Upon arrival system was in working condition. Looking at the indoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Blower and coil are clean. Changed filter. Heating componets and safetys are good. Looking at the outdoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Capacitor within tolerance. Amp draws are acceptable. Cleaned unit inside out. During inspection verified that system was working properly Customer showede that the vents that had build up on them was the return vents and I let her know that it is caused from sucking everything in the room in so that it's not coming from the system itself Gave customer a recommendation list of some accessories that would help the system and customer denied service saying that she could not do it at the current moment

Ran HTU on unit. All components tested good and drain line was clear. Recommended installing a compressor saver along with replacement of UV Bulb. Found no other issues at this time.

HTU complete. Customer is aware the need of an upgraded system. Customer expressed Financials and that they tried getting approved with us earlier this year but couldn't. Customer is looking to use her Home Depot card (verified card can only be used at home depot) to get system replaced and was expressing her apologies for not being able to use us for install. Customer called home depot while i was there and I helped relay the information to the home depot representative.

Tyler L completed electrical etu looking at her main panel it has some burn damage on the right bar not currently in use she was telling me about how she had a fire and how she had also gotten that anal placed before I checked voltage and Titan connections on all of the breakers I checked plugs inside of the house and make sure GFC eyes are present and functioning I recommended to her a surge protector and I have emailed that estimate to her

Arrived at location and spoke with home owner. Home owner indicated that indoor unit was not functioning. Inspected indoor unit. Electrical connections tight. Appropriate voltage at all terminals. Blower motor faulty. Recommended blower wheel replacement. Discussed time frame to aquire motor and cost. Recommended appointment with Comfort Advisor for system replacement due to cost and possible time frame for replacement of just the blower motor.

Left customers house with system cooling

Arrived to no cool. Discovered unit not calling. Checked 3 amp fuse to tind it was intact. Tested transformer to find 240 bolts coming in and 0 bolts coming out. Changed transformer and system started up. System running in cool with 15 degree delta T upon departure.
