Jerred Gomez did a great work. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The time spent in my home doing the repair of the condensation drain line p-trap was an hour and a half. The material used was well under twenty dollars but the total price, after my $190.00 discount was $643.

Found unit out of freon 410 a unit was running at 58 PSI found leaking evaporator coil unit is not under warranty went over all options with customer customer would like to meet with a CA tomorrow evening at 7:00 p.m. to discuss replacement options and pricing
Found bad capacitor replaced parts installed compressor saver unit now working properly collected payment by credit card
Arrive to no cool/ no heat found. Found no voltage was passing through 60 amp breaker due to a loose connection on high voltage, tightened all connections and performed function check. System cooling the home upon departure.
Install 8k upflow heat pump includes high efficiency filtration, uv system with oxidation and code kit
Change out 19 light fixtures and two plugs
During this visit I looked at both heat and cooling. The system is slightly out of tolerance for functionality. It also has parts that do not test in tolerance . Out of tolerance Defrost board Blower control Contactor Recommend Contactor Blower control Defrost control Soft start Doing this I can safely say the system is reliable for up coming cooling season. On this I job I'm ordering a soft start and OEM defrost control board The system is now washed and cleaned and ready for work.
Arrived to no cool found that the system had gone out on high pressure while on heating mode, static pressures to insure proper air flow , found the system was slightly over charged made minor refrigerant adjustment and performed function, static pressure, delta T, and refrigerant levels all with range. System running and cooling the home upon departure.

Came out for a warranty super tune-up checked everything indoor and outdoor found several points of concern mostly with indoor air quality however the drain line is flowing slow and the compressor for the heat pump is drawing too many amps upon startup made recommendations for a duct cleaning and UV system in order to start fresh with indoor air quality this option will include clearing the drain for free and pan treatment also recommended a soft start device for the compressor the homeowner would like to speak with her husband and decide how they would like to finance this and then call us back
Completed ctu found unit 3-4 pounds low R22 freon spoke with customer about CA appointment for next week are so Rob calling customer to set appointment
For this call I performed and evaluation. I discovered that there was not high voltage going to the disconnect outside to power on the condenser and turn on the heat pump. The unit was receiving low voltage picture proof on HVAC form attached. I recommended an electrician coming out and finding where the short of power is at and repairing the high voltage issue. Homeowner has a maintenance worker who states he works on electrical repairs as well and stated he will take care of the issue. I let homeowner know once high voltage is intact if the issue continues to call back for me to do a further evaluation on the unit up from the information I could gather lack of high voltage is likely the only issue. Spoke with insurance agent she wanted details on sewer repair
Performed super tune up on a 2022 armana heat pump. Indoor unit had filter dirty and swapped out with new filter customer gave us, blower motor acceptable, evaporator coil was clean, all electrical components were tightened and pulling proper amperage. Outside unit was washed and waxed clean, all pressure readings on gauges were acceptable, all electrical components were pulling proper amperage. Recommended customer iq300, micro air soft start, condisate pan treatment and installed everything on her system, at departure system was functioning properly.
On this job I looked at 2 system in both heat and cooling. The down stairs system test out of tolerance in a lot of way. The upvstiars system test intolernace bout has high inrush amps and dead uv bulb I recommend Adding freon 410a Soft start Replacing cap Replacing contactor He wants to pull equity from the house to pay for new system
For this job I did a super tune up. Deltas good. Changed filter. Drain tested clear. Heat strip amp draw is good. Tightened electrical connections. UV bulb failing, recommend replacement or upgrading UV system. Outdoors, refrigerant is good. Running amps good. Cap is good. Washed coil. Recommend upgrading to soft start for reduced starting amps and extending compressor life. Also recommend surge protection. Went over benefits of Home & Budget. Homeowner opted to replace UV bulb today. System cooling when I left.
