Today I replaced the ignitor under p and l. System is back online and ready for work.
For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this gas furnace system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Filter was replaced and outside condenser was washed. Duct cleaning was recommended to customer due to high levels of dust, Customer will talk about it with her husband to make a decision. Came out for a membership super Tuna on a 15-year-old heat pump system I found several points of concern and discussed options with the homeowner for repairs including replacing a heat kit and having a duct cleaning installing a soft start kit for the condensing unit but she has opted to sit down with a comfort advisor and compare repairs versus replacement this appointment needs to be set for tomorrow morning 10:00 to 12:00
Came to the job for plugs not working and breaker tripping and talk to customer about getting warranty on breakers and ordering them and we will be back out too replace them when they come in and also quoted to add a surge protector as well but ended up replacing a GFCI while we were here to fix both plugs not working
Came out for a membership heating tune-up checked everything indoor and out everything is operating within manufacturers specifications made recommendations to treat for pest outside to keep insects and small animals out of the condensing unit also discussed filtration and indoor air quality homeowners are hoping to get a few more years out of the system before replacing and not looking to invest in the current system at this time thank you for choosing comfort experts!
Came to house for breaker not working and healthy kitchen not working and found Burger that wasn't working it was bad and talked to customer about replacing it and they wanted to do it so we did it and everything is working also looked at customer's meter and riser and it up saying that it is damaged really badly so talk to him about repairing that and also doing a panel change as well to bring everything up to code and email it all to him
For this job we performed a super tune-up on all three systems. We noted that all three of the units did not have a P-trap on the drain lines or a drain switch. I recommended installing a drain switch on each system and redesigning the drain lines to have a P-trap to bring the systems up to code. Homeowner agreed to have the work done. Came out to job to give quote on doing a panel change and also gave quote to add grounding and updates inside of panel to code as much as possible customer will reach back out to us on what inspector says and if he wants to go with what we quoted him
Came to job to look at swapping out fixture but ended up swapping out light bulbs instead and putting it back together also talked to customer about cleaning solar panels on roof cuz they're really dirty and also brought up membership as well and would also like to have an ACTech come out as well to look at the vents and to give a quote to do a cleaning

Super tune up performed today on a two year old ducane heat pump. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Blower motor and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working properly. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.
Performed Super Tune up on Downstairs unit Delta in cooling was 28 degrees meaning there was an issue Condenser was recently changed to 410a but the evaporator is r22 Metering device was not changed when this happened Coil was filled with bio growth and dust and debris, recommended a cut and along with a new TXV Customer has a transfer switch, units outside do not have a soft start that is meant to go along with a generator, they are attached on the estimates In heating mode, no CO detection whatsoever or gas leaks and had a 50 degree delta in heating Customer was made aware of the situation, and would like to arrange this for late February or early March Setting a follow up for those days Thank you for choosing Comfort Experts, have a great day
