Justin and Tyler did a superb job fine-tuning and performing maintenance on my air conditioner. They were courteous and polite, thorough and professional. They gave me a detailed assessment of their findings and highlighted potential problem areas that might cause problems sometime in the future, with pictures of everything to support what they found. During this visit I looked at heating and cooling System test olin tolerance. TD is 20° Filters are clean Condensor is clean House could use insulation.

On this visit I looked at both heating and cooling sides of the system. The evap coil has a fair amount of rust I many places. Also has biogrowth on pan and evap coil. Cap is rusted over. TD is 20 Heat pump pipe temp 127 Recommend system replacement Easy start Cap UV light

To house for electrical issue with plug not working with fans and got here and found the issue and fixed it and everything is working how it should be and plugs are on their own circuit and the lights and fans are all on their own circuit as well

Filter was replaced and outside condenser was completely washed. Adding on, customer was informed about the duct not being attached to his tap in his supply, due to the tap being in bad conditions.
