Justin and Tyler did a superb job fine-tuning and performing maintenance on my air conditioner. They were courteous and polite, thorough and professional. They gave me a detailed assessment of their findings and highlighted potential problem areas that might cause problems sometime in the future, with pictures of everything to support what they found. I couldn’t have asked for better service and will surely use them again in the future.

He will be back Saturday to install a new breaker for my washer & dryer . He explained what needed to be done and answered all of my questions . I am very satisfied with the job so far. Tyler is a very nice guy . Very professional.

The switch for the chandelier in the room to the left is the problem he would like to replace that himself and there was no issue with the outlet in the bathroom
12/31/25 Humidifier in the home still produces only 20% humidity. Wants to talk with upper management
Today I replaced control board under warranty system is now back online and ready for work.
12/29/25 Sewer is running on the ground outside of back fence. Septic tank is in this area but line is not hook up to it. Need to come back out tomorrow during daylight and figure prices for what needs to be done. Come back 12/31. Wade and Mark 12/31/25 We looked at sewer and septic but could not talk to customer as he has the flu. Me and Mark W. Will need to come back out next week when customer is well and discuss options
Came out for a membership Plumbing evaluation customer was having issues with his garbage disposal locking up wasn't able to dislodge it recommended replacement stepped up from a third horsepower to a half horsepower everything is running and functioning as it should thank you for choosing comfort experts!

Came to job to quote adding car charger and also look at attic fan not running and send quote to customer to swap fan out with new one or replace motor and also looked at customer's panel which looks really good but customer wants to do car charger but is going to get one more quote before he decides

I have installed the customer supplied timer and programmed it to come on at 6:30 and come off at 6:30 in the morning
Found the system slightly over charged. Adjusted refrigerant charge and adjusted the heat kit fan speed. PREVIOUS TECH SHOULD NOT HAVE CHARGED A SF. WILL SEND OUT AN EMAIL TO HAVE THE PAYMENT REVERSED.

For this job I performed a super tune up. I noted the unit was overamping at startup over LRA rating on data tag. I reccomended a compressor saver to medigate the issue. For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Refrigerant levels were on point, and outside condenser was washed. System had a 23 delta fro, return to supply. Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day!
