Found unit working properly lock rotor amps a little high but not tripping a breaker running amps on compressor or good customer is going to keep an eye on the unit for the next couple days and if it happens again he's going to give us a call and possibly might have to send an electrician out to find out what's going on
Found unit low flat on freon r22 evaporator coil completely rusted out customer was not happy because after I called and talked to her on the phone and she was on her way I went ahead and put gauges on unit and she was mad because I touched her unit without her being there but showed her all the pictures and she was the one who let me in to look at the air handler and I went over all problems with air handler and white unit was out of freon but customer was still unhappy
Nothing regarding the AC or electrical was damaged during the hail storm the box that she was referring to was an AT&t cable box

We will replace fill valve and flapper in hall bath toilet. High water bill. Tech found hall bath toilet was hanging up when flushed. Rebuilt both toilets and checked meter. Meter is showing no leaks at this time
On arrival system running and cooling as intended. Indoor unit passed all electrical testing. Scoped supply plenums and heat strips to try to identify the cause of the breaker tripping at the panel in heating but found no issues and had no issues in heat mode. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing but the compressor overamped on start up. Recommended a compressor saver kit to reduce wear and tear and increase life of compressor. Customer would like an electrical and plumbing visit scheduled.
4/30/25 Pausing call, need to return tomorrow to charge system and fix field weld, do decay test etc. Please call customer tomorrow to do financing and schedule my return visit tomorrow afternoon.
Repaired ceiling fan by removing defective remote controller. Installed wwsp. Installed unit surge protection on condenser.
Replaced pop up assembly in master bathroom. Also replaced toilet seat in hall bathroom, tested after repairs were made everything working properly.
Today we showed up for a complimentary Plumbing evaluation set from another trade upon arrival the homeowner informed us that the toilet wasn't flushing as it should we inspected it and yes it's draining slowly and if you run water down the sink you get bubbles out the toilet so we started looking at the vent we climbed on the roof ran the camera down as far as we could hit stop it where the PVC pipe meets the cast iron you can tell previous repairs have been made throughout the home however the true solution to her problems is to replace all of the cast iron underneath her home however this is not something that she can afford she did mention that she has a Home Warranty company and was just looking to get us to point out the problem we left her some estimates with some options so that we could dig deeper and get a clear understanding as to this one in particular problem but again the overall solution is to gut all of the old dilapidated cast iron and replace it with schedule 40 PVC
