This one is on us I had installed the switches upside down and have changed them while Brian was talking to him about the communication errors on our end
Okay showed up for a free second opinion through Angie's List customer has a leak in the front yard quoted Apples to Apples homeowner has chose to go with us for the repair Ryan approved discount of $100 customer is not interested in membership I am pausing this call so we can return and start fresh in the morning this is a dig repair and will likely be at least half a day
Main house inspection found electrical service mast and meter not secured properly and pulling away from house. Main panel located in laundry room with water heater directly in front of panel. Very loose main lug terminals found and tightened. Secondary service has direct burial service conductors laying on ground crossing walkway and driveway. Aluminum conductors used without anti-ox paste. No conduit to auxiliary panel. Secondary panel does not have panel grounded properly. Found burned neutral conductors in attic in splice. Installed 3 jct box's in attic for splices.
For this job, we arrived for a evaluation on 2 gas furnace systems. Customer had a inspector and he mentioned a couple issues on his systems. Customer was informed about what were the possible solutions to her issues. - A level 1 repair would be charged to add armor flex to both of her units on the suction line to meet inspector requirements. -A level 3 repair would be charged to spray the pan with a specific sealant to protect the pan completely from future rust. Showed up for a plumbing evaluation garbage disposal was ruptured internally leaking through the bottom of the metal casing recommended replacing the garbage disposal as this is the only remedy to the situation also recommended replacing the dishwasher drain line unfortunately our price was out of budget for the homeowner this is a homeowner tenant situation she is looking into having a property management company take over no repairs were made
Customer informed me the problem started December 16th 2025 when every gas appliance in the house would not operate She had the gas company come out to verify gas pressure to the home and a plumbing company to look at the water heater they looked in the attic and blamed the issue on the primary gas valve for the home being partially closed I tested the furnace through a few cycles in heating and it is operational Informed homeowner that we tested the furnace during initial installation on December 4th 2025 and it operated as it should so I do not believe we could have shut the gas off during the install Left thermostat set to 78 in heating on departure
Installed blower motor and oem blower motor, customer has issues with warranty and price will have to look at details and call customer back

12/19/25 After performing tune on and washing Heat pump the condenser fan motor would not longer run. The condenser fan motor has failed during tune up. Ordering replacement motor

Completed STU. Found failed dual run capacitor rated 45/5 mfd Tested 35/5mfd. Replaced capacitor under warranty. Found biological growth in cabinet. Removed excess drain pan used for horizontal applications. Found system charged required adjustment. Adjusted txv to achieve approvable superheat and subcool. Recommend adding soft start, UV system and cleaning of blower and cabinet.
