kw in the she also wants to discuss water heater.

For this call I performed a super tune-up. All cooling and heating components within the unit we're working within normal spec limits. I recommend it a filtration upgrade due to homeowners having allergies. Homeowners declined at the moment. I recommended upgrading from older membership to the home and budget membership and starting one of the recommended star plans. Homeowners upgraded to the home and budget protection plan and also opted for Star plan number three. No further suggestions were made thank you for choosing Comfort experts, have a great day!
Came to job for electrical inspection and panel looked good but talk to customer about plugs that were not working on the porches but customer already told me that the price was too high and talk to her about it and talk to her about how our membership would cover that GFCI until it goes out as long as she has the membership and she did like that so she will probably wait a little bit and call us back to do the work just because she doesn't use the plug anymore but does want to get it fixed but just can't right now

On this job I notice a few things Lack of insulation in the living room area. Cap outside has sucked in its stomach and is out of tolerance High inrush amps. The system test in tolerance for functionality but has some major underlying issues if not addressed with cause down time and repair. Recommend adding insulation Replacing cap and contactor Adding soft start
Plug in the living room is working, lose wire In the switch , GFCI connected and ready for use in bathroom
Stu- heating and cooling Heating temp rise of 40 degrees Cooling delta of 20 degrees Originally came out for duct eval and customer informed me of rooms that had issues with maintaining temperature, upon through evaluation, noticed that there are mylar ducts along with poor insulation, I recommended for a comfort advisor to look at balancing out ductwork for both systems Will need a second visit to fix recommended estimates, visit took longer than anticipated. Showed up for a plumbing evaluation but they are experiencing some form of HVAC problem one room is too hot and due to what looks like old water damage on the ceiling they thought they might have a backed up AC drain line but they are running everything in heat mode right now and there is no water in the drain pan and their main complaint is that one room is too hot I am pausing this call so that the office can collect the service fee from the homeowner that is not present as this is some kind of assisted living place of business
