On this job I looked at both heating and cooling and the same time because the thermostat is shorted out make both heat and cooling come on. She does not want to replace the thermostat today. System test is out of tolerance. Super subcool was fine at 7 super heat 30
For this call I performed a evaluation. The compressor blew up on itself during inspection. Homeowner contemplating replacement vs repair. CA scheduled for 1/7/25 1-3 for system replacement options.
On this job I looked at the heating side. The system tested in tolerance besides a 90° flame sensor. TD is over 30. Adding new flame sensor Adding new iaq200. I'm ordering a iaq200 and 90° flame sensor
For this call I performed an evaluation. Upon inspection I noted upstairs thermostat was not properly functioning due to wiring configuration. After properly setting the wires into the zone board, the unit began to work within normal spec limits. Upstairs and downstairs thermostats were both tested. For this job, I worked on a heating tune up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the furnace and checked for maximum efficiency. UV bulb was recommended to customer, due to it not being replaced since when the system was installed, customer approved and job was completed. Came to job for electrical inspection and talk to customer about adding search protector but customer was not interested in it but house had you if I protection everywhere it was needed and talked to customer about also replacing a switch for a like but customer is two switches for the lights and doesn't want to do that at the moment but talk to her about it and she will reach out to us when she's wanting to do that
2020 Lennox Gas Furnace Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filters Drain was clear and draining at this time Ignition system was functional All safeties are functional Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable Duct work is inefficiently ran and fresh air is just open to the attic but is off at this time 2020 Lennox Straight Cool Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan motor and blades were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Recommended compressor saver, unit surge protection and CA for duct redesign
Camping for breaker issue and got here and lights and everything are working they just put up a light in the back and had it wired up wrong so moved one wire to another wire and everything is working

On this job I looked at both heating and cooling. The system is functional but has some issues. The system has a sight glass that's bubbling indicates short on freon. Filter is clean System has high in rush could use easy start I swap blower speeds to increase efficiency System is now back online and working
Came out to give quote to add bathroom fans in two bathrooms and also run switch legs for them from the switch boxes and provide new switches and also provided two different quotes if they provided the fans
Two system tune up performed today. Upon arrival check all electrical connections were tight and had no burnt wires. Heat strips were within range on both systems. Blower wheels and evaporators coils are clean. UV system on main unit is working properly. Outdoor units refrigerant levels are within range. Reversing valves and defrost control boards are within range. 35-5 capacitor was changed on bedroom heat pump.
Came to job to look at plug not working and found cord was ripped and ended up replacing it with a different cord
