I want to give a huge thank you to Mark, Wade, Tyler, and Zach for all the hard work to repair what presented as a small leak, that spiked every 3 months. They were very professional in trying to find it, they ended up having to run all new under ground lines as they eliminated our house and a cabin that were connected to this meter. It meant a lot to my wife and I, to get this under control. Thank you again for all of your hard work in solving this very expensive problem.

For this job I performed an evaluation. I discovered a failed compressor at the electrical winding causing all the refrigerant to leak out of the unit. I successfully uploaded a video of refrigerant coming straight out of the blown portion of the compressor. $550 deductible for refrigerant was prepaid for, parts department to contact homeowners tomorrow with an ETA for when the compressor will come in and have record scheduled. Came out for a membership Plumbing visit homeowner was very selective in what she wanted me to touch and not touch for fear of problems arising due to the age of the plumbing in the home I did find several issues that I brought to her attention however she wanted to focus on the things that she was already concerned with before I arrived which was replacing the shower head and snaking the vanities in the master and the hall bath unfortunately the vanities back up to each other directly so the snake travels down one drain and up the other I have no control over the auger head making turns in the wall I even tried using a Shop-Vac to suck the clog out to no avail though I did get several gallons of black out of the drain line it's still drains very slow left an estimate for going underneath the house cutting open the pipe and running the snake both ways she understands this is a very conservative best case scenario and that we could get underneath the house and see a larger issue with th

Customer states that the heat goes out randomly and they have to reset the system entirely for it to come back on. Ran system in heating but is too warm today to be able to diagnose much. Ran in cooling and found that the superheat and sub cooling were both very low. Opened the system and found that the 2.5 to system has a .074 piston in the coil need to change out to a .061 piston. Will need to return with correct part to do repairs. Requesting to come back on a cooler day to properly diagnose heating issues.

Arrived to no cool. Customer had a very restrictive air filter in place that was causing the system to freeze up and go out in low pressure. Advised customer to get a new filter that allowed more airflow through.

Upon arrival heat pump was tripped on high pressure cut off reset system and perform tune up checked indoor filter coil and blower all three were acceptable all electrical connections were acceptable as well. Checked all components of the heat pump refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time go run cap and compressor saver were within manufacturer range outdoor coil was compacted with dust and dirt potentially causing the high pressure limit to trip found no other issues at this time recommended UV system and unit surge protection If customer calls in with same issue a supervisor will need to be present to find intermittent issue

For this job I did a super tune up. Deltas are good. Changed filter. Drain is clear. Blower cap is good. Dust building up on blower, recommend cleaning. Germicidal UV bulb has gone out, recommend replacing or upgrading to Oxidizing UV bulb. Tightened electrical components. At the outdoor unit, start kit has failed. Recommend upgrading to soft start. Refrigerant looks good. Running amps are good. Washed coil. Recommend surge protection. Homeowner plans to make major renovations to home this year. She would like a comfort advisor to give estimates on replacing the unit and having it relocated to the garage. Homeowner interested in hearing more about the generators we have as well. For this job I performed a super tune-up on both upstairs and downstairs unit. The units are both amping overrated lra tags even with compressor saver kits attached to the units. Both units show signs of air leakage with thermal images. I recommend an adding soft start kits to the units as a curative answer for over amperage, I recommended considering UV light installation as preventative to biogrowth, I also recommended resealing both units plenums and ducks due to air leakage with thermal imaging. For this job, I work on a super tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. I mentioned to the customer at his coil and blower where really bad dust conditions and that he needed a full system clean which is the duct cleaning 2. Customer mentioned he didn't know when he was going to be able to do this and that the best thing to do was to send this information to his email. Came to house to look at all sorts of things talk to customer about doing diagnosis on circuit that wasn't working and I was having issues with plugs took a look at it for a second and got a plug working but couldn't get any of the other ones working so coated him to come back with Matt to do a diagnosis and figure out the issue and also gave him a bunch of other clothes to do a bunch of other work that he was wanting done like swapping out a bunch of his under cabinet lights in his kitchen that aren't working or get the transformers for them to get them to work also had an issue with this doorbell but found out that it wasn't an issue and everything is working fine for him but since customer a bunch of quotes but customer was just busy and had to hop on a work call and couldn't talk to him more about the estimates but sent him the quotes and everything and he does want to do it so he will reach out as soon as he's ready

Upon arrival customer stated furnace would short cycle on and off and would never heat. During evaluation found the furnace flame sensor to be weak and also found that a mouse chew through the hose for the pressure switch causing the pressure switch to stay open once fixing the pressure switch system continued to short cycle replace flame sensor and found no other issues at this time
