Alex D - arrived and spoke with customer about his concerns with the unit 1.unit was very loud yesterday morning 2. Filter door stuck on Checked outdoor charge in heating made sure unit was operating as it should be Found the loud noise to be coming from the bedroom on the exact opposite side of the wall from the unit customer is hearing the refrigerant lines in the wall Got filter door to properly open and close Set dip switch at outdoor unit to defrost every 90 minutes instead of 30
12/26/25 Wants to reschedule Performed Tune up on main and secondary systems. Checked all functions and components, all components were within manufacture range. Found no issues and filters were recently changed. UV systems were functional Checked all functions of and components of the heatpumps. Found no issues at this time and all components tested within manufacture range No recommendations at this time

Came to job to look at lights not working and ended up replacing them with two new ones and everything is working if they end up happening again or if some of the other ones start flickering she will call us back out here to come and take a look at them and replace them
Super tune up perfomed today on an Amana duel fuel system. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Gas pressure, igniter and burners are all working as they should. ECM blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working as they should boutdoor unit was washed and waxed.

Came out for a membership super tune-up found several points of concern including reliability efficiency and indoor air quality discussed these with the homeowner and her children who are the residents unfortunately they were unable to take any recommendations today but the homeowner is going to think about it and get back with us
Upon arrival technician replaced universal igniter for Goodman igniter and performed function test System functioning properly. Inspected heat extractor found rust spot that caused some concern used wire brush on the spot and rust came away. Found small indention on that spot but no visible hole on heat exchanger.

Eval- Geo thermal heat pump has been going through issues, last major repair through HW were the water pumps, they were recently replaced, customer informed me that they added “Leak Stop” and that they didn’t find the leak, only that they added 407C and charged it on Thursday of last week but when I connected my gauges, nothing shot out, 0 psi on both sides Informed customer that the Low Pressure cutoff was tripped and not allowing voltage to go through to entire system Customer ultimately would like a system replacement quote for both geothermal heat pumps to change to furnaces Comfort Advisor is scheduled for today 3-5 pm Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day
For this call I performed a evaluation on the upstairs unit. I spoke with the homeowner over the phone this is a rent house and they told me the issue is with the upstairs unit alone and that they had no issues with the downstairs unit they just need the upstairs one checked. The complaint of the homeowner was that the unit is over condensating during the summer time dripping water into the emergency drain pan. I noted that the unit had a severe Kink on the line set, the furnace was not level making water go to the very end of the unit rusting both the emergency drain pan and the bottom of the Furnace. The refrigerant line restriction has likely caused damage to the compressor, coils, and refrigerant. I recommended recovering the refrigerant inside of the unit, replacing the filter dryer, replacing the kinked part of the line set, leveling the furnace, replacing the drain pan, and adding new refrigerant in the unit. I spoke to homeowner and let him know that even with these repairs it
