Jake Scifres came out 2/10/26 to do an electrical inspection and everything checked out great but while he was here we talked about a way to hook up my generator to my home and he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and to put a 220 plug in my work shop. I want to give a huge thank you to Mark, Wade, Tyler, and Zach for all the hard work to repair what presented as a small leak, that spiked every 3 months. They were very professional in trying to find it, they ended up having to run all new under ground lines as they eliminated our house and a cabin that were connected to this meter. Came two house to look at running new circuit for microwaving kitchen and also talk to go tomorrow about them wanting to add a fireplace on that circuit but ended up figuring out that that wasn't going to work on a 20 amp circuit and thought about a 30 m circuit but that wouldn't work either so gave customer a few quotes to run one circuit or run two circuits but customer decided to just run the one circuit for the microwave and is GFCI protected and everything is working perfectly also quoted to come back on Friday at 11:00 and put boxes and covers on every open splice in the Attic will take about half the day or more depending on how it goes
For this job I performed and evaluation for indoor air quality estimates. I noted that the general condition of the unit is not great severe corrosion on evaporator coil mild biological growth inside of the evaporator coil and on the supply ducts attached to the plenum. I noted air leakage from every single duct and also plenum seals to the furnace. Due to age and condition of the unit I offered to do a thorough evaluation to see if there were any issues aside from physical condition. Homeowner ask for a range on a unit swap out, I gave a range between 14k to 28k and ass homeowner what was most urgent for them. Homeowner stated they were not wanted to spend 14k at the moment but we're interested in resolutions for air quality issues within the unit. It ripping apart at the return and supply. She will be having a level 2 duct cleaning to go along with her whole system reseal. All this will be done Feb 11 th at 10 am.

For this call I performed a super tune-up. The unit was amping over lra rating on the data tag and I noted that the top of the supply plenum had insulation that fell off they could possibly cause water damage during cooling in the summer time. I recommend it adding a compressor saver kit to mitigate the over amperage and also resealing the supply plenum on the top portion. For this job, I arrive for an evaluation on this heat pump system. When I arrived the outside condenser was not turning on, I completed my routine tests and found a bad compressor saver. Compressor saver was replaced and system was completely restarted, heating and cooling we're both tested and we're working on point. Arrived to no cool. Mini split condenser with 4 heads. System is very low in refrigerant. Performed leak search and was not able to conclusively detect a leak. Gave customer estimate to performed full leak search including taking heads off of the wall and checking behind them. Comfort advisor is scheduled to meet with the customer tomorrow morning to discuss replacement options.

Came out to house for electrical inspection and house had everything it needed you if I protection everywhere needed also had smoke detectors in rooms and a carbon monoxide and smoke in hallway panel look good no double up neutrals or anything only thing in panel was bundled up ground and talk to customer about that and doing surge protection but last text that was out here also talked about search protection so just brought it back up and will email it to them husband was not home so we'll wait till husband gets back to talk to him about prices and everything and we'll reach back out to us if they want to do it
For this call I performed this is for tune-up. I recommended resealing all ducts to the supply plenum, adding a UV as a preventative measure for Bio growth, installing either a soft start device for compressor longevity working as a surge protection as well or installing a compressor saver with a unit search protection, and adding a drain switch to the primary drain line to prevent water damage if there were to be a clogged drain.
