Reversing value and defrost control board are working properly.Customer needs a new filter April aire 910. Outdoor unit was washed and waxed. Customer has signed up for a 2 star membership plan for continuing warranty coverage. Technician recommends to customer iaq300 to help improve indoor air quality by eliminating biological growth and sterilizing the air.
