Dual Run cap failed. Replaced and found no other issues at this time
Customer was able to pay $800 at the end of the job. Customer says to charge the Visa on file for the remaining $264.20 tonight. Pausing job to ensure remaining balance is collected. Arrived to a blocked drain. Water in the emergency pan and dripping through the ceiling. A lot of algae build up in the primary drain pan. Cleared drain, added drain pan treatment and installed a germicidal light to help kill the growth. Performed function check. System running and cooling upon departure.
Performed plumbing inspection. Found several problems that should be addressed. Gave options for repairs. Water heater is 28 years old. Checked condensate drain at unit and cleared build up with shop vac. Tested with water and it is working as it should at this time. No warranty on drain. Customer wants to go over options. I explained that there are active leaks present that should be repaired
Arrival technician started with the condenser technician washed and waxed unit technician then got refrigerant readings technician found that fan is running really high compressors working at this time properly technician also found that inrush amps the be high Technician headed to the air handler where technician found that the blower and coil do you need to cleaning technician also found that they primary drain has build up and recommended Clearing it technician found that homeowner did not have filter at this time they are overnighting one and will install it themselves
Completed tuneup on an 11-year-old train heat pump system arrival went to turn off the disconnect for outdoor system and disconnect completely fell apart temporarily has a bypass to continue AC operation. Everything is working within manufacture. Specs gave some recommendations on everything including a member.
Flushed tankless water heater to remove sediment and build up turned water bk on to test for leaks job complete
Performed Tune up Checked and tightened all electrical connections Drain has slight build up in trap Changed customer provided filter Blower motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coil was acceptable Evaporator coil has heavy rust Customer installed new UV system Dual run cap was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were showing slightly low at this time, found no signs of a leak Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Washed condenser coils from inside out Recommended clearing and treating the drain and compressor saver
Upon arrival tech found a clog in the primary drain line tech also found wet switch was tripped Tech unclogged drain and tested drain line with a gallon of water
No 550 per Brian. Installed new Heatpump, pressure tested, pulled vacuum and got the refrigerant charge correct. Left sith system cooling
During evaluation found that the system had zero refrigerant inside the system. Found one of the terminals on the compressor had blown off and causing a leak at that terminal. Talked with customer about the 550 warranty refrigerant and explained why refrigerant can't be warrantied. Customer is upset and wants to talk with office about the 550 warranty refrigerant. Does not want to pay until he talks with office or workis done. Upstairs compressor needs to be ordered HEATPUMP SERIAL - 2006164839 MODEL - ASZC180361CA Pausing for now

Homeowner had two 1" filters at the returns inside home and a 5" filter at the air handler - fixed and educated (although homeowner was not convinced ) Tstat malfunction - installed customer supplied nest tstat and system came on and is cooling. Homeowner bypassed all app and Internet Nest connections upon request when installing. System cooling upon departure. Not our install.
