Ian performed a complete diagnostic and said everything is running the way it should. Said he would stop by in a couple of days to check it.
He came in and got straight to work! Was professional and timely.
Do a wonderful job cleaning our AC unit. I would like to have Ian come next year for our tuneup.
Heater stopped at 4am with temps in the 20's outside. Ian and Mark found the problem quickly and got it going again.
Dangerously cold weather was in the forecast and we got same afternoon service for the heat pump. Blake was a Professional and found the problem quickly.
Appointment was rescheduled twice. Service tech was supposed to be here in early morning but did not come out until late afternoon. Service Center never called to let us know what time someone would be out after the morning tech was delayed. Once service tech arrived he was respectful, friendly and efficient.
Great job
Devyn listened to the issues & was very thorough in discovering & repairing the problems.
Devyn was very thorough in his evaluation and found some issues that, if left alone, would potentially cause my AC to stop working.
Upon arrival system was on and operating, found that the compressor saver was compromised. Replaced under warranty. Running amps 8.3 Refrigerant acceptable superheat 10 subcool 7.3 IAT 71 Upon further inspection I found that the air handler control board was casting for an update. Updated board, reset system. Confirmed system start up was acceptable, Amp draws acceptable, Refrigerant levels acceptable. System is on and operating efficiently Requested that cust does not flip breaker to outdoor system if this happens again. If no more issues occur after one week I recommend scheduling a follow up visit to run system diagnostic test when temp outdoor is 95+ preferably around 1
System was on and working upon arrival Cust said breaker on disconnect kept tripping Found loose wire on breaker and a loose ground connection Replaced breaker with proper sized breaker and tightened connections System is on refrigerant acceptable Amp draws acceptable, no codes on boards
Arrived to water leaking from the emergency drain pan and through the ceiling. Primary drain was blocked at the drain pan. Cleared blockage and poured vinegar through the drain. Added a drain treatment strip to keep the drains clear. Vacuumed the water from the emergency drain pan. CWF Restoration is meeting with customer tomorrow morning about the water damage to the ceiling.
Upon arrival I found Cust condensation drain pan was not level causing water to build up in airhandler. Lots of biological growth in airhandler Primary drain was clogged Cleaned biological growth and cleared drain Installed uv germicidal light System is on and operating efficiently Refrigerant levels acceptable Poured 5 gallons of water through drain pan to see confirm properly draining

05/13/24 TS- no issues, waterheater is 9 years old but in good condition. All inside fixtures are in good condition
Propane furnace with straight cool condenser installed in 2019. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Refrigerant levels are in range. Blower motor, compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Customer complained of poor air flow in back bathroom. We installed the ductwork. I cut down a support in the duct in order to straighten the path of the air and air flow improved slightly.
Blower wheel is dirty Coils are dirty Ducts are dirty System is operating efficiently Refrigerant levels acceptable Recommended to cust lvl 2 duct cleaning or blower wheel clean and coil clean Need to follow up, system is operating efficiently at this time. Need to clean indoor system
Evaporator coil and line set were freezing, leak tested both indoor and out door. Couldn't find leak, system also have heavy amounts of biological growth that customer is concerned with. Customer stated she doesn't want it in her home anymore, causing heavy allergies. Setup appointment for CA for 3/19/24 10-2.
No service fee because this is the same problem I've been addressing if it's not fixed this time I will be getting into contact with their service provider
