1/11/26 Main bathroom 24 ft tunnel Washing machine drain Kitchen drain 110 ft of yard line Will need to make a estimate
Customer states that there is uneven air flow throughout the home. Found that animals have got under the house and shredded most of the ducting and insulation under the home. Customer also states that the breaker is on the electric furnace keeps tripping. Technician found very loose connections at the breaker panel and at the furnace. Tightened all connections. System is 12 years old and had some heavy corrosion on the coil however a leak in as not detected. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with the customer tomorrow morning.
Discussed installing controls to prevent heat pump from operating in heating during weather conditions above 65 degrees ambient. Ordering parts to return next week to install them. Also discussed extending parts and labor warranty 1 or 2 years and covering maintenance plan costs during the same time frame. - Brian H
Arrived to no heat. Found that no voltage was being delivered to the inducer motor due to a bad connection. Replaced connection and performed function check. System running normally at time of departure.
On this job i found build up on all duct and return. The system has build up on the blower as well. System needs level 2 duct cleaning. Estimates are in when he decides he ready to proceed.

On this job job I looked at both sides heat and cooling. The system is functional . But 15 years old I wouldnt put money into repairs at this point. Concerns blower rusted over Caps rusted over High in rush. Changed uv bulb today. Custmer wants to talk with wife about system replacement and call us back when ready
Today I performed a membership heating tune-up on a 6-year-old straight Electric System all components check out per manufacturer's specifications however I do have similar concerns as previous technicians about the indoor air quality unfortunately she just replaced the roof the water heater and dealt with a flood in the kitchen she would like the estimate email to her so that she can prepare for our next visit she is interested in the level 2 duct cleaning
For this job, I arrived for a super tune-up however it turned into a drain clear when system was not draining. Job was approved by customer to be completed. 2018 Lennox Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filters Drains were clear and draining at this time Heatstrips were not functional and found the low voltage was wired wrong Blower motor and wheel were heavily compacted with dust and dirt Evaporator coil is completely restricted with dust, dirt, biological growth and leaves from the fresh air intake Filter is at ceiling instead of the unit so unfiltered air from fresh air damper is causing coil to get caked in all kinds of restrictions 2018 Lennox Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Fan cap was weak and below manufacture rseange Primary electrical unit was acceptable Defrost board was acceptable Defrost is functional Refrigerant levels are off due to indoor restrictions of air Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were heavily compacted Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Recommended
For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. I recommended the customer a filter upgrade due to dust levels in his system, with that I also recommended a duct cleaning with blower clean, coil clean, and microbial mist for the ducts.
