Ryan was very prompt on a July 4th Saturday! We were sleeping and feeding 19 people 4 days in our home for our annual Family Reunion. Two toilets quit flushing and poop water was backing up into the shower! Ryan took care of all problems with a grin and left all bath areas spotlessly clean! You are very fortunate if Comfort sends you Ryan!

Hobson rep called me in May to set up appt for summer check up. I am a member of their club and I get this done for no charge at the time of service. I called them back the 1st of July and said I would like to have my unit serviced. They set me up to fit me in when they could. Joshua came by on the 5th. He was professional and sent pictures. He cleaned the leaves out of the base of my AC unit which was above and beyond my expectations. He showed up in the morning around 10 which I was very happy about.

7/7/25 We will dig from meter to home and replace water service with 1" pex line. All new plumbing will be tested. After passing test we will backfill and rake ditch line. We will need to chip concrete by package unit for access. Also ground is very rocky. Called in locates. Work will start after utilities are located

Upon arrival system was not on and thermostat was blank Went into attic to inspect system and noticed light switched was flipped down Followed electrical line to source and it was the switch for high voltage to the furnace Asked homeowner if he flipped switch himself and he said it must have been the exterminator that was there recently Flipped switch up and waited for thermostat delay to insure system was operating System came on in cool Went back into attic to make sure system was cooling effectively System had a temperature Delta of 18 and still continuing to drop System was left on cool upon departure

During this visit I found the duct supplying the room in question pinched off. After fixing it the room got a large amount of airflow back. I also recommend adding insulation to that side of the house.

Upon arrival home owner had systems turned off but let me know that living and master bedroom unit was not cooling as it should. Turned just that unit on to identify which air handler and condenser was with that thermostat Went into attic and checked that unit was functioning from inside and it was but was getting no cooling. Had a negative 3 degree Delta Went to outdoor condenser unit and located corresponding unit Fan was running but did not hear compressor so I checked capacitor Capacitor was showing blank on Herm to center terminals Went ahead and checked capacitor on other two units as favor for homeowner and both were in tolerance Recommended capacitor replacement to get system operational again. Homeowner agreed After replacing, system was functioning again I connected my gauges and noticed I had a 2 Subcool and almost a 50+ superheat Went back into attic to check optimal cooling but was still only getting a 6° Delta after leaving system on for 10mins I talked with homeowner a

Today I replaced a cap 35 /5 under parts warrenty only. I did notice the condensor coil has one side damaged from home owner trying to wash it off. He may contact us later on to replace this as well
