Filter was replaced and outside condenser was completely washed. Adding on, customer was informed about the duct not being attached to his tap in his supply, due to the tap being in bad conditions. For this job I performed a super tune up. No significant abnormalities were noted within inspection apart from overamprage at start higher than LRA data tag rating increasing risk for compressor lockout. The system had a preexisting compressor saver kit attached but was not suffice to keep initial ampdtaw below LRA rating. I installed a soft startarr device as a curative fix. Came to job to do electrical inspection and talking to customer about swapping out three fixtures customer wants to get rid of and talk to her about that and she is going to get some of her own fixtures and call us back when she's ready to do that but also talk to her about running a new circuit as well for a heater for her plants on her back porch which is a 30 amp dedicated circuit for a heater that is ceiling mounted

I offered an option between adding a soft start or hard start device to the unit to medigate the issue and try to prevent a compressor lockout. Homeowner requested estimates for duct cleanings. I offered the customer a full on the clean level 2 which includes, a blower clean, coil clean, duct clean, and microbial mist. Customer rejected and said to wait a couple months for this to be done. Customer also mentioned about a micro air soft start, and that he was interested in it, however he had to wait a couple months to get that done too. Completed STU. Found dual run cap out of tolerance and minor biological growth in indoor cabinet. Recommend adding safety to primary drain line, house panel surge protection and compressor saver
