For this job I did a cooling tune up. Deltas are good. Changed filters. Drains testing clear. Tightened electrical connections. Great insulation. Outdoors, refrigerant is good. Running amps are good. Caps are good. Compressor rated for 118 amp start up, currently starting on 153 amps. Recommend start kit to keep starting amps low and extend compressor life. Went over benefits of H&B and whole home surge protection. System in auto when I left.
Perform super tune-up on outside unit and inside unit. Outside unit pulling proper amperage on all electrical components all electrical components are tight, all electrical components are pulling proper amperage, outside unit clean. Inside unit pulling proper amperage on all electrical components, he sensor and pressure switch are working, blower motor is clean and acceptable, customer changes out filter, upon departure unit is properly functioning.

Arrived to find outdoor u it throwing code L2 for high pressure lockout reset code and adjusted charge in both heating and cooling unit is now working as it should Also inspected customers filter it is considerably dirty and will need to be changed soon customer opted to order and replace it on themselves
Stu turned Eval Arrived to what was supposed to be a tune up, performed inside portion of tune up correctly Noticed I didn’t have a delta in cooling Went to gauge up and had 0 psi Leak search with Nitrogen pressure Found source of leak to be rub out from true suction port on suction line Sealed line and pressure tested afterwards, did not have a leak and pulled vacuum down to 429 microns further clarifying what I had thought Charged to factory spec of 11 pounds Checked delta in cooling and heating and system was functioning great with 23 delta in cooling and 50 delta in heating Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day
Came to job to do a free electrical inspection on health no issues but did talk to customers about adding search protection and also GFCI protecting their bathrooms instead of the only place that isn't GFCI protected but customer just wasn't interested in doing anything at the moment
Came to house for breaker tripping and a bunch of plugs and stuff not working ended up looking for issue and found a burnt-up plug with a wire that was loose and talk to customer about fixing it and customer also wanted a quote on 7th grade bedroom into so gave quote for that and gave a quote for a few different things and talk to her about everything and then right at the end customer DEC change out the plug herself because it is too much but she said she will end up calling us back if it doesn't fix it but I am 100% sure it will fix it
Super tune up performed today on a 9 year old a Trane heat pump. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Drain safety switch installed today. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. All amp draws are within spec. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Outdoor disconnect had fused and had come loose from the wall. Replaced disconnect safety today. Call for plumber has been set for a leaking T&P valve on the water heater.

Do a run capacitor was out of tolerance, it was replaced under warranty. I recommend that the customer a pan strip for her drain lines, and at that cleaning due to dust levels in her ducts.
