06/11/24 TS- older style house. All fixtures are outdated and need upgraded, but no issues with any besides one sink stopp is jammed and needs replaced. Waterheater is brand new 2024.
This system I cooling and is in tolerance. It does however have much biogrowth inside the air handler especially around the Evap coil. It could benefit from a system break down and cleaning. Or it could benefit from uv system.
Arrived onsite customer thought her drain was backing up. Poured 2 gallons of water through the ac condensate drain did not backup. Advised customer to keep an eye on the drain but at this time is not backing up.
For this evaluation I showed up to the customer's home and the thermostat was blank because the wet switch had tripped cutting power to the unit and thermostat. Upon looking in the return I noticed the wet switch had tripped, but I couldn't tell where the water was coming from so I poured water down the primary drain line to see where the water was coming from and the house plumbing where the drain line sits was overflowing and not draining. This is not a HVAC issue, this will need to be fixed by a plumber.

03/30/24 Tyler S- old cast-iron sewer pipes. Kitchen sink and master tub lines are both clogged. Customer declined any work to be done.
Upon arrival system was in working condition. Looking at the indoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Blower and coil are clean. Changed filter. Heating componets and safetys are good. Looking at the outdoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Capacitor within tolerance. Amp draws are acceptable. Cleaned unit inside out. During inspection verified that system was working properly Customer showede that the vents that had build up on them was the return vents and I let her know that it is caused from sucking everything in the room in so that it's not coming from the system itself Gave customer a recommendation list of some accessories that would help the system and customer denied service saying that she could not do it at the current moment
Ran HTU on unit. All components tested good and drain line was clear. Recommended installing a compressor saver along with replacement of UV Bulb. Found no other issues at this time.
