The Teck Cody was very helpful and answered all the questions I had
Ian performed a complete diagnostic and said everything is running the way it should. Said he would stop by in a couple of days to check it.
He came in and got straight to work! Was professional and timely.
Do a wonderful job cleaning our AC unit. I would like to have Ian come next year for our tuneup.
Heater stopped at 4am with temps in the 20's outside. Ian and Mark found the problem quickly and got it going again.
Dangerously cold weather was in the forecast and we got same afternoon service for the heat pump. Blake was a Professional and found the problem quickly.
Appointment was rescheduled twice. Service tech was supposed to be here in early morning but did not come out until late afternoon. Service Center never called to let us know what time someone would be out after the morning tech was delayed. Once service tech arrived he was respectful, friendly and efficient.
4 year old Amana air handler and heat pump. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Ecm blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Compressor saver has been installed. Refrigerant levels are in range. Reversing valve and defrost control board are working properly. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed.
Upon arrival Customer stated system would not cool and outdoor heatpump would not run. During evaluation found that the heatpump had 04 code (locked rotor), tested dual run cap and cap tested withing range. Reset system and checked Refrigerant through line and ambient air temp within range. Heat pump does not have hard start kit system needs hard start kit to prevent 04 codes again. Customer agreed to install compressor saver
Replaced the shower valve cartridge for the moen shower valve located in master bathroom,
Sent estimate for manual transfer switch and generator plug jnstall.
Arrived to no cool. 4 year old Amana heat pump with air handler. Outdoor unit had L6 code meaning a failed start capacitor. Replaced 40mfd capacitor and 3 ton compressor saver that had also failed. Performed function check. System running and cooling the home upon departure.
Emailed estimate to remove 3 can lights. Mount boxes and hang 3 fixtures.
Upon arrival indoor was blowing warm air and Condenser was not running. After evaluation found Dual run cap failed and Condenser coils were dirty. Replaced 45/5 dual run cap and cleaned coils
Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowners. 4 year old amana hest pump. When I arrived the outdoor unit was not running. When I opened up the unit the control board was not giving any error codes. The system was receiving 24V from the thermostat but was not turning on and the control board said the system had 240v. I verified high voltage and then turned off high voltage to the outdoor unit. I then turned it back on and the system went through it's short cycle timer and turned on with no issue. I repeated this test another 5 times and every single time the system operated normally and began to cool. The auxiliary motor starter was within tolerance, the compressor and fan motor were operating within manufacturer range. I let the system run for 10 mins and checked the refrigerant charge, my readings showed that the system was properly charged. Inside the filter was clean, the coil was clean, the blower was clean, and the system had a 21 degree temperature split, coming o
Tech Cody arrived to customer's home and met the homeowner. When I arrived the system was on but not cooling, the customer mentioned he had noticed issues with the cooling 2 months ago. I found both indoor and outdoor coils to be heavily caked in dirt and dust needing a major cleaning. I explained this to the customer and gave him and estimate for cleaning the coils. He decided he would clean them himself and call us back out if the system wasn't cooling even after the cleaning.
AC tune up. Arrived at the home to inspected their air conditioning system to ensure it was working properly for the summer. The filter was changed but there were no major issues found with the system.
Arrived for service call Compressor all draw so high is tripping the breaker and likely to fail outright soon Other system soon to follow Comfort Advisor set for tomorrow at 12
Upon arrival system was on and operating, found that the compressor saver was compromised. Replaced under warranty. Running amps 8.3 Refrigerant acceptable superheat 10 subcool 7.3 IAT 71 Upon further inspection I found that the air handler control board was casting for an update. Updated board, reset system. Confirmed system start up was acceptable, Amp draws acceptable, Refrigerant levels acceptable. System is on and operating efficiently Requested that cust does not flip breaker to outdoor system if this happens again. If no more issues occur after one week I recommend scheduling a follow up visit to run system diagnostic test when temp outdoor is 95+ preferably around 1
