For this job, I arrived on a furnace that was not functioning. I completed my tests, and fixed the issue. Unit was left running and better than ever.
On this job I looked at both heating and cooling. The system test in tolerance as far as functionality. The system does have high inrush and and toasted up contactor. Recommend replacing Contactor Add soft start Not interested in system placement
I have installed a new circuit for her washer dryer combo I also talked to her about possibly replacing her electrical panel as it is old the breakers inside of the panel just aren't the correct brand and they fit very roughly and it's all in aluminum but she was not interested at this point in time
For this job, I work on a super tuneup on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Filter was replaced and outside condenser was washed completely. Adding on, and the outside condenser, the compressor was over amping, customer was notified and was recommended a micro airsoft soft start device. Customer understood the benefits however she rejected because she's only using furnace right now, customer mentioned that she will call the office whenever she is ready to add the soft start device. During this visit I discovered a primary clogged drain. Today I rerouted the primary drain and kept the emergency switch in play. System is back in play and and operated correctly at this time.

Completed STU on both systems. Found biological growth in both systems. Recommend adding UV system to down stairs and replacing UV build in upstairs along with cleaning of both indoor units. Recommend adding low voltage protection to outdoor downstairs system. Recommend using filtration at units instead of at wall and ceiling registers.

Performed Tune up on 2019 Carrier system. Checked all components of the Airhandler and found no issues with the functionalities of the Airhandler. Checked all components of the Heatpump and found two issues. Could not force Heatpump into defrost mode so not 100% confirmed that the system will properly go into defrost if needed, also found dual run cap to be just outside of the manufacture tolerance. Talked with customer about issues and recommendations, customer does not want to do anything at this time.
For this job, I worked on a evaluation of a heat pump system not heating. As I arrived, customers thermostat was calling for cool and the system was heating. I informed the customer about the issue, and customer approved for work to be done. System was tested on cooling and heating and thermostat was programmed correctly. For this job, I arrived for a tune-up however, it turned into an evaluation when the system was not cooling. System was tested and the result was a bad compressor. Different solutions were offered to the customer and customer was not able to make a decision today. Customer accepted to get a phone call by technician to make a decision on replacing the whole unit or getting a new compressor- January 16 on a window from 11-1.
