Cable drain thru overflow. Cleared drain thru overflow. No warranty on stoppages. Customer tried to clear drain himself. There was a piece of plastic hair remover broke off in drain. Ran hand held cable thru overflow and pushed it to main drain. There is no warranty on this stoppage
