Jerred Gomez did a great work. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The time spent in my home doing the repair of the condensation drain line p-trap was an hour and a half. The material used was well under twenty dollars but the total price, after my $190.00 discount was $643.

Performed a tune-up on a goodman unit. Unit was washed and waxed, checked all electrical connections and were tight, all electrical components were pulling proper amperage, auxiliary motor start pulling proper ratings. Inside unit had old filter changed out to a new filter that customer had, all electrical connections were tight and pulling proper amperage, blower motor was acceptable, evaporator was acceptable. Recommended customer a iaq200 UV system in order to avoid bio growth on inside unit, a soft start on outdoor unit customer said that he will be talking with his wife about it
Came out for a plumbing evaluation master bathroom toilet was leaking from the bottom this is due to a improperly installed toilet flange that was too high off the ground and lopsided cut out the old one installed a new one reset the toilet and everything is functioning as it should I am pausing this call for payment in the office
For this job, I work on a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. A pan strip and a drain switch we're recommended for the unit, to prevent clogs, customer rejected and mentioned he would probably do it next visit. During this visit I looked at both heat and cooling. The system tested in tolerance. The system is now back online and ready for cooling. I do recommend adding a soft start to help the system live longer.
Did a super tune-up on Amana heat pump. Outdoor unit all electrical components were pulling proper amperage, all electrical components were tightened, outside unit washed and waxed. Indoor unit old filter was changed for a new filter that customer had, t-switch was checked and made sure vinegar was poured down and drained, all electrical components inside we're all tight and pulling proper amperage, evaporator coil clean and a pond departure system was running properly. Recommended customer a air compressor soft start and iaq200 customer said that she will be waiting for her husband to let him know about it.

For this job I did a super tune up. Deltas are good. Homeowner said he will replace filter himself. Drain testing clear. UV bulb is out, homeowner expressed he was upset about previous explanations, tried to clarify. Furnace components are good. Tightened electrical connections. Outdoors refrigerant is good. Running amps are good. Home has solar battery, recommend soft start to drop amp draw on startup below 35. Washed coil. Recommend surge protection for unit/home. System off when I left.

For this job I did a cooling tune up. Deltas are good. Changed filters. Drains testing clear. Tightened electrical connections. Great insulation. Outdoors, refrigerant is good. Running amps are good. Caps are good. Compressor rated for 118 amp start up, currently starting on 153 amps. Recommend start kit to keep starting amps low and extend compressor life. Went over benefits of H&B and whole home surge protection. System in auto when I left.

Arrived to find outdoor u it throwing code L2 for high pressure lockout reset code and adjusted charge in both heating and cooling unit is now working as it should Also inspected customers filter it is considerably dirty and will need to be changed soon customer opted to order and replace it on themselves
Stu turned Eval Arrived to what was supposed to be a tune up, performed inside portion of tune up correctly Noticed I didn’t have a delta in cooling Went to gauge up and had 0 psi Leak search with Nitrogen pressure Found source of leak to be rub out from true suction port on suction line Sealed line and pressure tested afterwards, did not have a leak and pulled vacuum down to 429 microns further clarifying what I had thought Charged to factory spec of 11 pounds Checked delta in cooling and heating and system was functioning great with 23 delta in cooling and 50 delta in heating Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day
